Diana has been grooming our dogs for over 10 years. Never once have we been disappointed! Our fur babies always look & smell amazing. All three of them are genuinely happy when we arrive for pick up which is such a comforting feeling knowing they are in good hands! The salon itself has a cool layout and looks nice. Had my 2 Goldendoodles groomed yesterday. They look absolutely fantastic!! My granddaughter had lots of questions regarding care of the Doodles and the staff took the time to answer all plus added information we didn't know about. Friendly, kind, caring. Will recommend highly!

My hybrid was treated exceptionally with these two ladies(Brittney and Di) if your looking for a place that knows about dogs and how to handle each in every way this is the BEST place for them!!! They know how to control each dog within the facility so no accidents happen we are a regular customer and my dog now loves to get pampered and shown nothing but LOVE!!! I called and was able to get an appointment quickly (within a week). Everyone I talked to in person and over the phone was very friendly. My little guy came back looking so handsome, they groomed him exactly how we were hoping as we go into the warmer months.

If I could give these people a zero I would. I have a toy poodle that I took there today for grooming. After 3 hours I called to check on him. They told me they would have him done in the next hour. They called me 45 min later saying he was done. I picked him up and was charged $57.00!! He was DEFINITELY NOT groomed. They gave him a bath and combed him out. I will never go there again and I certainly don’t understand why this place has 5 stars!!

I discovered a couple of pesky ticks on my dog this morning and was eager to get a grooming appointment to seek a professional with assistance in finding the rest. I live nearby and thought to call and see if any appointments were available. I am so happy that I did. Brittney was phenomenal at helping to alleviate stresses that can sometimes come with new environments and was so calming to help Reba adjust during her grooming visit. They are great, called yesterday and got my chocolate lab in this morning. Lulu is almost 11 years old and they took their time with her. Also they clipped my hyper 20 month old puppy nails. Will recommend them to anyone!!
