Place is tidy and they have best prices, and they actually can match cheaper price you found elsewhere. Most running shoes I found there are $40-$60 cheaper than other places. Associates are helpful and friendly. Lots of choice, quality products and convenient operating hours. Location is also very good, enough space in parking lot for busy hours. I would definitely recommend people go there!

This was a good place to get some snow gear and to top it off the employees were super friendly and extremely helpful. They were keeping the busy areas tidy and it seemed very clean.

Phil and Kayden were so helpful when we realized our bike tube was punctured right before we were about to go on the Rail Trails as all downtown shops were closed on Sunday. We were so happy to find Phil and Kayden and they gave us some great tips for bike tube maintenance and correct PSI.

very lazy workers. the old guy working in shoes lost at least 1k worth of sales in an hour by being lazy refusing to look for items. being extremely slow. and then tried to lie to me about not having a shoe that I showed him they did have.

Well, they had what I was looking for. I'll say that for them. But when we went up to the register, we waited... and waited... until it became obvious that the customer in front of us was doing some sort of ridiculously complicated return, requiring no less than three cashiers to complete, and we moved to another line. This cashier stopped in the middle of the transaction she was working on to swap with one of the three doing the return, thereby requiring more time to log in and set up. It took me 5 minutes to find what I needed, and 20 minutes to check out. I'm normally pretty patient, but when everyone else is getting out before me because I chose the wrong line twice, it gets a little frustrating. Get a manager to handle the return, go back to the registers, and get the crowd rung up and on their way. All I'm sayin...

Thanks to the level of service and knowledge he possessed when it comes to the product, I left with a Callaway Rogue driver and was completely satisfied with my decision and service he provided not only to me but also my roommate. All the Dick's stores look pretty similar now, same layout and placement. Great service and answers from associate while we we're looking at coolers, he did a great job on selling them to us. No line at register and they described the rebates thoroughly.

The staff was just hanging around talking, instead of interacting with customers. When I asked for help I got a sigh from the worker. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I left the store and went to Dunham's where I bought my $600 kayak.

Went in looking for a present, but it's obvious that supply is down as it is in most stores with Covid hurting the supply chain. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was met just inside the door & offered hand sanitizer & paper towels.....plus quick directions to the department I came to shop.

They sold me a used set of golf clubs at full price. I should have checked the box before leaving the store, but once i opened the package at home, I saw that they hat been used before. Obviously nobody wants to pay full price for something used, so I went to return them. When I tried to return them, the manager was giving me a hard time about them being used, and I tried to explain that that's how I got them. They did refund me, but the experience was a pain. Double check all your equipment before purchasing.

I went in here with my Dad, but was only browsing myself. They were very nice and helpful for my dad, but I started to walk back out through the main doors to look for a weekly flyer and was unexpectedly stopped by an employee standing by the door. She told me that I had to go out through the registers, but had a very rude attitude about it. I told her I just wanted to see a flyer to check for any sales & I assumed that they would have them by the entrance. I thought I would make sure we didn't miss any awesome sales/discounts while my dad was waiting in line. When she (the employee) stopped me I said, "oh, I don't have any merchandise, I was looking for a flyer.." as she looked at me like I asked for a floopendoorf or an axenbliff. I said .."the weekly ad..."... "The advertisement paper".. trying not to laugh, get irritated, or be rude.Finally, she said "Oh, we don't have those. They send them to you in the mail." Kinda a bad policy considering I've never gotten one in the mail. Lol... I just said ok and walked outside- wading through bunch of people at the registers rather than being able to get out the main doors. Ridiculous. Only reason for three stars is because they actually honored the advertisement for my dad for a game camera, even though it rang up wrong and he had to wait for a manager.EVERYTHING is TOO expensive!!!You can find the exact same things online for half the price- %90of the time!

Do they have staff / associates? Sometimes they may have two cashiers. Spend your money at local businesses, that care about their customers. If you want a large selection, you're better off on-line. If you like overpriced sporting goods and shopping with zero assistance, Dicks is the store for you.

For the life of me, I will never understand how this store stays in business. Overpriced, low quality merchandise, rude staff, and snooty clientele for the most part. The only reason it's not one star is that it's a convenient place to buy ammo and fishing gear for the hubby.

The staff was nice, but the bathrooms were disgusting - broken soap dispenser, broken hand towel dispenser, garbage on the floor, bathroom stall doors barely functional.Thankfully I was able to find shoes in stock on this trip.

I was pleased to see Dick's has nice selection of mouth guards, after going to a competitor store with few. I was extremely disappointed to see their selection of football cleats did not include higher top boots though.

Need more help in shoe dept. One clerkj trying to wait on everyone. Was very overwhelmed and frustrated. Bought 4 pairs, 2 of which I found myself. Would have bought another pair of under armours but did not have time to wait for clerk again.

I left a pretty detailed review of this place and how bad it was but it was apparently deleted. Head south on I-79 for another 30 minutes and head to the DSG in Bridgeport. The people that work at this Morgantown location are like getting an F- report card haha
