I remember Glendale as we bark affiliated,but as I arrived with Carmela for a UTI treatment I was told by the technician they never were and I had never seen this technician or this veterinarian before which led me to believe that maybe a new crew took over.over all satisfaction was definitely delivered 👌👌👌

Don't come here if your pet is in desperate need to be seen. My cat swallowed a sewing needle, we waited for awhile, I went from bawling my eyes out to pissed off because of how long we waited. Also, apparently sewing needles are not harmful and not considered an emergency 🙄🙄 ya sure, make you make an appointment if your animal has an emergency because no matter what, they go by appointment, im sure they even do it your pet is bleeding...

UPDATE: My dog had a growth removal while she was being boarded at Glen Dale. Four days later I picked up the dog, and was told to "keep an eye on" her poorly closed wound (image included), as it was still open and bleeding. Wheeling Veterinary—the sibling clinic—performed a follow up visit the day after I got my dog back from boarding, and charged me for the visit and some antibiotics even after I explained the situation. Wheeling scheduled a revision procedure for roughly a week later, and charged me for the re-suturing. I was going to file formal protests with the state veterinary board, and called Glen Dale to protest one last time. I first argued that her wound management was not my fault since the dog had been under their care for four days. Second, I noted that she had to suffer with an open wound for a week before revision and that I had photo documentation of her condition upon pick-up and through the whole timeline. Glen Dale agreed to cover all costs of follow-up procedures. Although I have improved their rating solely for Dr. Mary at Glen Dale stepping in and making it right, I can't justify anything above three stars.

I had my cat.Aura, in for an emergency visit. I only had to wait about 15 minutes at the most before they were able to see her, diagnose her problem, and recommend treatment.Her surgery went just as I was told and she was back home recuperating the same afternoon.I highly recommend Glen Dale Animal Hospital to anyone needing medical care for their pets. Everyone who works there is professional, friendly, and (obviously) knowledgeable about their field of medicine.A huge THANK YOU from me to the entire staff for the wonderful treatment and care you gave Aura... :)... If you have a new pet and are wondering where the best place is to take them, I highly recommend Glendale Animal Hospital. Your pet will be greeted by name from one of the friendliness receptionists I've ever encountered. The doctor is most pleasant and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns. She will also treat your pet as if it were her own. Last but not least, if you choose not to give your pet or can not afford to give your pet all of the extra "bells and whistles" that Veterinarians often offer, you will not be looked down upon. I encourage you to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough GOOD about Glendale Animal Hospital or Their Professional, Compassionate, Friendly, Knowledgeable Employees. They have always been my Vet of choice but today they went above and beyond and saved my daughter's cat Cheeseball's life! Last night I called Animal Urgent Care South Wheeling and they didn't even see Cheeseball and wanted to put him down over the phone! today we went to Glendale and Cheeseball had to get fluids, pain meds, x-rays and stay a few days in the hospital. All that was about the same cost as what Urgent care wanted to kill him. I can't say enough great things about this place!

The vets are professional an helpful. The front office staff needs to be upfront on costs twice now I've been told costs over phone only to get a much higher cost after appointment. Once I was told $180 for dental only to find out different add ons an the $180 was only for procedure. The second time I was told only 2 months ago $90 for euthanasia an then $150 on day of saying costs go up. Not that much in that amount of time. I liked the vets but something should be done with upfront costs.

I absolutely love Glen Dale Animal Hospital! Dr Mary and her staff are so kind and compassionate, whether you are there for routine pet wellness visits or if your pet suddenly becomes ill. I want to thank them for the great care they gave our cat Smokey when he was sick last week. I dropped by in the morning without an advance appointment, and they asked me what was going on. They took him in, took care of him so I could get to work, Dr Mary called me to explain what was going on, and then I went to pick him up with the medications he would need. Dr Mary knows our cats! She even knew the stool sample I took in wasn’t the norm for our boy. They are awesome and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vet care needs.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean facility and fair prices. I called around for local vets and several weren’t taking new patients or had appointments months away…several didn’t seem to want to be bothered. The folks at Glen Dale got me in right away with a smile. My new kitten was already up to date on her shots and was spayed but I just wanted her established at a vet. Their website is easy to use and their availability on an app makes everything so simple. Absolutely happy!

they all seem nice and respectful to me and treated my dog with care. my dog went in for a dental they pulled one that was badly cracked but the left the other tooth untouched that has a starting of a crack in it now sooner or later it will cost me 300.00 plus dollars again to have the same thing done which should been done with.

The staff was wonderful. They treated our 20+ yr old cat Smokey with alot of respect in his last 30 minutes of his life. None of us knew what was wrong over a quick amount of time (days his illness happened so fast). We had to have him put down due to there was nothing they could do for him. Also had our paps dog there for her regular needs as well. We recommend them.

I'm eventually taking my cats to them, I had my handicap disabled neighbors cat over at vet for a skin and flea irritation, they were very reasonable, understanding and willing to work with her

we have 4 dogs and 3 cats. Our Husky, Samantha, momma dog is getting spayed next week and we brought her in for consultation/exam. We live way out in the holler and drove a bit to get her here and we were quite early but regardless of a busy day they took us right in. The staff is very kind and gentle and we felt right at home. We will come up with another review after the procedure.

I would highly recommend !! Dr.Mary and her staff are very caring. Best exam my fur babies ever got. Dr.Mary found a mass in our 12 year old girl. We had it removed was the size of a extra large grapefruit NO cancer Thank God. She is so active now!! Thank You Dr.Mary

We had an emergency with our 6 month old cat. Called Glendale Animal Hospital and they were the only vet with availability. We received nothing but professional and friendly customer service from the initial phone call to the end of our visit, including the check out process. The vet was patient with our cat and thoroughly explained everything and answered all of our questions and concerns. Now we have an established vet and will most definitely be returning for our pet's future care!!

I am so happy I chose to take my furry kids to this hospital. Every employee was so helpful and so friendly. Dr. Mary Martin Olson, DV is such a nice person to talk to. She does not pressure procedures or meds., she really listens and is very easy to talk to. I have finally found someplace to care for my pets.

This place wasn't even my vet but my regular vet couldn't get my boy in and he needed to be seen...QUICK!! Well, I took my boy to this place and they got him in the same day. They took good care of my baby and were really helpful, it's been 2 weeks and my baby boy is back up to being his ole self again playing and jumping all over me. I'm gonna make this place my kids's permanent Vet and would recommend. Me and my boy Thank you all at Glendale Animal Hospital.

The bill was MASSIVE (over 900$) which is practically my entire check’s worth of funds per month, and they don’t offer any type of payment plans for poverty people like, even though I’m a veteran. :/ But the staff were all super nice and one of them even gave me a lift home since my cab was taking so long.
