Been buy from this store since it came to Fort Ashby. Great customer service! and store is organized well. They order a handle for me that they did not carry in stor when asked and called me when it came in. They have a diverse section and organized better then other stores in town, who may carry more items.

Very Disappointed in my experience at the Fort Ashby location. I live almost 45 minutes away and went there to pick up a Liberty gun safe that had some "scratches", as they were described to me, for a 10% discount. After getting there and looking at them, they were not scratches, they were major gouges in the metal in the front door. I decided to just buy the new one for full price instead. After getting the new safe into my truck, I noticed there was a large dent in the bottom that I did not see in the store. I asked if I would be able to get a safe discount for this damaged one and I was told no by the manager Keith. So I then had to haul the thing back out of my truck and back into the store and get my money back. Unreal...unfortunately no one to talk to about it because Keith is also the owner...what a shame.

Called before I went there, talked to "Jason", on a search for a quart of Kilz paint. Not only did they have it, but Jason brought a quart up to the counter and had it sitting, waiting on me when I got there. Service with a smile for sure. Thank you Jason- I'll definitely be back!

I love this new store in my town. The staff are nice and helpful. If you need something that is at there other store , they will gladly get it shipped to their store. Prices are great and the inventory is quite extensive.

Will never shop there. We have a very nice store at HighQ. I think the man is very ignorant for moving to Fort Ashby. This store was NOT NEEDED!
