I been dealing with Richard at Hinton Hardware for 35 years. There's a reason! He will help you out, help you figure work -arounds if you have something old you need to fix. This is a 3rd generation family business not some big box mega store. I count on Hinton Hardware and they will always have my business.

Went in to buy a shovel handle,and was able to buy a completed shovel instead head handle an all. It's a family owned business which is hard to find anymore. These businesses need our support. Plus they have amazing beard products!!

Adore the family that owns this store. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They used to have a giant goldfish which was exciting to always see. Relaxed environment and top notch service. Smells good. Get copies of keys made here.

Good place to go,to get a small size conduit threaded, however expensive on other things. Paid $20 for a 3 lb hammer,couldn't find mine,or else I wouldn't have paid that. lol (Good people).

This place is family owned and the older son is a real jerk in this place. He was so rude he wouldn't even let us and look at anything in the store. I will drive all the way to Beckley from Hinton 30 miles up the mountain before I ever go to this Ace Hinton Hardware again.

To expensive a normal person can’t shop here. $9.00 for a bar of soap! On the other side they always have anything that you need. If you can afford it!

The prices here for appliances are bad. I'd rather drive to Princeton, Lewisburg, or Beckley before I buy from here again.
