I'm So thankful for the staff at Club Pet. Not many places will take a Pit in, My little baby girl needed a bath aN nails done and they took her with arms wide open. Thank you Erica and staff for everything. My baby girl smelt so good for almost 2 weeks. I will definitely be back.

Amazing staff, so caring, huge yard to run around in! They even went as far as to stay on 4th of july and blast classical music to calm the animals during fireworks! How thoughtful is that!!!!!!

Wonderful caring staff. Colt used to not like getting in the expedition. Since he's returned from 2 stays at Club Pet he keeps trying to get in the expedition thinking he's going back. I'm not kidding about that. Big area for the dogs to run. It's on the expensive side for us but we'll worth it for the time we went!! I can't say enough about how the staff is, the boarding and grooming!!

Left my cats there for boarding. It was their 1st time being boarded and the staff was very helpful and nice. My boyfriend was able to pick them up for me as I was still out of town. Price was reasonable. Only thing I would change is there is no cameras in cat room for owner to view.

We’ve taken our doodle puppy there twice and both times our pup has come out looking so handsome! The groomers are absolutely wonderful and SO nice! I can’t stress that enough. My only reason not giving 5 stars is the fact that some reason it took them 3 hours extra for them to call us today & we went in to pick up our dog and the receptionist lady said he wasn’t on the schedule at all when he clearly was because we made the appointment AND he had already been cut so there must have been miscommunication somewhere, the receptionist has a bit of an attitude which I don’t enjoy BUT apart from that, the important part (the groomers and grooming) is absolutely wonderful.

Always have a great experience when boarding here. Prices are reasonable. My doggos always seem to have e a good time.I personally haven't used grooming services in years, so I can't speak to that.

This place is one of the best places to board your pet in our area of Barboursville. We have had our dog Wesson there and they did great with him. We will be returning with him this month and hope for the same experience as last time. Great staff and clean facility.

We had a great experience boarding our cats. Poppy wanted to stay and play with new friends. Noodles not so much, but she is not a social kitty. Poppy had lots of interaction that she loved and Noodles had plenty of nooks and cranys to hide, just like she does at home.

After using the same boarding facility for my dogs for 14 years, I was forced to find a new place to kennel my pets due to the business closing. I searched the web for places near me, and read lots of reviews on lots of places. I had decided to give Club Pet a try, and I am glad I did. All of the staff I had come into contact with was very friendly. I had talked to Bri several times before drop off day, and she took very good care of me in reassuring me my fur babies would be taken very good care of. The day we arrived she greeted my 2 six month old Great Dane puppies with open arms and a smile on her face. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in leaving them for a few days. The facility is reasonably priced, very neat, clean, and well maintained with a nice layout. I was so pleased with the outcome of my dogs stay at Club Pet, I have already booked several more future weekend stays with them.

We use them to cut our dogs hair and board our bigger dog when we go on vacation. They do great! Tbyrd loves going to the "spa" where he gets plenty of belly rubs in his air-conditioned room.

Both my dogs come here for day care quite often! I love taking them especially when it’s supposed to be warm out so i know they will get some outside, offleash play time! The staff is great and they are so great with my boys! My dogs are always worn out after coming home from day care! We love club pet!

They take exceptionally wonderful care of my pets when they are boarded. All of the staff are friendly, kind, and professional. Grooming services are fantastic. I'm very thankful for them as they give me peace of mind when I have to be apart from my precious little guys.

We loved this place for our cats. They were so good to them and kept them for us while we were on vacation. They were fed, happy, and healthy when they came home to us. We will use them again and we highly recommend them to others. Just make sure you have your shot records and they have a list of prices on their website.

We had not boarded our dog in a while, but when I dropped him off the guy working remembered him & gave him some loving before taking him back which made me feel better about boarding him. At pick- up, a different worker told me he was glad to see him back to play with them & told me about his stay. With caring animal lovers like that I highly recommend Club Pet!

My dogs have been going to Club Pet for years. The staff is great!!! I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else!!!Update:My dogs were boarded there at the end of July. My poor baby had the worst rash when I returned. I called them immediately but of course no one answers. Someone called me back but I didn’t get to take the call, I ended up having surgery. So fast forward a month and I called Club Pet to make a grooming appt. I was telling them about the rash and a girl put me on hold to check on it. I was curious if any other dogs got I’ll that week they were there. So after being on hold a woman got on the phone upset with me. Her immediate response is how clean they keep the kennels. (A) Obviously not that clean (B) You’re upset with me for calling to give you more business. Wow!!!So now here I am, $300 dollars and two sets of antibiotics later...my baby’s rash is not completely healed. More testing this week. I had a healthy dog and took him to CLUB PET now he is back and forth to the vet every other week for over a month.I like the grooming but will NEVER EVER EVER board my precious babies there again! I will never travel without my fur babies again!

Glenna, the groomer, is the best. Been grooming our dogs for over 30 years. Dogs always look beautiful when they are finished! And she is extremely kind to all the animals.

First let me start off by saying for the past 8+ years my dog has been getting groomed at Club Pet and they have done an amazing job until my past appointment on Friday May 24 th. She arrived at club pet in the same condition she always arrives, ( a mat or two and in need of a hair cut ) . I usually get her back with a short haircut on body , a little longer on ears and tail long and smooth. That’s NOT what I got on this previous appointment!! They shaved her completely!!! She looks HORRIBLE!! Botched job!! They also charged me about 15$ more than usual( I didn’t see her before paying) . When this issue was brought to their attention they said I agreed to it and she was severely matted....LIARS ... I really thought they'd admit their mistake but they lied to cover their own butt. I really hope everyone who still goes here takes precaution!!! Better yet I wouldn’t recommend going to this groomer.

Snoopy had never been at a dog shelter sense he was at the dog pound, I was worried so much that the would be scared I was to, the people there was so good I was amazed how they greeted him, they calmed him down quickly, he was so scared, when I came to pick him up they were in the playground,he was walking between them and happy.thank you club pet and your caring workers
