We stayed at Gibert Suites room 7 over Labor Day weekend. Very nice & clean. The outdoor space was amazing! The breakroom was well stocked & reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the Guyan Suite 2 with the game room garage. Staying here was a new experience for us as we usually stay in more secluded lodges, but it was fun and I enjoyed it. Being able to pull your machines inside is really awesome. We spent plenty of time shooting pool and playing ping pong and other pong type games. Definitely made use of the garage space to work on one of our atv’s, much cooler and nicer than doing it outside. The apartment upstairs is really nice as well but we honestly spent 90% of our time in the game room garage which probably comes as no surprise to anyone. All we did was sleep and shower upstairs, pretty comfortable and clean beds no complaints there, plenty of hot water even showering back to back to back. AC works excellent upstairs, the game room also has AC but it just can’t keep that huge room as cool, was still comfortable and much cooler than outside so can’t really complain considering the size of the room. The game room also has an extra 5th bedroom with one full sized bed and 2 additional full bathrooms that I don’t think are shown or mentioned on their website, so that’s pretty cool. The only down side really was that the TV in the game room is pretty old and the picture is really dark you can barely even see it. I’m sure they will repair or replace it soon because it really seems like they take good care of their rentals and their guests! It wasn’t a big deal as you are surrounded by other fun things to do, and for us we brought a projector anyway so we just used that, half the town will remember us as the ones playing Mario Cart and watching movies on the side of the building haha. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone with a decent group size! My pictures are from later in our stay so we had dirtied the place up a little bit.

Wonderful place to stay! Our group stayed at the treehouse lodge. We have been down here three times now and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Andrea took great care of Our group. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. We stayed for a week and had everything that we needed. Great view as well. An entrance to rockhouse trail system is extremely close as well which is a plus. Definitely recommend to anyone considering staying in the area.

This place was outstanding! Anything you could think of was supplied for you (as mentioned on website) so don't overpack. The cabin was very well maintained and clean. Staff and property manager go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Right across from Rockhouse trailhead. Best rental company we have ever had. Thanks for a great family trip! Looking forward to our next one!

First time to Hatfield McCoy, stayed at Willow Cabin and what a terrific stay! Cabin was exceptionally clean, nearly all amenities were included and the setting was spectacular. Andrea was great, very helpful and answered all of our questions. Great trip! Will be returning in the fall.

Me and five friends stayed here first week of August 2023 to hit the trails. It was a great find, right at the beginning/end of trail #17. Three bedrooms, two bath rooms with enough parking for three or four trailers. It was no good but was clean and had everything anyone would need who's going to spend the majority of time hitting the trails. I'd recommend for the price and location.

Will's Place is the nicest, cleanest, best equipped cabin I have ever stayed at. Andrea was just the nicest manager and everybody we met there, staff and guests, were very nice also. Access to the trails for riding was awesome and when you were finished for the day they had a great place to wash up the side by sides. The scenery is beautiful, from the river 50 yards in front of the cabin to the surrounding mountains. I would 100% recommend this cabin and rental company if you want a wonderful place to stay. Whether riding, fishing or just relaxing and having fun, this is the place to stay in southern West Virginia. Our little piece of heaven! #2020ride

We have been going to the HMT trailfest for years and this past October we stayed at Gilbert Suites. The staff is really awesome and they are all so hospitable. The rooms are very clean and provide you everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend staying here. Going forward we will continue to rent from these amazing folks.

Best rental properties in West Virginia. Just finished a week at the Sky view property. Amazing house with great location and wildlife. Immaculate shape with all the amenities for a great week of riding the trails. Shout out to Andrea for being super responsive and helpful during the rental process. If you are looking for great service and a great place to spend your get away you can stop the search and just work with this group.

Stayed at the Inn at Creekside for Memorial Day. Wonderfully clean and comfortable! Savannah does a first class job at insuring your stay is everything you'd want. This is probably one of the first rentals I've had in 8 years of visiting WV where everything in the unit was new (from the mattresses, bedding and towels to the glassware and appliances) and not a compilation of the owners old stuff or flea market finds! Will stay again anytime.

Just stayed in Kermit's Cabin this week and it was absolutely awesome. We rented 3 of the units and they were all close but private at the same time. The cabin was all set for our arrival and Andrea had our ac cranking for us on that 95 degree day. The cabins are very very clean and update with flat screens and wifi. Our bathroom was spacious and well stocked with towels, hair car and soap. They even provide shop towels to clean off your gear and rides. The bunk beds were a bit small but comfortable and clean. The outside is just as nice as the inside. The furniture on the deck is high quality and the chair swings were awesome. They have two hoses that you can wash off your machines for FREE. The grounds were extremely well kept. The best part about this place is that the service is just as good as the appearance. Andrea had our trail passes on the kitchen table waiting for us. She is the best. We already booked another stay!

Best place to stay hands down!! Very Clean and Spacious. We’ve stayed other places and paid the same amount for a one room cabin with no kitchen. Will’s Place has ten times the room full kitchen, living room 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms . Lots of covered porch space in case it rains. Amenities are outstanding. You only need to bring food and folding chairs- they provide everything else. Andrea was very friendly, professional and helpful. If you are riding Rockhouse this is the best place to stay!

Very clean! The entire grounds are immaculate. The manager, Andrea makes you feel welcome, is knowledgeable about the area and ATV'ing. The cabins are so well stocked. There is 5 of s here right now and everyone loves the place. Gilbert is a very nice town and everyone we have met is friendly.

What a great place to stay!! We were in Will's cabin and the facility was excellent. The cabin was roomy and well maintained. There is ample parking for large trailers and the grounds are maintained to the highest standards. The staff made sure that we were comfortable. This was our second stay here and we will be back.

Kermits Kabin is the nicest, cleanest, best equipped cabin I have ever stayed at. The property manager was just the nicest woman and everybody we met there, staff and guests, were very nice also.Access to the trails for riding was awesome and when you were finished for the day they had a great spot to wash up the bikes or whatever you are riding.The scenery is beautiful, from the river 50 yards in front of the cabin to the surrounding mountains.I would 100% recommend this cabin and rental company if you want a wonderful place to stay. We came down for a family trip with a few friends. We stayed in Kermits Kabin. It was sooooo nice! One of the cleanest cabins I have ever stayed in and the beds are comfy too! And when I seen it had a porch swing, I was sold! I think I spent more time on that swing then in the trails! 🤣 The amenities they give you here is more then we ever got at any other cabin! I highly recommend staying here! I got to meet both of the girls who clean the cabins who are very sweet! And Tamra who works in reservations has the patience of a saint! And very sweet as well! And this cabin is 2 seconds from the trail head! Definitely worth staying here!

I've traveled around the world and stayed at some nice places, so I was very surprised at how beautiful and clean our cabins were. Stayed a week with 4 other guys and it cost each of us about $51 a day. All the exterior bathrooms were clean and had plenty of soap. You can also wash your UTV on site. The owners were very nice as well. Right across the street is the entrance to one of the greatest trail systems in America.

My husband and I plan 2 trips per year to ride the Hatfield McCoy Trails. Vickers Rentals always provides everything that we need! They are friendly and thoughtful and have immaculate facilities. Their properties are close to several trail heads for easy access. We have stayed in several of their places and enjoy the comforts of home they provide. And, if I forget to bring something, they always take care of us.Recently, we tried their Skyview property. It was fabulous! It is secluded and quiet with an amazing view of the stars. After staying with Vickers several times, I am proud to call them my friends and would highly recommend!

Vickers Rentals has always been our best and only choice to stay in WV while riding the Hatfield's Trails. They are very very kind people, and will go out of their way to do what they can.We were out there when the governor shut down trails for Covid-19, they again went out of their way.The Manager is amazing and the staff will treat you like Family. We've stayed in almost every place they own and every time facilities are clean- prepped and accommodating.

We stayed in the Canebrake which was very clean and well equipped for our 6 day stay. The rockhouse trail system offered a great variety of trails as well.

Just left this morning and this place was perfect. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, supplied with everything we needed, peaceful, over looking the river with trail access just across the road. I would definitely recommend Will’s Place to anyone looking for place to stay at HMT!!

My buddies and I have been atving and dirt biking for years, we started renting from Penny and Andrea 7 years ago and have never been disappointed. This year was our largest group – 13 people – we were not tripping over each other and had our own space. The amenities were plentiful and there was an offer to provide riding trail passes upon check in if needed. Andrea has been great to work with, very quick to response to questions / needs or adjusting our needs when we add or subtract guests. We are already planning our 2017 trip.....5 stars is not enough to say how nice the place is.....definitely cream of the Cabins. thank you sooo much.

Stayed at the Gilbert Suites motel this weekend. Absolutely loved it. The rooms are nice and they have a great back patio outside each room for you to hangout at night. Andrea was also very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back for another stay very soon.

Best place to stay! Super Clean! Exceptionally nice and accommodating staff!!! Everything you need for a home/cabin is there. Just bring your clothes, food, and folding chairs! They even provide the firewood for the firepits!!!! Plenty of room for everyone!!! We have stayed there four times and it has been wonderful each time!!!

What a fantastic facility and super friendly and helpfull staff! We drove through the night from Florida in a caravan of three trucks with trailers each carrying two side x side UTV's and they not only had ample parking for us, they had the place cooled down and ready for us to arrive very late. The staff is so accommodating and they gave us excellent advice about the Hatfield and McCoy trails (Rockhouse, Devil Anse, and Buffalo) We were able to plan rides for every day we had available. The recommended restaurants had fantastic food as well. (Kieth's). The mud room/showers/bathrooms downstairs proved invaluable after a long day of dusty and muddy trail riding, and the modern and spacious living quarters in the Riverside Treehouse were a welcome place to cook dinner for our family of 10 and relax in the evening. Nice big tables where we could all sit together were a nice plus, as were the flat screen tv's and WiFi. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and we tried to leave it that way. Best family vacation in a long time. We will be back I guarantee!
