This was a great place! Indoor and outdoor seating. They have an inside and outside stage, so check for live music! The peperoni rolls were a huge hit, so good. Don't pass those up. We also had the cheese fries, the classic gyro, and cheeseburgers. Everything was delicious. They have an indoor ping pong table, board games, and video games (youbpay for the video games). Great spot to get some really delicious food and cold brews after a morning of hiking and exploring around the New River Gorge area.I started with a salad. I'm one who loves lots of veggies and toppings in a salad, this was perfect! Cucumber, tomato, red onion, bacon, cheddar and a delicious ranch dressing. So good!I was only in WV for 2 days so what actually solidified my decision to choose this brewery in the area, was their house made pepperoni rolls. I couldn't leave WV without trying this local delicacy. They did not disappoint. The bread was soft, chewy and seasoned nicely. The sauce was tasty and I overall enjoyed my rolls.Beers were all decent.

I came across this brewery while in town for a running event in early May. What an absolute gem of an establishment! I get right at home. Everything was awesome - the beer, the food, the staff, the music, the atmosphere. Dog-friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. Live music. Overall good vibes! Definitely check them out if you are in the area!Vegetarian options: Falafel!Parking: Parking across the street in a gravel lot but very easy to cross the road.

Stopped here on a Saturday evening and instantly felt at home. The beer was great (try the Allegheny Alligator), the food was tasty (I had the vegetarian gyro and an awesome chocolate lava cake), and I loved the atmosphere. From the murals on the walls to the handmade member steins to the kind staff, this place just feels like what you want a brewery to be. Highly recommend!

Pretty good. The beer is excellent. The fries are delicious. Gyros are tasty. The hummus was so good. The lamb meet was not what we expected but it was good.

Great place a little off the beaten path. It is well with the short drive past downtown Fayetteville. Food was amazing and good prices. Definitely get the Greek Fries and the dry rubbed Greek wings. Pepperoni rolls are great as well. Beer was excellent and the staff very friendly and courteous. Fun place to eat or meet for a beer with cornhole, ping-pong, and even arcade games.

Better drink choices than an other nearby brewery. Really enjoyed their sour.Stage for live music was plaxed well with plenty of outdoor seating. If you order food they give you a buzzer, nice.Road noise is minimal but present, has fences to keep dogs & kids safe.

My family and I had a great time during our quick stop at Freefolk.The beers I tried were excellent. The stout was excellent and the IPA’s were refreshing.It was a nice surprise to see drink options for children there too. Thank you for carrying the juice boxes!We played a quick game of ping pong as well.Great place to visit and I look forward to stopping there next time we come to New River Gorge!

We were here for a relaxing couple of hours after a morning hike. Really good atmosphere as the bartenders were friendly and welcoming. There’s indoor seating but if the weather is good you’re better off sitting outside. There’s some Adirondack chairs and some picnic tables. There’s also a ping pong table and a couple of other games. There’s a food truck with good food. The beer was good, the people were friendly and there was live music. There’s limited parking in front of the restaurant but plenty right across the street. It’s also dog friendly Definitely recommend

Simply amazing! I am so glad we worked up a thrist on our hike and this happened to be in the area. Absolutely love the vibe and atmosphere. Sarah, Jim and Kyle were a few of the staff that made this experience wonderful. They were all so friendly and helpful with everything from what beer to try to what sights to see. I had the meatball sub (it was the special) and it was the BEST meatball sub I have ever had! I'm a fan of IPAs and I loved all 4 they had on tap. I also loved that this is a dog friendly brewery. I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself!

Sits right along the road.. easy to find. Peaceful loving atmosphere with friendly staff. Pet Friendly and lots of outdoor seating. Stopped for a quick snack and a flight.. parking was interesting. Few spots along the road and additional across the road.. appetizers were basic nothing special but the brews were decent and served at a good temperature. Beautiful artistry on the inside and growler options are available.

Had a great time here! Donovan and Victoria are great bartenders and super friendly.They have corn hole, ping pong, and a great outside area. Prices are reasonable and the food wasn't bad. I had the Bratwurst with no peppers and it was enjoyable, I love my brats with sauerkraut and theirs comes with it on there along with onions. Fries are extra, but I liked them and were worth it.Everyone was friendly and had good vibes. I ordered a flight, amongst several other beers 😏 I really enjoyed the Sours they had. I'm not an IPA guy but I tried the rest of the beers and there really wasn't one I thought was bad.Definitely recommend coming here to play games and get toasty.Parking: Across the street

This place was so fun! Great atmosphere, interesting artwork on the walls, and I loved that they allowed dogs! The beer was delicious and we got the baked feta and baklava cheesecake. So good!

Coolest place! The staff are beyond amazing, the beer/Cider is fantastic, the atmosphere can’t be compared to and the Pepperoni Rolls, just made it all perfect. The art is everywhere, look at the members cups! Jealous doesn’t even describe how I felt knowing I couldn’t buy one!

We were greeted straight away & asked if we had been there before and the bartenders Rachel & Victoria were more than happy to find a beer my friend and I would like. I got a flight of various beers and they were good. I was taking it easy so I settled on the blonde ale. We had not intended to eat, but upon looking at the new food menu, and having just finished a hike, we got the delicious Mezze platter (subbed falafel for meatballs) which was huge and could easily be shared with a whole table. The outdoor setup is cool and the artwork all over the brewery is awesomely done by a local artist-also, they are dog friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone local or visiting -the vibe is good and the people are extremely friendly.Vegetarian options: Menu is heavy on Greek/Mediterranean food which is easy for vegetarians & vegans to choose from

Terrific atmosphere and vibe. Metal work and sculptures abound. Plenty of covered seating and space outdoors with some indoor seating as well. Enjoyed a flight of 4 beers and then had a pint. Took a 4 pack home of the two I liked best (Soul Sister and Berry the Hatchet). They also serve light food but didn't have any. Others seemed to be ordering food and enjoying it. Appreciated the non-alcoholic options and cocktail menu in addition to their beer and a couple guest taps. Solid margarita...not at all too sweet. Attentive staff.

We strolled into free folk after some other rock climbers pointed us in their direction. Really good craft beer but what blows everything out of the water is the fantastic Greek foods.Small simple menu, but incredibly well done. One of the best Greek salads I've had in recent memory.

This is one of the better breweries I’ve been to across the country.- very dog friendly- really good line up of beer; Allegheny Alligator is a solid stout- artwork is beautiful- nice game room- we had Greek food and it was great (hummus is recommended)- bartender / staff were friendly, engaging and know their beer.

Very neat spot with an awesome vibe. We got there right when it opened basically and it got fairly crowded quickly.We tried three bears and our favorite was the Berry the Hatchet on nitro. We also got the pepperoni rolls which were really good. They also do flights!They have ping pong and a few arcade games in the back. Overall a great experience!
