This fast food restaurant is not worth stopping at. I will go into detail of what it’s like going there. First and foremost when you enter the lobby area you aren’t greeted with a smile, there isn’t any employees working rather there are 3-4 employees standing by the drive thru window talking until one notices there are customers, outside the point the employees there aren’t worried about the time they give you your food or your change back or even a cup for your meal but you gotta remind them to give you a cup, to give you the sauces you asked for. The food in the back is not kept at temperature, it’s often kept in the cabinet for 30 mins to an hour and longer than that. I know all this personally because I used to work here as a shift manager and although I did my best to stay on top of everything, to maintain a good work place it was physically impossible to do so with the employees disrespecting the higher ups, the communication between managers is so bad that you can feel the tensions in the air. The employees in the back blast music that have cursing and swearing in it and some of the managers don’t even care. The managers have no respect towards their employees and one of which cusses his employees and degrades them, calls them names that they don’t deserve. I vowed to never, ever go back to that Wendy’s ever again and I intend to stand by that vow and I recommend everyone do the same. It’s an awful place to be at.

Got a baconator only mayo and they put tomato on it tomato doesn't even come on a baconator ??? Then I called and they replaced it after I drove all the way back for my food and they give me a piss pore burger and like not even half the bacon it's should have had on it it was all crumbs not like they were tring to make up for me driving back their just a pore experience the guy Rick I talked to said they would remake my hole order for free and that was a lie I only got one puss pore baconator with only mayo after two trips

Ordered a Baconator and they gave us a completely different sandwich, and also didn't give us a receipt. This is not the first time we've had issues with our order at this Wendys location, everytime we've gone to this Wendy's they always mess up our order whether its inside or going through the drive-thru. We will no longer be going back.

Ew. I'm telling ya just keep going! Sad since it looks freshly updated. Everyone just standing around, and we were the only ones in line but yet waited a good 10 min on someone to decide to start making our sandwiches. The F word seems to be the vocabulary these folks prefer since they threw it around loud and proud.Food was cold. So cold. I don't get it.Only good thing about this place was the guy taking our order at the front. He was very kind and social. Quality is definitely not their priority here.

Disappointing Dining ExperienceReview:My recent visit to this establishment left a lot to be desired, beginning with an unsightly incident involving what seemed to be the manager, a person named Kyle. I was taken aback when I saw him eating directly from the line while wearing gloves, only to continue preparing food without any indication of sanitary measures.I found the overall environment behind the counter to be far from ideal, filled with confusion and chaos. It seemed that there was a lack of organization and effective management, which led to a disheartening dining experience.The quality of the food also left much to be desired. The two chicken wraps I ordered were hastily assembled and severely lacking in contents. Given the price, I expected a meal that was substantial and carefully prepared. Unfortunately, this was not the case.I believe that with proper leadership, adherence to hygiene practices, and a renewed focus on food quality and presentation, this establishment could significantly improve. I hope my feedback can contribute to a much-needed change.

Went through the drive through ordered a bacon cheeseburger and baked potato with cheese and bacon. The burger had bacon the potato did not. I took it inside and the VERY RUDE GIRL said oh we are out of bacon it will be 10min. She was a smart mouth. She looked down at me and said do you want anything else. Of course I didn't wait for the bacon. I took some off my burger and put it on my daughter's potato. My next visit at the drive through was a rude boy who literally NEVER spoke one word to us. This place needs new management. Won't be back for a while.

This restaurant is a frequent stop on our trips. It is well positioned near Rt. 19, service is fast and courteous. The wait time is usually short, and the food quality meets the standards.Parking: Plenty of parking spots and an adequate space to walk a dog.

Constantly out of something every time going there and can't get even a simple order right. This time they were out of chili - AGAIN, last time chili, before that was baked potatoes, and the time before that was fries, baked potatoes and chili. Extremely poor management! How do they expect to keep customers if you can't get food you want? I told cashier only cheese tomato mayo and heavy pickles - no ketchup, no onions and no mustard on a to-go order. Well instead I got the cheese and just 2 pickles but no mayo, no tomato, instead there was onions, ketchup and mustard on the burger. And fries were barely warm...I've had it with the Fayetteville, WV location. This location got 2 stars because the cashiers have been friendly and apologetic over everything.I'll take my business to the Beckley location on Robert C. Byrd Dr. from now on when I'm down that way, they've never said they're out of anything and get orders right.Oak Hill's location isn't much better either from what friends have said.

I love Wendy's but around here people need retrained. It all starts with one bad trainer. Then eventually everyone is pulling fries out 45 seconds early. I never get good food from there unless I ask them for fresh food.Parking: Parking lot is fairly small but has plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have highchair seats and kid meals

I used to be a manager here. I have personally witnessed the so-called General manager reaching her entire bare hand and arm into the lemonade machine and serve the same contaminated lemonade to the public. They do NOT temp the meat at ALL and cross contaminate chicken and beef all day long. I tried to fix this behavior but when the gm says jump your supposed to say how high. They also have a SEVERE roach infection and never clean the mold in the drink machine. I've seen maggots fall into the drinks and the gm MAKES them serve it anyway because of 'product cost' the good news is the insects in your food is free. If you've been here in the last year I'd report to the health department asap before someone ACTUALLY dies.

Very poor service ! Seen the poor management and other coworkers struggling while the cashier was just standing there and wasn’t even helping when they were begging for her help. They were out of ice and didn’t bother to put up a sign or anything ! I know we all struggle in the work place but kindness goes a long way and so does team work ! Hoping things get better for this Wendy’s !

This particular Wendy's didn't quite make the grade. I ordered through the drive through and there were numerous things not right. First I had to tell her she never gave me my credit card back, I ordered sour cream for the chili and it wasn't in the bag, I didn't get straws in the bag for our drinks and there were no napkins. The French fries were literally upside down in the bag also. Should of looked before I left the window.

Well its been really busy hardly no where to park it to a while to Get the food but when you would get the food it was still a great taste of food to eat love it.Parking: There's usually always a place to part but the past few days not really because its has been really busy there people just jept coming and coming but its only because Wendy's food is the best.

The food was fine. However, we did drive thru and of course we had to circle back. We order food for 4. Four drinks, 3 burgers, 1 chicken, and 4 fries. We got all 4 drinks and then was handed a bag of food. I asked if that was everything and was told it was. We pulled to the front and I had my husband check because it just didn't look like it was from the size of the bag. Sure enough one burger and one fry order was missing. So we had to drive thru again. I told them we were missing a burger and fries and was told to pull to the 2nd window. My husband asked how do they know which burger? So of course I checked it when it was handed to us. It was right. So apparently it was made and just not bagged.

Would give a zero if possible. Stood in the lobby for like 10 minutes, was not having no order taken one person in front of us. Called and asked the manager what was going on was their employees only capable of taking care of one order at a time. His remark was yes we have new hires so we have them only wait on one order at a time.

Quick effective service this afternoon. Very grateful, as we were pretty hungry after hours on the road.If I had a line drawing business, I'd bid on redrawing the marks into the shopping center. It was mostly tarmac, which might not be ideal for new visitors.Great job to this Wendy's and staff. Thanks!

Ordered two $5.00 bacon double burgers combos. Checked my order, the fries were barely warm and not fresh. One of the burgers wasn't what I ordered. So I went back to the drive thru and they gave me another burger but only one fry. So the burger wasn't very fresh and I was missing a fry . My other burger had only one ring of a onion on it.

Prompt, friendly service. Good food. No issues with order. Couldn't ask for more from this type of restaurant.Update - dropped in again today (8/25/18) and had another wonderful, freshly prepared sammich at this Wendy's location. Got the half-pound double today (comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, & condiments) and enjoyed every bite. I like this location, just off U.S. Rt 19, and have always been greeted/served promptly by friendly staff. Just wish they'd get the mobile ordering from the Wendy's app up and running there.

Sub par experience. I had some confusion ordering because of a glare on the screen which was not well received. Once we got that sorted out it seemed fine, until I got back and realized they also forgot part of my order. Overall good was fine and girl taking my order tried to be nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed which I think added to the other issues. Hopefully just an off day.

I don’t often go to fast-food chains, because I try to eat healthy - but I found Wendy’s has some rather good salads to offer. Clean enough, friendly service, and I like the ‘freestyle’ soda machine a lot.
