Best supermarket I’ve been to in this area. Transplant from DC, and actually, this Martin’s is more interesting and well rounded than any I’ve been to in DC either. I have to travel to get there, but it’s worth it.

Nice store alot of variety but so expensive even if you use your martins card. i shop at many stores and i notice that even with those cards you still pay more for your groceries than you would at walmart.

The female manager of this martins is lazy and won’t take the time to allow customers to use their martins gift cards when the card machines won’t take it. It’s as simple as putting in the card number into the registers computer and moving onto the next steps, she seems too incompetent to do her job and should be fired.

There was a young man, I believe he was a manager,helped me find some rolls that were actually not even put out yet there in the freezer and he went ahead and got the deli to go ahead and bring some out. I really appreciate cuz I need it for dinner! Thank you so much

First time I visit this Martins was a great experience, everything looked clean and organized and it alway is judging by the times I’ve been here which it has only been 4-5 times since we moved to this area. Now here is my issue, the last time I went there I place my deli order on the kiosk when it was ready I went to pick it up, TODAY 6-7-2021 I was about to eat the last 2 slice of my turkey ham and found A FLY AND A HALF OF ANOTHER FLY on the last slice, it looked like someone killed it and placed it there, I’m discussed by this, this only shows how dirty they are on their deli section. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this Martins and if I do I’ll make sure not to buy anything from the deli. I wish I could attached the video here.UPDATE 6-16-2021: i was able to attached the video hopefully you guys can see it.

They have a good selection there. The people are also really nice there too. Just be careful when you're in the parking lot. I almost got hit when some idiot driver didn't see where they were driving.

Martin's is a nice store. It is very clean and organized and the prices aren't that bad. Lately, I have been using instacart which is a service that you do online or on your phone, place your orders and have your groceries delivered. This is been extremely helpful to me because I live in a rural area on top of a mountain.

I like this Martin’s because of the variety and quality of foods. Good wine and beer selection. Management is very nice and helpful. Younger employees certainly need some more training but that’s everywhere and takes time .

Nice store, but don't expect to find anything special. They are a smaller Martin's and really only keep the essentials and things that sell in their area. Price is higher than Walmart, but it's more convenient and it has the majority of what we need.

Never has cat food, items all over the place not in the right spot, staff just stands around and talks, and have purchased 4 bags of frozen products in the period of 3 months that all ended up having a hole in it. Maybe instead of standing around talking they should be checking their items that finally do make it on the shelf.

I love the store & staff! The employees are always very friendly, courteous, helpful & kind! (Except for 2 ladies in the deli department whom act like they either 1. don't like their job or 2. just unfriendly. But I'll save that review for another day!) Carla, whom I believe is a CSR, is the nicest, sweetest person I have ever met! She goes above & beyond her job duty! She seems to take pride in her job & the front end staff. Carla is very professional even when dealing with not so nice customers. Every week when I come in to do my shopping she always greets me with a smile & asks how I'm doing. I wish this store had multiple Carla's!! 😊❤😇 ‍♀️

Way too expensive. Good food. Good service, but way too much money!!! Yes, have checked the weekly. If I had enough money to pay 2-4$ more than other places, I would shop here all the time, but unfortunately I don't..... However, I do love their food & the quality. It's just, I can't afford to pay extra, I can barely afford to pay the normal prices. The bakery is the best though!

I found Pineapple preserves! 🍍I needed to get these to start my holiday baking so I was thrilled to find them. AND the woman at the cash register was so very kind tome and took such care in packing my groceries. It made me feel so wonderful as I left the store.

The best things about this particular Martin's is the location (3 miles from my home), the rewards program, and the friendliness. Bonus: never really busy, so I'm in and out.

I like Martin's. My only problem with them is their prices - too high. I go there for things no one else has, like a special tea, and I'm willing to pay extra for that. But I don't do my regular shopping there. The store is always neat & clean, shelves stocked, and employees helpful & polite.

I went to this new Martin's location and I was impressed with the customer service and how nice the employees were. Compared to shop n Save, Martin's food quality is better and the choices are even better, considering they take requests for certain foods they may not have right now into HIGH consideration. So far, so good.
