I love CVS, and have been frequenting one of their stores or another for 30 years now. But lately, if it wasn't for coupons n such, I wouldn't be able to afford them! Anyway, besides the high prices, this particular store is always clean and stocked with friendly, professional employees who seem to enjoy their jobs. Thumbs up. 👍

There’s one particular woman/young lady with glasses working in the pharmacy who is just a treat to speak to. She seems to care about customers and is very informative. Stuff like that matters to me

This is the only pharmacy I go to. Every time I visit the pharmacy to pick up my medications, I'm in & out in no time. As far as the store goes, the prices are super duper high & I honestly avoid shopping here at all costs unless I have coupons or rewards to spend here. Their rewards program is best one I use, they offer so many coupons and cash back & "extra bucks" which is the only reason I shop here. I've literally saved over $100 in the past six months so that kind of makes up for their super high prices. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Quick, knowledgeable, efficient pharmacy staff that are always pleasant. The store itself has a great variety of goods. Prices are higher than elsewhere but you always pay for convenience!

I understand employees are probably told to upsell their loyalty card, but every time you go here you get hassled and it just adds unnecessary steps to the checkout process when they try to sign you up.

I just moved to Huntington, WV.I gave my RX to girl at the drop off counter at the CVS pharmacy who diligently confirmed the medicaton was in stock. She asked if I would wait or comeback, which I replied wait. 18 minutes later....a pharmacy tech comes out and says that they do not have my script in stock. He showed little concern as he handed me the paper prescription and dismissively wished me good luck. Wow....how do they stay in business with kind of inefficiency and customer respect.This is 18 minutes I cannot get back and we will not go to CVS pharmacy, as our time is valuable.FYI - Fruthrx - filled the prescription in five minutes, advised me how to take the meds, and showed a "home town" professionalism I just loved. They are my new pharmacy in Huntington.
