My visit to Lowe’s was as you would expect from Lowe’s home improvement. I walked in found a staff member who promptly took me to the area that I needed to go. The store was clean well stocked and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We were visiting from out of town and my need was last minute but exceedingly important. They were able to assist with no issues.

Update: Our Lowes has become a sense of place and community. I have been coming to this Lowes since I was in my mid-twenties. The people there have seen me grow up. They watched me search in plumbing for whatever parts I didn’t know I needed. They helped me load 2x4’s and countless pieces of drywall. We know each other on a first name basis. At the end ofthe day, it’s like we are family.I will miss my hometown Lowes and the friendships I have developed over the years.Special thanks and love to Gary, Mike and Jeff ❤️❤️Excellent customer service! Great people! We love our hometown Lowe's. Thanks for the 10 plus years of service.

I came into the store the other day and was checking out. I guess she was a head cashier her name was Carrie. I asked her for help multiple times and she just looked at me like I was stupid and started to publicly talk about me and laugh while I was standing right there. She was very rude and not professional. Lowe’s should really take into consideration who they hire. Love the store however, that is not what any customer should have to deal with when they come to shop.

Went to purchase some garden soil as I went through lawn and garden the male cashier and female greeter were in conversation as I stood there waiting they didn't even acknowledge I was at the checkout, I ask which one is opened and finally the male cashier says I can't understand you as the female said I'm not running a checkout he is. Furthermore the cashier was very rude and ( forgot to mention he was setting on the counter where you checkout), very disrespectful! Theses people they hire need to be properly trained in customer service, they're not wanting to work but want the paycheck attitudes wasn't for the customer they wouldn't have a job as now I'm seeing why more and more online shopping is being pursued. Very disrespectful employees this store has.

The Fayetteville/Oakhill store 2205 is wonderful. The staff is amazingly helpful and the store is neat and orderly. I drive a longer distance to patronise this location simply due to excellent service.

Don't waste time calling I tried to get some pricing done but never could get anyone from that department was transferred 5 times and then decided just to go and do it myself store is clean most staff are friendly and try to help

I've had issues with some of the people know what to do and how to help you but others just point you to the most expensive things they got when there's a dollar item around the corner... Also watch your money when you get to a register sometimes they miss count... And try to get more money from you... Use self-service you will be safer... All in all it's a good store don't let a few bad apples ruin the bunch....

Best Lowes experience in Southern WV. Super friendly and knowledge staff. Greeted us at the door and walked with us to our items, then helped us load in parking. Bought windows and doors and Al was wonderful and concerned they were safe for travel back to Lewisburg. Excellent store.

Good customer service.Update:Change that. GREAT customer service! These guys went WAY above and beyond to take care of me when I was having issues with a Craftsman mower. It had been sent out for warranty work and the arduous process was kinda left for these guys to deal with. I have heard that there are MANY issues with the Craftsman mowers, but these guys made sure I had every received benefit possible to regain my trust and confidence in their store. Mission accomplished folks! One lady offered to help me find someone to mow my yard until my mower came back. At least 6 to 8 employees came to help determine why this mower wouldn't start (which had just been SENT BACK TO ME FROM CRAFTSMAN). This was on a Friday evening, so I'm sure they had other things to take care of. But they focused on my issue to see that it was resolved. Thank you so much for everything you did that evening!

Easy to get to from the highway and plenty of parking. The store is clean, well stocked and marked well so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Check out was quick. If needed there’s restrooms available.

Needed to purchase a water heater and arrange for installation. Installer was supposed to call me and arrangements to assess and installation. It's now been two days and have heard nothing from Lowes. I called local company they came and did the work all in one day. If you're needing something done in an emergency situation such has water heater use someone else.

I used to consider them about a 3. But in the last 6 months, they've gotten better at helping customers and learning the store. Know several folks that work there. So I don't mind supporting them for that reason.

I use to love going to Lowe's. When I go in now I can't get any help . I have been buying lots of cedar boards lately . The employees won't help me load anything. This evening two guys that were outside talking to each other standing 10 ft from me literally watch me load all my boards and never even offered to help. I think I'm going to start driving to Home Depot and hour and a half from me just to get good customer service. Its ridiculous at our Lowe's. Use to be a great store but not anymore.

Very helpful, polite, professional workers. Store was clean and most of the items were organized correctly. Found what I needed went through the checkout with ease and even offered to load my items into my vehicle for me. Fayetteville Lowes is recommended to anyone to shop at.

Don't get me wrong I love Lowe's, but this store has some problems. The day I checked out there were 7 employees(all male) none of them were wearing masks, standing in a huddle and laughing loudly. These gentlemen were also blocking the exit, obviously it's a milk Club Boys Club. I think it should be dealt with. The one lady was running a register checking out 10 people while the rest of the people watched. The management of Fayetteville West Virginia Lowe's should be more than ashamed

Went for sign material today. On the way out, enjoyed strolling through the garden shop. Lots of tomato plants, grapes, blackberry plants & flowers. It wouldve been easy to load up my buggy BUT will have to wait.
