I have been going to Meadow Farms for years and years, I always knew they were fabulous with amazing customer service, but today they went above and beyond. Was there to get some mulch and locked my keys in my car, they called a friend, Kevin Tsuneishi with Everstone Auto Repair, Kevin came right away and had me car in 15 min. I cannot express how greatful I am for all the kindness I received. Not only does Meadow Farms have great product, a great staff, but they also are so unbelievablely kind and compassionate trying to elevate my embarrassment. THANK YOU! TO EVERYONE CONCERNED!

I was in West VA, I passed a Meadows Farm and had to make a U turn!! I saw from afar a plant I have been looking for..I pulled up to check out the plant, which I could not pronounce, BUT LOVE😅 which I had just purchased 2 somewhere, and Thor ate them. Anyhow, this employee was on break and started to help me. HE WAS THE NICEST EVER!!After showing me around and answering all of my questions,I ended up getting a beautiful Japanese Maple to replace one a "so-called friend's" bratty child!! broke and never replaced! I was at Meadows Farms Oct. 14 for four large mums and pumpkins. At the check out I had to rest a bit on a bench before heading to the pumpkins (I'm getting up in years!). Everyone was so kind...offered water, got another cart for pumpkins... especially a 59 year old employee whose name i wish I had asked. He talked some, but I think was keeping an eye on me...lol! Long story short, got pumpkins after resting, he loaded the car and I made it home. I cannot thank your staff enough for their graciousness. Great job!!!

Love this place. They have the best Christmas trees and everything else is really nice too. Most of the workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. They use to have this bud the they’d decorate at Halloween that was really cool. My kids always loved it. Not sure if they still do that but I think they do during the month of October. Great selection of flowers as well.

They were so great to work with. I am a single dad can my daughters kindergarten graduation was at 1 I stopped in at 1230 and Jodi was amazing. She helped me pick out and cut some flowers and Liz found some ribbon string and made it all come together. I know it's not there typical thing but I can't be more grateful for there help.

The crew there is always so friendly and helpful. This year I ordered my mulch in person:Leigh was a great help and entertained my kid and fed the fish with him: Above and beyond customer service. Then, when I realized I ordered twice the amount of mulch than I really needed, Chris and Garret were super kind about my mistake and got everything squared away with returning my excess: it couldn't have been easier. Pro Tip: write down how much mulch you need on your garage wall so you don't reply on a receipt you'll loose or lousy math skills in subsequent years!

Being South Asian and a plant lover, I love the flora of my native country and was pleasantly surprised to see some of them here.I've bought not just the usual plants but also many unusual plants that one doesn't see in most nurseries here.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When I bought my Christmas tree, the staff kindly secured it to my car and to top that I got free popcorn and hot chocolate!Can't wait to see what they have this spring. :)

It should be zero starsI purchased a mum's pot flower in the discount center after I purchased I asked the cashier how much I gave her and I ended up paying full price...the discount price was for vip...I never left the counter and ask for my money back...the did not refund my money and after all said and done...I noticed I gave her a 20$ bill and she rang me up as a10 dollar billNever again will I go here

Went there for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! Shortly after our arrival, we were greeted by Kevin. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had so many beginner questions and he answered all of them and never rushed us. He even took the time to walk us through several areas of the grounds to show us the different types of plant options. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful and gave us great direction. Will definitely be making this place our go-to nursery now!

I love Meadow Farms everyone is so helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of plants that all seem very healthy. It definetly is one of the places I go to all the time!My only two constructive feedback for the place is the parking lot is awkward especially when inconsiderate drivers just stall blocking all the incoming/outcoming traffic it would be nice if someone came out and asked them to move so people could leave/go as they please. This has happened several times to us when we try to leave or go to park.I also think a lot of the plants are very expensive vs what I have seen at other nurserys in the area. I would love to see them make the plants more affordable to VIP members.

Great quality products at good prices. People working there know the different trees and shrubs. Can tell you the best ways to keep them healthy. Their VIP club gets you 10% off with no strings attached. It's nice that they help you load everything.

We are a military family that just moved to Harper's Ferry to our forever home. The day after we moved in, my husband deployed for 6 months. The Blue Spruce has a near and dear place in our hearts and I was trying to find one for our first Christmas in our new home with a rootball so we can plant it in our front yard. As I was driving down the road, I saw them all lined up. I immediately got over so I could turn to go down to the store. The staff was so amazing! It is going to be such a fantastic surprise for my husband when we video chat on Christmas.

I love shopping at meadow farms. The prices may be a little higher than the other stores in town but the quality of their plants are exceptional and they always have what I'm looking for. The customer service is exceptional.

As a certified plant addict, I love to go to Meadows for their expanded varieties, compared to local competitors. Their stock of Espoma products is OUTSTANDING! I use BioTone religiously, and appreciate Meadows for stocking 25lb bags, at a good price. Most Espoma products are difficult to find in this area, and ridiculously overpriced if purchased online.I would love to see more Proven Winners annuals, perennials, and shrubs, including a selection of their newer varieties. The same would be great for David Austin roses. I called a couple weeks ago, I had a pretty long list of different plants and specific varieties that I dreamt up over winter, to check availability. The girl I spoke with, Dessa, was so patient, gracious, and friendly. She was a breath of fresh air, since I’ve certainly experienced the opposite when I’ve called other companies, asking (maybe too many) questions. Thanks for your dedication to great customer service!

Picked up a Christmas tree and poinsettia the other day. Customer service was amazing, displays were beautiful, and well organized. Will definitely stop there first whenever the need for plants and landscaping supplies arises.

My husband and I purchased $200 worth of plants on Friday, May 27, at the Harpers Ferry MF. On Saturday, my husband and I went back to look at and purchase stepping stones for our flower garden. We decided to get Evergreen stepping stones that were marked $17.99 a piece which I thought was great because I am a VIP member and everything was 20% that weekend so I was thinking this was a great deal. A Meadows Farm employee was even out there with us and helped us load them in our car. He saw the price and was assisting us. After loading them in our jeep and driving around to pay, the cashier questioned the price of the stones, then overhearing our discussion, a gentleman, who may have been the manager said "All those stones out there are all mixed up and these here are not $17.99, they are $21.99." I was perplexed and I disagreed but didn't fuss about it because there were a lot of people waiting and I didnt' want to be difficult. In all honestly, I should've gotten the 11 stepping stones for 17.99 per stone as that was the price on the bin they were located in. Instead, I paid 21.99 per stone (I bought 11). Within two days, I spent $350 at Meadows Farms in Harpers Ferry. Every store I've ever been to would've given me those stones for 17.99 but this guy was kind of being a jerk. I wish I would've disputed his price and stood up for what was right. I spent $44 more than I should've. Over all, I like the nursery and this was the first time anything like this happened but this was a negative experience and I didn't care for the way we were treated especially since I am a loyal customer.

The associates are helpful and knowledgeable. The guarantee policy is garbage. Third tree/shrub to die and yes they are willing to replace the plant because it is 3 months old, but not the$75 delivery, $12 bag of mulch, or $50 planting fee of $50 shrub. So technically the $50 shrub has cost me $324. Ummm...

The staff are always most helpful, we brought 2 crape myrtles from there last fall and they didn't survive I was able to take a picture of the trees and provided them with the receipt and I got a full refund in the form of a gift card to use for up to a year, I returned this spring and was able to get all my annuals and some beautiful hanging baskets. It's September and they are still thriving in the drought!! :)

They staff at this nursery is always so helpful. The prices are comparable to other local stores. They have a good variety of native plants, too.
