This store is an absolute joke. The shelves are bare. Carts line the aisles. I even bruised my arm trying to squeeze by one. This is a fire hazard at this point. You can never find anything you need. Behind the counters are just piles of random merchandise. This is unsafe and just plain negligence. Pay your people more so they want to stay there. Close the store for a day to fix this problem. People will eventually stop coming because they can't get what they want OR they'll start unloading the carts for you out of desperation. This is simply awful.

Friendly people. It they always want you to do self checkout. Your job is to check out customers not stand around and talk.

Great location and the employees are usually very friendly & helpful. Have 3 stars because the selection and stock is most of the time low or out but that might have just been due to the holidays so we’ll see. And it seems like there is always a line to check out. And it’s very crowded the way it’s setup. Its just awkward.

I love DG❤️ They are so close to me which makes it convenient to go shopping there instead of going all the way in town to Walmart. The prices are reasonable and have alittle bit of everything. Who doesn't love a DG????

I really enjoy shopping at this Dollar General. The employees are very nice and the store is always well stocked. The location is excellent for those who live far out in the boonies and don't want to go into town.

Pretty large store, well-maintained and stocked. It's great for grabbing milk and bread (has a pretty good grocery section) and for people out here, it's the closest place by at least 15 minutes. Nice big parking lot.

The prices are good. Sometimes they have really great deals on name brand products. I love those. I also scrounge through their clothing sales. I recently got for tank tops for $2 a piece. And two nice sundresses for $6 each. And then I found a buy one get one free on winter sweatshirts. It's a kind of place that you have to go to like maybe once a week, because they're always getting different things in from Closeouts at other stores.

Nice staff and close by. Prices can be a little high but they are closer to me then other grocery stores. So when I only need a few things its quicker and less gas used just to go here.

Disjointed doesn't even come close. Everything is tossed on the shelves and if you grab one item you need to be careful the rest of the shelf doesn't fall off. Prices are reasonable. Employees are ok, they just don't care.

Far better than the one in Hancock. I usually get good fast service here. Try to avoid busy hours. There can be long lines, but they usually move along quickly. Always find what I need.

It's a Dollar General, so not much to say. I love the staff here. It's super convienent for me since I live down the road. The only downside to this location is they run of dairy products quickly, but that happens when it's the only convenience store around.

This place is very convenient it's very close to our mountain house and it has tons of things for $1 which to me seems how do they make the money we've gotten anything from flashlights to frozen foods and some things are more than a dollar but for the most part everything else is a dollar and it's so close we can come out of the mountains and hit this place first before going into downtown Martinsburg it's it's a new location again the people that work there are very kind and helpful

Everything was fine until they remodeled. The layout makes zero sense. Can't find anything without having to ask an employee. Drinks are here, water over there, snacks back here, cereal over there.

I love my neighborhood Dollar General. The location was a used car lot among many homes. I don't even know if there's zoning this far from Hedgesville. I frequent my local store instead of driving all the way to the grocery store in Hedgesville and Super Walmart in Spring Mills. They carry just about everything: apparel to home painting supplies to snack food to cheese, frozen pizza, ice cream, toys, books, paper goods, toiletries, cleaning supplies, candy and hair products. There are more products that I haven't explored. Oh and the staff. Very nice and helpful. And did I mention the great prices!!

It was a typical dollar store experience but this place was so jammed with products that you couldn't even get thru the aisles with your cart. If there were 2 people in one aisle you can forget about passing because one of you would have to back up to get out!

Tbh i think the whole chain is a Great Store. Each store is its own, and this location in Falling Waters started off perfect. As in the Manager (Annette) did one of the best jobs keeping it really clean and fully stocked. When she left it went down hill quick. Present day however, its doing really good and is almost back to its former glory! Says a lot about new management, its easyer to keep a clean store clean and stocked. Recovering a mess while also keeping up todate with planograms, is no walk in the park. So great job y'all and keep it up.

The cashiers don't wear masks and they cough. There are signs everywhere in the store stating a mask is required. There are customers in the store with no mask or face covering. I wear my mask and I don't feel safe in this place!

Every time you go in this store there's never anyone at the cash registers and sometimes you can stand there in line for 15 minutes and still there's nobody at the registers with a line of 20 people everybody in that store is a joke they need to fire everyone and hire all new people

I mean, it's a dollar store. I give it 5 stars because the staff is nice and if it wasn't here I would have to drive 15 more minutes to get to a store that has the essentials. 5 star by default.

I love this Dollar General. The building is much bigger and has more things and better service. They always have what I need versus the Eagle Plaza Dollar General.
