This is a nice smaller Walmart not like the bigger ones in the bigger cities. But it's nice and I enjoyed it. The crowd is always just right. So there's no irritability and shopping cart crashes lol

When you have to check yourself out, and then be told that "you can't leave the store until you show me the receipt", really frustrates me. They make you feel like you're a criminal. Well if you had people to check me out instead of having to do it myself, you wouldn't have to worry about that! I'm almost to the point of never going back.

Be careful at this location! Only use their cashiers. They treat self checkout patrons as thieves! Unfortunately my mother had a Walmart worker come up to her while scanning and the Walmart worker said they were told by someone in management to come up to her while scanning items. She has been purchasing from this location since she moved here two years ago with no issues except for their card scanners not always working properly. Other than that , never an issue and never has anyone come up to her like that. She said that the conversation made her feel as though she was a thief. My suggestion don’t ever use self pay only cashiers! I have never had an issue but the unfortunate issue today has changed both our minds. We will only shop here when necessary.

Grafton walmart has always been my favorite superclass center , if I have to visit one. The employees are always pleasant and friendly, the store is clean and facilities are always clean , and I am usually promptly checked out and on my way with out delay.

I have been shopping in this Walmart for two years but, I will never shop there again. I will be driving to morgantown. The customers don't like being treated like a common thief. This has happened before and it's damned annoying. I suggest if you do go don't use self checkout . You WILL be treated like a common thief. And this Walmart is not a super center Walmart as they advertise it to be.

It has it's moments, this particular store is preparing for it's fall inventory. Alot of clearance items throughout the store. A good deal of price overrides needed so be prepared to be patient in line. My cashier a younger guy. Very friendly.

What a great group of employees!! We wore these folks out shopping for Santa! 3 days in a row and they were helpful friendly smiled interacting with us helping us! We had a huge amount to buy and they assisted us and really just made our experience better than expected! Shop here! We will continue every year. Grafton supercenter. I don't know. The employee was in street clothes when they delivered my tv. The box was all tore up and the tv was a return...that wasn't mentioned when I purchased it. Tv seems to work well, I was just a little irritated. Wasn't the best experience I've had with walmart. That was my first time to the grafton walmart.

Doesn't seem to have much stocked these days, it's rather annoying to have employees standing around staring you down as you check yourself out, if something goes wrong you pretty much have to wave someone down to get help, more times than not PRICES ARE WRONG, things aren't placed correctly on shelves and they refuse to give it to you for said price... They have entirely way to many employees just standing around but just my opinion!!!

I work night shift and this is the closest location to where I live so I normally stop by as soon as they open on my way home from work. If you go here and ever wonder why the closer parking spots are full, I can answer that, the employees are parking there. These spots should be for the customers. The shelves are never stocked or are in the process of being stocked when I’m there. It’s just poor business to open the store with the shelves not stocked. They should be doing this after hours or prior to opening. It drives me up the wall to go in and see where an item should be and it’s not there. There is never anyone in electronics or sporting goods so if I need anything that they have locked up I have to go find someone in a completely different part of the store to assist me. I found out today they are no longer selling caffeine free Coke or Pepsi, not because the companies no longer make it but because this Walmart just decided not to carry it any longer. The only reason I continue to shop here is because I have no other choice otherwise I would drive the additional 30 minutes to a different location.

First time we've been there. Had a customer pick-up scheduled and employees were already outside waiting for customers to pull up. Service was quick and easy. We decided to go in since we'd never been there. Employees actually asked if we needed anything as they walked by, were super friendly, and helpful. Overall a good experience. If we were a tad closer we'd start shopping for all our stuff there

The employees are available and helpful. The pharmacist and techs are all helpful and know me by name. The store and restrooms are always clean. The things I need are mostly in stock but I do wish they would either expand or add different options. I'm not sure how to ask for certain items to be ordered for the store.

Absolutely none of the associates that I asked a question to could answer me. I only go to Walmart for a specific type of cat litter, otherwise I'd avoid it like the plague. 1 register open at peak times; I don't want a self checkout experience, particularly with more than a few items.

Where else are you going to go in town that has the variety they have at the prices they have. Let's be honest NO ONE shops here for the service its 100 percent price point ONLY and lets not forget about the free walmart entertainment aisle by aisle hahaha and its free. It's a universally known fact that box stores suck and the big wigs at the top are well aware because they know you like the prices and money is always the driver anymore. You want them to hire specialists that offer exceptional customer service??? Those people want more money!!! Well who's going to pay for the additional labor for the better experience?? WE ARE!!! Hahaha. So to Walmart, just keep the prices low and we will all be just fine opening our eyes fending for ourselves due to the lack of skilled labor and effed up supply chains. Sorry to say but this is the new norm folks and the supply chain will not reset for at least another 5-8 years minimum.

On hold for over 30 minutes trying to see if they had my child's formula every employee that answered transferred me to another person. Absolutely ridiculous. I've worked at Walmart before almost every employee has a handheld on them and not one of their lazy employees could take a minute to look it up. Management needs to do something about this.

My family frequently shops at this Walmart due to the convenience of location. However that will change. The management at this location is terrible, making the 30 minute drive to a different store an easy decision. Loyal customers should not be lied to and mistreated, all we were trying to do was return a broken item with a warranty plan.

This was by far the best Walmart I have shopped at but couldn't give it a higher rating. Since the pandemic they have had trouble keeping quality meats . The meat department is very minimal at best and it doesn't smell or taste right. I don't know if it is even beef they are selling. It looks like it but doesn't smell or taste like fresh American beef.

Small store, but I can get in and out in under 20 mins. I have also picked up Black Friday deals days after Black Friday. Found many awesome things in the Clearance isle. May be small but my favorite Walmart. Grocery pickup being added was only a bonus.

Well stocked. Smaller Supercenter, but they have a little of everything. If it's an uncommon item, I would try the walmart app, check online, or call first. Just got a ham and turkey for $1 and something cents per pound.

No ammunition. ID at check out is more than offensive, we're just buying beer not boarding a plane to Iran. We remember how we were treated during the fake plandemic. Quality of meat in general sucks really bad, at times it stinks so bad when you cook it the overwhelming desire to pitch it needs to be rsisted.. Seem to be phasing out tobacco sales. Just another Corp. competing for a place in Oboma's "new america".

Actually this is the first time I experience has been great in a year I didn't have to check myself out that might have been the reason but that's some good employees there the only thing I want to gripe about here is there's got to be some kind of system that gets put in place so these plants are not dying and mortifies me that every time I go there are so many just didn't get watered and they're all shriveled up i I also know sometimes they receive the plans like that already and there's really not much you can do about that but I would have rather tried to save them bring them home and try to save them then throw them in a dumpstert's sad very sad I probably there's a reason behind all this but I really been meaning to vent about how it's just it's awful we need them just as much as I need us and we got to keep them healthy so we can stay healthy breaks my heart I try to bring him home and sometimes they're so far gone that they can't and another thing about that they would have they were marking down plants this was last year and this plan was completely almost gone my stepmother had asked him why is it still you know so high like can you give it to us for a quarter and she's like no we have to throw them away so instead of the customer getting to take them for a low price you know to make something off of them their policy it's just throw them away to just undisclosed location save the plants save the plants there thank you stay safe

Very clean and not ghetto at all like other Walmarts tend to have a reputation for. Very friendly workers. The main thing that bothered me was that the candy section was not on the food side of the store, but placed randomly on the other side in a non-food area. And a specific gum was only to be found in checkout, specifically in aisle Z4 - it’s strange that it was located in a specific checkout and not in all of the checkouts. It’s strange that stores will carry products in the checkout aisles and not also have them located anywhere else in the store.
