For the three guys who were working at circle k tonight, doing everything that they could to fulfill everyone's orders and also doing all these tasks with a smile. I just want to say you guys did awesome. You guys did everything you could with the huge flow of traffic that you had. The assistant manager working over 20 some hours and not giving up is such a great leader in my thoughts. He continuously greeted every customer coming in the door while wishing them a Merry Christmas and apologizing for delaying any time that he may have taken up from their family. This is where a good leader shines He along with his team working side by side succeeded beyond expectations He also kept coming back to the store after doing those long hours to make sure the other two guys weren't overwhelmed. He continued helping them while being extremely exhausted yet all three maintained there smile and manners. At one point the manager of the store showed up with the other assistant manager and didn't say one thing about doing a good job nor did they help in any way. At this point the one guy was even asking for some help cause he was extremely slammed. Instead the manager did one thing on the self scan and him and the other female assistant manager left together in the same vehicle.. anyways I have made a few stops into the store throughout the day and the manager never checked back on the exhausted employees once nor did he send any extra help. Instead the assistant manager with the long hair and beanie was constantly checking on the guys through the night and even came in multiple times to help them cause they were extremely busy. So with this I will say these three guys did amazing especially with the communication the assistant had with them. Hopefully something good comes of this and honestly the two that are obviously dating need to have a wake up call and learn a team's a team if you're there for each other. Cause today the manager showed who he is only there for and that's the other assistant manager since they both got to take Christmas and Christmas Eve off while leaving the store with one individual per shift.

Edit. So as unhappy with my experience with this local branch/employee i will say i called and filled out an online complaint and was called back rather quickly by a man who's driving a rather long way to fix the problem and give my money back.......If I could rate 0 I would. I stopped in with my daughter she got a Baby bottle pop and we each got a large soda slushy. Went to self checkout area at the same time a group of kids came in and the worker walked outside. Anyway I didn't really pay attention inserted my card and then realized it said total $17.68 tried stopping transaction to late already went through. My daughter went outside to get worker we had to wait for her to finish her cigarette to come in and tell me even though their machine messed up and charged me $11.99 for a $1.59 drink she couldn't do anything her manager said they won't refund anyone anymore. I ask for corporate number, she points to sign on wall that just goes to answering machine. 🙄 I'll continue reaching out wherever possible to resolve this issue.

Crazy technology at the checkout. Set your purchase on a special counter and it scans your stuff all at the same time. Humans are not necessary anymore for ringing up a total. More training needed for us customers at self checkouts!

I bought an outdated gross six pack. That’s fine, it happens. When I returned less then twenty minutes later to exchange it, the woman refused. First she insinuated I’ve returned things before and I haven’t. Then she said “you already drank one” accusingly because there were only five. I didn’t drink one. I had a drink realizing it was nasty and thought it was a bad idea to drive back across town with an open container.The nicer cashier that sold it to me acknowledged that she did in fact just sell it to me, and that didn’t matter to her superior. The entire time she was nasty and rude and acted like I was trying to get something for free.I ended up paying full price for a new one because I didn’t wanna go elsewhere and left the expired one sitting on the counter. I go there every day, but not anymore!

I like this place especially because it's opened 24 hours a day ..it's THE ONLY 24 hour gas station/convenient store opened around here with in 20 miles!! It's been this way since the pandemic. So thank you Circle K for always being open! Note: it's a very clean store also!

This store are ridiculous. I am from Pittsburgh PA and sometimes my route passed this place. Fill up gas and went inside to use their restroom and surprise me restroom are not for public !? Never come back here anymore.

It's a Circle K. What can you expect? Decent selection in the convenient store. Could use some better beers. Employees as cordial as you'd expect. They have diesel, which is nice. Parking lot tore up all to hell.

False advertizing dont shop hereSo went to buy some pepsi they didnt have any in 12 pack so i got dr pepper. The sighn said $5.69 and buy one get one for $.49.It rang up at 12.38 for 2 - 4.38 or almost $2 more than it should have been.Told the clerk. She said she cant fix it only a manager can and she was the only one there.

This location usually has some of the better prices in the area in regards to fuel. The store is well kept and managed and the employees are always friendly. When it comes to item selection inside the store, it has what you'd expect in your average convenience store.

Samantha went above and beyond for me today, on such a stressful day with the ice storm. She made me day 100x better and I will intentionally stop here any time I'm in the area because of her!

Well any other time I don't get charged extra for the cup when I get ice but I got charged twice two different times for the cups so watch n look at receipt if u get a polar pop or just ice

It's a nice store and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful except Liz that lady is the rudest person I have ever meet she acts like doing her is going to kill her she doesn't smile or greet the customer if she was gone I would give the store a 5 stars
