Suzi is BEST! She has been caring for my cat Drake for over a year when I need to be away. For health reasons he has to be an only cat so I worry about him being lonely. Drake considers Suzi his girlfriend. She loves him like her own pets. They chat, watch tv, and she gives him lots of fishy treats and love. As a matter of fact she is checking in on him tonight! Suzi is just the best! We have a rescue doggie who has had unknown traumatic experiences. She’s a very skittish and fearful dog. Suzi made friends with Dolly and gained her trust before ever taking care of her for us. Suzi’s main priority is the pet’s comfort. She came to our home for an introductory visit and walks. When a long time had passed between us needing her, she came back to get reacquainted before we left town for an overnight. Dolly trusted Suzi and they had a great time together. I received several text updates and photos. We just found out that our dog has an illness that is going to require months long treatment. I’m so grateful that we know Suzi and feel completely comfortable trusting her to follow the medication and activity schedules required. You cannot do better than Harpers Ferry Tails!

Suzi is wonderful with pets, and Is a real pro with running her pet sitting service. She was referred by several neighbors on my street who have her watch their dogs. She cared for my 3 cats while I was on vacation and they were happy and chilled out when I came home. She even connected and cuddled the cat I said would probably hide from her all week - very impressed with her ability to sweet talk them!! She came over to meet the kitties ahead of time and learn about their routine and personalities, along with how I'd like to communicate with her. She was happy to send daily updates and pix or not, depending on what I preferred. She set specific visit times and honored those. My next door neighbor told me Suzi did a great job while I was away and said 'she's the best petsitter I've seen' which is high praise from a longtime local! I think Suzi has that special energy that some people just have around animals, and it makes you know your fluffy family members are in loving hands when you're away from them. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and 6 paws up for Suzi!!

Suzi is an amazing furry babysitter. She loves animals like children and she will love yours and treat them like her own. Reliable, caring and trustworthy. We love to have our babies stay with a buddy instead of a kennel. With Suzi in home stays or sitting with your pets they won't miss you near as much when you are away. She will gladly check in on your babies during the day for potty break or just alittle romp around the neighborhood.

Suzi at Harpers Ferry Tales is the best pet sitter in West Virginia she took care of my dogs while I went to Florida for a week and I had no worries once so ever I was able to call he, she sent me pictures of her having fun with my dogs which I really appreciated. She talks to them in there language she stays over the night and when I got home it wasn't even like they even missed me they wanted to see her so if you ever looking for a dog sitter or cat sitter or animal sitter Suzi is the best.

Suzi is amazing with animals! My cat is very aloof but she's super patient with him and willing to meet him halfway. She gets sniffs from him which is more than most People Who Are Not Me.She also sent my the best pics of my furkid while I was away! She will love your pet like her own! Four paws up! <3

What can i say about Ms. Suzi?! Suzi is incredibly intelligent, caring, and friendly. Originally she was scheduled to come every other day while we were out of town and then one of the kitties came down with a UTI and needed regular meds. Suzi had no problem coming twice a day and caring for him, even though the cat was a jerk about his pills! We felt very confident leaving our furry children in her care and she did not disappoint! We’ve been using Harpers Ferry Tails for daily visits throughout the week for almost 6 months now. Extremely reliable, consistent and communicative. With constant updates during and after the visit, you know exactly how your pets are doing. HFT walks, feeds, and loves our dogs as if they were their own. You even get random photos of the fun they are having. Our two pups (young basset hounds that are a handful) absolutely love Suzi. We highly recommend Harpers Ferry Tails for all your pet walking and sitting needs.

Everyone has that friend that just gets them. Suzi is that friend to your pets! Others may dog walk, she goes for an outing with a friend. Think of it as a playdate for your fur baby. A good back scratch, a funny picture for Mom, a song when they need it (and sometimes when they don't), dance parties in the kitchen, the list goes on! Your critters will thank you, trust me! I can honestly say that through the years, my pets all considered Suzi to be "one of the family" and it was truly a sad day when we had to move and could no longer have her take care of them.
