This goodwill is great! BUT recently closed their dressing rooms which is so so so much worse! You can return clothes within FIVE days only and can only get store credit which feels like a scam because they hope people won’t make it in time or use it. Please re-open the dressing rooms!!! I would literally pay a small fee to use them in order to save myself a bunch of time and money and get clothes that actually fit!

Looks like a junk store now since reorganizing layout. Looks very disorganized. Racks over top of clothing racks are overflowing with items where you can't easily look at them. If you're height challenged, you'll need assistance. If you're in a wheelchair or scooter, you'll find it difficult to shop here without assistance. They need to go back to old way of displaying everything.

Bought brand new bed rails. They were for platform bed. Couldn't use. Same day tried to take back or wait for right rails. Just an exchange. Wouldn't do it paid 40 dollars. Kind of dirty when you donate as much as I have. Just waited an exchange or try and help. Smart mouth girl. It's also bad about the prices. 2 or 3 dollars for a used stuffed animal. I believe that's greed. Also layout is stupid. I don't like straining to look at things in a jumble on top of a rack.

It's a decent store, and like any other, prices fluctuate. Sometimes prices are great, and sometimes, not so much.

My wife and I used to love going in here and finding treasures. Over time we have watched prices go up and it has seemed to become more of a retail store. Last time we were in the section with all the movies, books, records etc that I frequented was gone. In my opinion it's just not the same here anymore, and not in a good way.

Prices have gotten ridiculously high. Lots of new, cheaply made items taking up shelf space. You have to really dig to find nice items, most worthwhile items are put online and priced for almost what they’re worth new. Hopefully this new system fails and stores will go back to normal soon.updated to add that the store itself has really gone down hill. Everything is run down. Do yourself a favor and skip this goodwill for ones in other counties. Consider donating items to a local thrift/resale store in Oak Hill.

More new items in packages with the same price I can get at Walmart. If this continues I will stop shopping there.

Prices are way too high now for all of it to literally be DONATED, a bunch of it is just overpriced junk, and the layout of the store used to be way better and organized when it was actually on shelves, and now it’s just thrown on top of the clothes.
