The vet and staff was very nice and professional. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and write the prescriptions we needed. The only bad part is that they take your animal inside while you have to wait in the car.

It's all about money. They are still using covid as a reason for not letting you go in with your pet. They don't listen to you about what is going on with your pet. They misdiagnosed my dog. Said she had ringworm n she actually had hyperthyroidism. She suffered for months bc of being misdiagnosed

Our last visit was not satisfactory. The veterinarian was more concerned with me wearing a face mask than she was with making sure our dogs received the proper vaccinations and medications. After repeatedly telling her that we travel with our pets we left there without them getting Kennel cough shots (I didn't realized this until I was reviewing my receipt with my husband at home) or even a mention of heartworm medication. In years past I have highly recommended this practice. Never again.

We had a horrible experience at this place! We took our 13 yr old lab here to be euthanized, so she could die peacefully and not suffer. We made an appointment for 11:30, called when we got there. We sat in the parking lot and waited for a half hour, only for our dog to lay there suffering and died on her own. Then when we called to tell them we were leaving, because she died, the lady, I believe her name was Tammy, hung up on us!

Staff is very friendly, compassionate. Two years ago, I put my dog down. Vet assistants lit a candle in the waiting room, hugged me as I was crying hysterically. They are very reasonable.Just last week I had my dog fixed. I made a mistake about day of surgery, took the day off work. When I told the vet this, she squeezed in the additional surgery, so I wouldn't have to take additional time off work.

A wonderful bunch of people. They took real good care of my fur baby while she was there about 8 hours. And my dog did wonderful at home no digging at the incision site. No follow up necessary. They called to see how she was doing. I would and have recommended them to my friends.

If you care and love your animals, I would strongly advise to not take them to this veterinary clinic. We took our 10 year old German Shepard to have a small procedure. We were given an estimate before hand and brought him in to be looked at in advance. Our first call from them was to be told that the procedure was going to be double. The dog was bigger than anticipated and so were his wounds. We were told we could pay the same amount and fix one leg or pay to have them all fixed. Mind you, we brought him in to be looked over before hand. When we went to pick him up and had issues over the billing, my husband paid. Then we were told our dog was in respiratory distress that they closed at 5 and we would need to take him to an ER. It was 4:30. They would not help an animal that needed help and he was at a vet clinic that should have been able to care for him. They also told us the ER did not open until 6, meaning our dog was struggling to breath and choking and they expected us to let him suffer for an hour and a half. Another clinic took him in and at that point informed us that there was nothing they could do, we had to lay our animal to rest. I do not understand how as a person especially a vet, you could watch an animal suffer and refuse to help them. Stating you’re not equip to handle it. You are a veterinary clinic supposed to care for and treat animals and you failed our dog. Throughout this process, not once did they say they were sorry for our loss. Please do better so that the next family you treat doesn’t have to experience the same grief.

The entire staff was very friendly. They worked me in right away even though they had a packed schedule. I had little waiting time at all. The staff was great to my dog. Knowledgeable and friendly people work there. I would recommend them for your pet needs. Prices were very reasonable, too!

The people are extremely nice and friendly. My cat had an accident in the truck, and the nurse helped me clean his urine out of his carrier. The doctor was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The price wasn't too expensive. I couldn't be happier with the care provided for my cat.

My 17 year old dog collasped on me right after Christmas, and my budget was very slim til I got paid again, I didn't want to watch my best friend sit in pain and pass on so after half hour of calling different places, I called this place and she told me the amount I was so emotional I don't know how they understood me at all.They told me just bring her down and I could pay when I could.. No other veterinarian offered to do this actually one said sorry, but your dog will have to go on her own.They were very sweet and kind to me and even helped me and talked me through after she past.Thank you so much!Amazing people down there.

I'm not really familiar on how taking your pet to the vet works..I thought u call, make a appointment, tell them why your making the appointment and go get what u need. Took my dogs in for a flea pill an a rabies vaccine. when I got there, the vaccine wasn't going to be a issue, but the flea pill was because the vet needs to examine the pet because the flea pill was a prescription an there's regulations on prescriptions. I was lost at this point because I thought that's why I was there. The person who helps the vet, dog version of a nurse, is who told me this. I asked if the vet could do the exam because watching my dog scratch was driving me insane. I just know having fleas prob was driving him insane as well. The nurse hesitated, an had to go ask the vet. I was able to because my dog had already been seen within the year. This part still has me lost, because, that's the reason I was there so it shouldn't be an issue. So maybe make sure when you call, if needed, a exam can be done. nurse an vet were great. They were gentle with them. I've dealt with them before, my dog had parvo, they were great then. Went over everything, went over price. price was reasonable. For a flea pill an 2 dogs getting vaccines it was $50. Since the dog that needed the prescription had already been examined, he didn't need one. Price may be more if animal gets one.

I took my puppy for a health check here because my regular vet couldn’t get me in at the time that I needed & it turned out to be a blessing. I will be coming back to this vet for all my future appointments. The receptionist was super friendly & made my time in the waiting room go by quick. The staff in the back were great & Dr. Carson took her time in the room with us to awnser all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed.

Had to have a dog put down unfortunately and normal vet was not available. Contacted this vet and was given a 4:15 appointment. Was told no earlier appointments available. Passed by the office twice that day and the sign said Open and no cars in the lot. Got there a little after 4, still no cars. Went in and was told the appointment was the next day and they were way too busy, appointments every 15 minutes. This was my 3rd time seeing the parking lot empty and was there spanning 2 of their mythical appointments. While I was arguing with the receptionist, the veterinarian walked by and didn't even bother asking what my problem was or defending her staff by asking me to calm down.We did finally stop the vet and convinced her to see us. Never have I seen a shorter visit. Vet came in the room with no sympathy, put the dog down and left. The nurse/assistant was very kind and frankly the only one that deserved to work there. The nurse was very caring and stayed with us.I would never take an animal here that I expected to leave in a healthier state. This office is very disorganized and not customer friendly.

Very friendly staff and the best prices around. They were over $100 cheaper for my cat's nueter while other local vets were quoting me almost $200!!!! I spent less to geld my horse!! I recently recommended to a friend whose dog was sick. Sadly the poor old dog didnt make it but the staff all cried with my best friend and kids and hugged them. They have a little candle up front they light for animals leaving their family.

We took our sheltie to this clinic 2 days after we brought him home. He is now 6 months old and we have completed his immunization shots and had him neutered. The clinic demonstrates great care and love for our pets. I recommend this animal hospital to everyone.

My friend call for emergency with her dog today. Apr 23, 2021. They offered may 7. They are her primary vet for everything since he was puppy. Same thing happened to me. And. Another friend. When Babbett Simms had the office she understood emergencies arrive since she no longer has it sadly these people do not care find a new vet clinic do not call them. They are the worst!!! 😢😢😢

Good service, qualifed staff. Need to make appointments way in advance. Also prices seem a bit high, but I haven't encountered any problems with their treatment of my pets.You must call first for an appointment, even emergencies. Then call them when you arrive and they will come out to you to get your pet.

Worst vet ever!!!! We brought our baby here for a routine procedure and he was brought home in a box. The way my family was treated was absolutely disgusting !! No compassion. No empathy no heart or simpathy for our Loss. They even slammed his box with his body in it on the counter!!!! I wouldn't bring a frog to this vet. Please reconsider before taking your babies here.

Friendly enough and cheap. Only concern is they told me my dog tested positive for lyme disease and didn't follow that test up with the c6 protein level check just prescribed pills.
