This Vet Office is the best!! Very Affordable and has been very good to me and my animal. I just recently called 3 weeks ago for an emergency visit at midnight. She came out to meet me, but unfortunately, my baby didn't make it there in time to be saved. They did not charge me anything for coming out that late, which was very kind with what I was going through. Would recommend!!

Very grateful to staff for working our cat in for eye infection and frequent cough, disappointed with end result. Thought veterinarian would give us a rundown, no matter how short, of her examination. Very nice receptionist handed us a box containing eye ointment (no explanation of how to apply), brought cat out to us and copy of our payment receipt. Thank goodness for YouTube for explanation of ointment application. Still no answer on cough. I don’t usually give poor reviews, but feeling a little short changed.

A great staff - all caring and compassionate souls. They will help you through rough times if your pet's health fails and we even received a sympathy card in the mail. We bring all our pets here and have for many years, cats and dogs. Trustworthy vets, very kind to animals. You can wait in your car for your turn if you have a nervous pet,too!

Great staff who love and care about our dogs. We had to have our sweet Jenny (dog) down and the staff were so patient and kind. A few weeks later our other dog, Sid, needed a cancer tumor removed. Ten days later, Sid is feeling playful and has his spring back, at least as much as a 13.5 year old can. : )

The Dog grooming Girl (Kiera's Dog-Gone Grooming) is horrible and behaves like that gold girl on Guardians of the Galaxy 2. I can go anywhere and get poor service by a self absorbed twenty something brat. I don't have to pay for it. The other staff when we arrived were kind, courteous and professional. But the groomer is the worst. Y'all have lost my business. If I could leave zero stars I would have.Visited Marlinton clinic at 8:52am August 30th 2023.

Received excellent care for my sick cat Luna. Staff is friendly and you can tell they love their jobs and the animals. Wait time to see the vet is minimal. They're good with the animals during the exams. We take all of our animals there. You definitely won't be disappointed.

I had an 8:00 appointment to have 2 dogs groomed. I arrived at 8 and waited until 8:40 for the groomer. She told me to pick them up at 12:30. Neither dog was ready for pick up at 12:30. The groomer said that she groomed another dog before mine because the other dog was in better shape even though that dog came in after mine. I was told neither dog was ready to pick up. So I was told to come back back at 2:30. When I arrived the groomer was sitting in her car taking a break. Once again neither one of them were ready for pick up. Now, I was told to pick them up at 4:00. Once again when I arrived they were not ready. I was frustrated and angry. About 4:20 I finally got my toy poodle, Leo. His hair wasn’t cut around his eyes or any where else. I was told the other dog (Briar) wasn’t ready. Around 4:30 my other dog was brought to me. Blowed dry but no hair cut. I was told that I could make an appointment for the next day to have his hair cut. This would mean another 40 minute drive. No apology for the 8 1/2 hours that I spent in Lewisburg waiting for 2 dogs to be groomed. And, I wasn’t about to do the waiting game again. I asked for a refund of $33.00 for the one dog not having a hair cut. I received it that day. Then I received a bill for the same. I am going to report this to the BBB and place a notice in the local newspaper. Just Beware!!

I have been using this Vet since she opened. My dog is 10 years old. And for years Dr. Gibson has been amazing. My dog Sampson had a digit removed. Gibson didn’t do this surgery, her new vet did. And he has been a mess ever since. I asked this vet to have the toe tested for cancer. We waited months. I would call and no test result. Then, at a follow up appointment she tells me we declined to have it done. No, I specifically asked for this to be done bc I just had to put my cat down for something similar. Needless to say, they found the toe in their freezer and sent it off. Again, time goes by, I call, no results. Let me just say that we now have a dog with a paw that never healed, who now has open blisters all up his leg and a oncology report we paid a lot of money for that says inconclusive and now they say they don’t “trust” their oncology. We have found a new vet even though we still have so much respect for the vet we started there with. But this other vet really let us down and we wont be going back.

Going out of town ,I was first apprehensive of boarding my dog.But upon arrival at frankford veterinarian hospital,i found the staff helpful,cheerful and certainly animal lovers.It's nice leaving town and knowing my sweet dog will be in their care.I would recommend them to anyone .
