Highly recommend!! I ordered a cake for my sons birthday, unfortunately they later had realized they didn't have the cake I ordered, no big deal I just picked another one, only later to call back because he was having trouble putting message on the cake which he and I had laughs about lol) When I got the cake out of the bag I noticed they had written an apology note and upgraded my cake to a large. I really appreciate this type of customer care and service, it's rare any more and they definitely made my day. The cookies and cream cake was amazing and I will be going back! Thank you!!

After everything was said and done, after the hiking, the sun, the rain, the food, the noise, the stress of a day out with family...the kids NEEDED & DESERVED their treat....ICE CREAM.... Saige had Cookie Dough with 2 mix-ins in a Waffle cup cone & Deacon had Mint with 2 Mix-ins in a regular cup...They said it was DELICIOUS!!!!Then it's Winner Winner Chicken Dinner...we got it Right!!!We had a Great Day!!!

I was at Pullman Square recently, and I dropped by to get some ice-cream. My order was for a Strawberry Blonde. I enjoy watching their signature process of preparing the order on a frozen granite stone. The ice-cream was delicious, and I relished every spoon of its rich flavor. You can also try out samples of the flavors before your purchase. There are options to customize your order as well. Their staff was courteous with their service. This store is more of a takeout place, and it can only hold small crowds. Great place to get some yummy ice-cream!

Chocolate products were fantastic, ice cream was yummy but needed to work on appearance. I came to this location twice. First time I only got truffles—so very delicious; second time I got ice cream, which was fresh but it didn’t look like what they advertised in the pictures on the wall. The worker that made our ice cream acted as though he didn’t want to be there, and was rather terse in our interaction. The first time when I came in there was a different worker who was more polite, so I can’t help but think that maybe it’s not the business necessarily but the worker we had that time. But I shall reserve my judgment about the chain until I get to try out a different location.

This Cold Stone was amazing!! My family and I will definitely be back. The customer service was GREAT! The store was CLEAN and the owners even made a point to talk with my kids, give them big fist bumps and made their experience great! 5-stars

The ice cream is always delicious and the environment is clean. But what we enjoy the most is the pleasant customer service. Mr Burt is awesome, he always welcomes us with a warm smile and makes friendly conversation. Thanks for having such awesome employees!

Just waited in line for 15 minutes. Finally, when going to order, they were out of chocolate, cake batter, & a few more.On top of that, you could visibly see where the ice cream was melting. Every. Single. One of them. Don’t know what’s going on with them.They should have had a sign on their door with things that were out of stock. Additionally, door dashers, other customers, had waited as long as I did, only to be turned away due to the specific flavors being out of stock.

*Update* as you see below, the manager responded. I have tried ever since this response to call to speak with them, and it’s always an employee saying “there isn’t any manager here right now” or “she went to run errands” and I have asked them each time to take down my info and have the manager contact me back since she would like to discuss something. Not once have I ever been attempted to be contacted back, nor has apparently any manager apparently been working when I have called. Called ever couple days since they responded to my review.I get there has been serious inflation since the last time I ordered here a couple years ago, but for the same reasons I stopped ordering and spending the high prices, it’s not been changed. People working was rude and snobby, but the biggest issue, same as years ago, was roaches.

Waited 20 minutes to check out while the manager and the employee talked to their friends who had come in, meanwhile there was a line out the door. When we finally asked if we could just pay to get out of their hair, they began talking about us(very loudly) as we left.

Ordered the middle size bowl and it was filled only an inch from the top. I felt like it had a small serving, but unfortunately, I paid for a medium serving. I should've asked for my change since I didn't get what I paid for, but that would have felt rude. I guess we have to choose between getting what we pay for here, or feeling we are asking more than is offered as standard.

Oh my gosh I absolutely love this ice cream shop, some of the best ice cream you can get your hands on around here for sure 💯They have so many delicious options on their menu !!! I mean they all look so amazing, it makes it really hard to make up your mind. LolMy boyfriend and I each choose something different that way we can at least enjoy 2 of the options during that visit !Not only do they have amazing ice cream but they also have other yummy delicious goodies, they even have special treats just for your dog :) my dog loved the treats we got her last time and the price for a dozen of them isn't bad at all considering the size they come in and how happy they make your 4 legged friend♡Make sure to stop by the next time you're near oh, I promise you won't be disappointed.The only way you would be disappointed as if he passed up on the chance to go inside for a sweet & tasty treat!!

Very bad experience…. Would probably rate 0 stars if I could. You can clearly tell the new management is not the same and doesn’t know what they are doing. The workers are rude and inexperienced. Overall would not recommend going. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Absolutely fantastic! Friendly customer service. I had never been before so they thoroughly explained the process and patiently allowed me to taste several samples. The food was fantastic so good it was easy to indulge. Nice place for a quick and delicious treat.

The ladies were nice! They made me and my husband feel very welcome and served us with the biggest smiles. They actually kept conversation with us, which made us feel mostly welcome. We will definitely be back!

Recently went with my girlfriend who hadn't tried Coldstone before. We were both impressed with the ice cream we recieved at this location. It was just as good as I had remembered at other locations and we will definitely be returning in the future. The staff was very courteous and served our deserts quite quickly I might add.

Fun staff! We had a large party and there was only 1 girl working. She made our orders so fast and was entertaining as she did it. Wonderful ice cream mixtures!

I don't know if its a new staff recently or what, but the cashier Travis, is extremly rude. He refuses service about 45 minutes before the store closes. When we walked into the store, he was aruging loudly with a customer before telling them to get out of the store. Come to find out, it was all because he wouldn't give the customer a small spoon. The ice cream is good, but save yourself the time and go to a cold stone that actually cares about its customers.

I travel every 6-8 months and have a massive sweet tooth. The last coldstone I stepped in left a bad taste in my mouth(pun intended) but tonight changed all that! When i walked in kacey treated me with such a great smile and greeting it changed my day. The rest of the crew( Andy and Travis)were full of energy and hard at work knocking out the line while maintaining such wonderful attitudes. I will be back based solely on my interaction with this group tonight. Thank you guys for turning my day around!

Great service from the employees but they definitely need a new owner! The location has mold growing and Mike Martin (the owner) doesn't seem to care. He also tries to sell expired chocolates and there seems to be a fruitfly problem at the location. I just feel bad for the employees who work for this man

I used to work here , I can tell u from experience the place has rats and roaches which is to be expected with a downtown returaunt with all the alleys and river right across the road, but the owner Mike Martin doesn't seem to care as he canceled pest control to save money and the ice cream isn't even being made properly with a blast he refuses to fix it. if u were paid on time you could consider yourself lucky and and that's if u even get paid at all . Save urself the time and money and food poisoning and go to baskin robins unless u want some moldy ice cream. To go along with the sickness u will encounter a few days later after consuming a ice cream from the Pullman square location that is.
