Absolutely TERRIBLE service for delivery drivers. I arrived perfectly on time and my app said the order was totally ready for pickup, but it wasn't. An employee behind the counter told me with a confused look on his face and said they don't know where the order even was. I stood there like an idiot for a while, then had to unassign the order from myself, which immediately affected my completion rate percentage. I'm not sure what kind of joint they're trying to run there, but it's FAR from efficiently operating. I'd liken it to some random third world establishment with workers that are paid $2 per hour, so they don't even care about providing people with adequate service.

Can we turn off lights at the drive thru when closed or let folks who are sitting there a very long time at the speaker know you've just closed minutes before? Never seen a DQ close so early on a Saturday, but left sitting for so long is just not okay.

All the doors are locked way before 8 which is what their door says can't even get a bbq chicken strip basket right went in twice and still couldn't get it with the Sauce on it and really slow with all the people working won't b coming back again

Best strawberry shake in a long time! They make it with real chunks of strawberries that get stuck in your straw. Go through the drive-thru and the window person is so nice! (Their card reader was broken the other day; yes they put a sign out and still we could hear the car in front of us screaming at this young person at the window! Remember, never the person at the window's fault!) Anyway, they make a great strawberry shake. Awesome workers here.

This place is the worst DQ I've ever visited ! DQ needs to pull his franchise! Kids don't want to wait on u they don't want to do anything but talk to each other. The mister misty / slush machine has NOT worked all year! Owner must NOT want to spend the money. Also only one or two different flavors of coke. PITIFUL ! SHUT IT DOWN OR SELL IT! Also try to call the phone number NOTTA! They don't even want to talk too you about your experience on a local level! Report them to DQ CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN. The fries USED to be my favorite kind of fries until I ate toms fries. Dairy Queen puts too much salt and the fries aren’t as crispy as they used to be. I’m sorry to say but DO BETTER.

We have been to this dq probably 8-10 times and it has always been horrible. This will be the last time we go I got a medium Choco brownie extreme there was only bits of brownie and the ice cream was chunky. She didn't flip it and handed out of the window with a lid on it. When you pay 5.66 for something you should get what you pay for. Also the moolate machine was broke AGAIN.

I only ate here once while i was in the hotel next door for 2 weeks. Do not remember why I only ate there once, but I just never went back, maybe it was due to the restaurant in the hotel being the same price but so much better, or maybe I was just lazy and did not want to walk the extra 30 ft.. A Dairy Queen like many others. However, service was quick and spot on with my order. Went through the drive thru as the dining area was closed at the time. Location for this one is also a plus, being right off the highway and visible from it.

I always have LOVED this place, though the fries aren’t as good anymore and I’m sad about it toms are much better at the fries game, the fries just need to be less salty and more crisp and they would be absolutely delicious

Gave 2 stars because the cashier rang in our order correctly. Not sure what type burgers we got but it wasn't even close to what we ordered. Also the burgers were pressed so thin and very tough inside and out. Took 2 bites. What a waste of $$$.

Waited in line. Ordered food. Had to repeat myself at least 6 times and girl still got it wrong. Get up to the window finally and hand the girl my card and she comes back and says their card reader was down. She said there was a sign. Circled back around because there was zero sign anywhere. Then were pulling away and some kid comes out and is just putting the sign up! You lost a ton pf business as everyone was leaving the line. Girl never apologized nothing was rude. Never will I ever visit this location again.

It was near 9pm and there was a long line. By the time I got to order it was after 9 and the girl taking the order said we close at 9 and we are only selling ice cream go ahead with your order. I didn't want ice cream, what is wrong with people not wanting to take orders and make money for the business. They should have turned their lights out if they didn't want customers.

Worst DQ ever and we are huge DQ fans! Order two large fries, a cheese curd , and 4 milkshakes for 31 dollars received two fries that I could dump together and not even fill up one and a total of 7 small cheese curds RIDICULOUS!! Lost my business. Bad service was at 8:20 pm March 25

25 minutes for drive-thru (dining room closed)…I would normally be empathetic given the current state of the workforce, but as I came up on the window there were people behind the counter (non-employees) gossiping with the two female workers. I pulled my phone out and they thought I was taking a picture and the two people slinked out of sight and magically our food JUST started getting prepared. This location is not recommended if you think it’s consistent w DQs quality standards. Management needs improvement for sure.

Highly disappointed in this DQ. While on a motorcycle ride, we decided to stop for a bite to eat only to discover the lobby is closed. Now, if your ever tried to go through a drive-thru on a motorcycle, you know why I was disappointed. The one star rating is strictly based on the lack of customer service. Due to not being able to go inside to eat, we left and went to Wendy's. They allow people to come inside and eat.

I ordered my son his 13th birthday cake 5 days before the party, i went the day of the party to pick it up only to find a sign stating they were shut down. they did not even bother to call me and tell me they would not be able to fulfill the order for the cake. So here I am on my sons 13th birthday rushing around trying to find the cake he wants. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER order from Dairy Queen again!

Possibly the worst DQ experience. They were out of EVERYTHING we probably went through 4 requests before we found something they had. Then they made some of the worst blizzards we've ever had. They put peanut butter in the thin mint one and the Reeces blizzard was missing any hint of actual Reeces candies. Third blizzard was met but at least not totally wrong. Went to a DQ down the road, much better experience. Will not be back.

You've got to try the Flamethrower double cheeseburger. It's terrific. And it'll leave you sweating most of the time. Great food, just make sure it's hot(temperature wise) before you leave.

The ONLY reason there is 2 stars is because the food is good. Otherwise I will never eat here again. Google said they closed at 10, so I went at 930 to get a blizzard and they were cleaning inside and nobody come over the intercom, so I called and she assured me that those hours were wrong and they’ve tried having them changed, that they closed at 9. So I said ok , that’s fine. Well, I decided to drive around the building and I looked on their door, IT ALSO SAID 10. I understand you’ve already cleaned all of your equipment and everything. But that’s why you shouldn’t start closing your store until it ACTUALLY closes. HIGHLY dissatisfied.

I always get ice cream cakes @ Fayetteville Dairy Queen. Due to this virus the lobby is closed. I called and asked if I gave them my cell # if someone could take pics of the cakes already made so I could get one, the woman said they couldn't take pics and send ! So I guess they lost a good customer
