I will start this review with saying that all of the employees at this location are kind, but my complaint is that they always push for additional visits and are pushy with making decisions. First they pushed me into getting my dog fixed, even when I said that I didn't want it done. When I finally agreed to it, I had to have an additional appointment and shots before they would do it which pushed the cost of the procedure up tremendously. Next was dealing with flea and tick meds, he was on the same meds for years and they wanted me to bring him in for a check up just to get a refill on the meds and said that if I got them anywhere else it wouldn't be warranted anymore. Then the last thing I dealt with was something I was nervous about anyhow and they didn't help at all. I haven't ever had to get an animal euthanized and didn't even want to make the phone call and when I did, they made me feel bad, like i was making the wrong decision. When I called to talk over options, all they cared about was getting one more additional visit in prior to the procedure. I explained that he was paralyzed and he had stopped eating and that this has been very hard for my family to deal with seeing our dog in this condition. They continued to push for this additional visit and was trying to tell me we can make him live longer. I don't feel this was very sympathetic or even humane. I just wish they would have tried listening and would have been a little more understanding of the situation. I called another vet and had a completely different and more comforting experience.

I never write reviews, but this place is so wonderful I just had to share. I can’t say enough good things. The staff here are so incredibly thoughtful and caring. The communication is phenomenal - they are always quick to message back and answer any questions I have. My dog recently had an emergency and they were quick to tell me to bring him in which I appreciated so much. We ended up needing to go to Pittsburgh for specialty care and they have checked up on him multiple times to see how he has been doing since. Whitehall Animal Clinic is extraordinary and I recommend anyone to take their pets here!

As a owner of a rescue it's difficult for my fur baby to trust most people, but the kindness and gentle care he received way phenomenal! He started out by crawling through the door, but finished with his head up 😀 He even allowed them to clip his nails, simply amazing 👏 💯 We will definitely be returning soon! 👍

Dr. Hartman and her staff saved my dog's life today and she isn't even our usual vet. My dog started laboring for breath on our way home and I was sure he was dying. White Hall Animal Clinic was the closest vet that I could get to quickly. I ran into their office and asked for help and they got us right in to help him. They saved Sherman's life. He would not have made it much further. Thank you so much to Dr. Hartman and her staff.

I recently moved back from NC to the area, and knew the vet office I transitioned to would have big shoes to fill. The staff at White Hall Animal Clinic have been phenomenal! I have seen both Dr. Hartman and Dr. Wells and both have been great. Techs Kailey and Brittany were awesome too! Would recommend to anyone!

After having moved recently to the area, we were cautiously optimistic about switching our pet’s’ veterinary care to this area as well. We were so pleased with the best experience with White Hall Animal Clinic! Dr. Wells and her vet tech, Megan, were so kind and took the time to make us feel valued and answer each and every question. From the minute you arrive until you leave you are treated with respect and genuine compassion! So glad we were able to become a part of their community and know that all our fur babies will be in the best hands!

They have always been so good to my little guys. They make my pets feel special! They give me all the info I need to make decisions for my little ones care. I appreciate the way they have adapted to stay open during the pandemic to keep our pets healthy! Decided to take my new dog to White Hall Animal Clinic because of it's convenient location. I was so glad I did. The staff was friendly, there was no waiting, the place was so clean , there was no "stale doggie" smell, and the service was excellent! Sandy loved the attention of the friendly staff. All of my questions were addressed and the price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Service is great, but I can't justify the price for the service or products. I took two cats for a respitory infection and spent $400. My previous vet would of been $120 for the same services. Guess I'm going back to my old vet even though I heard such great reviews about this place. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.. I guess.

Had a wonderful experience at White Hall Animal Clinic. The Vet Tech Jess was absolutely wonderful with all of my pets. Dr. Wells was very caring and knowledgeable. They all took plenty of time with each pet. Dr. Wells answered all my questions and took her time with each pet. This was the first veterinarian office I have been too that didn't seem to rush you out the door.

Took my senior girl here for the first time today and I just have to say this place is great! The staff are super nice, warm, and friendly. We go back in the office and there's a couch, toys, so much space. My dog was so happy about the couch and was able to chill there most of the appointment which made her very comfy. The vet and nurse(?) Both sat down on the floor with us and were so friendly and easy to talk to. Clearly people who love animals. So glad we changed to White Hall Animal Clinic :)

The rooms were spacious, clean, and set up comfortable for you and your pet. Cost for services were very reasonable and we are thankful to have excellent care, locally.

Whitehall Animal Clinic is the best clinic in the Fairmont/Whitehall area. Honestly, it may be the best in the county and surrounding counties. I’ve been to a few vets in the area, but Whitehall Animal Clinic definitely has the CLEANEST office I’ve ever personally encountered. The staff are also extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and helpful. I have a very stubborn cat that doesn’t like going to the vet, and they handled her behavior so well. I will take my pets to Dr. Hamilton for life.

The staff was so friendly! From the girl that came out to take our info, to Dr. Hamilton, we felt that we'd made the right decision to take our Roxy to the Whitehall animal clinic. The staff always love all over both my dog and cat. They take the time to explain all options and prices so that I can make the choices that are best for my family. Although I have 2 vets within 5 minutes from my home, I travel 20 minutes because I know I won't be over charged and that my pets will still receive great care.

As always a pleasant experience! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Same goes for the vets. Prices are decent also. ----10-17-2022 Had my younger dog out here today, after a visit to the emergency vet last night. My older dog decided to bite my younger one. I picked up some antibiotics as a preventative, better safe than sorry. Poor baby has a puncture wound inside his mouth from my older dog. Always friendly, helpful staff. They are always a text or phone call away, any time I have a question or issue.--- UPDATE 1-10-2023, I had Beans out for a nail trim, fast friendly service, every vet tech I've talked to has been awesome! 1 small issue, the nail trim price has gone up again. Started out as $20.50, then went up to about $21.75, now it's up to $25.60. But I'm not going to complain to much, they always do a great job and take care of my Beany Baby! Prices on everything are going up, so I can't blame them.

I took my senior dog to see Dr. Hartman after negative experiences with the vet clinic that had followed him since he was a puppy. Dr. Hartman and the staff at WHAC are compassionate, professional, and very thorough! They quickly identified a previously unidentified issue, treated it, and my dog is so much happier and active! In addition to providing my pup great medical care, they have an efficient setup, great communication, and a lot of informational resources for pet owners. So glad I found such a great doc and caring techs for my dog.

Took my cat there for an abscess, they was great with her. Felt horrible, cuz it busted open on the vet tech! But all in all we will definitely continue going there for our animals!

Even though I had to wait in my car while they examined my 2 - 12 week old puppies they were very compassionate and professional! The friendly, caring staff helped to make the visit easier! I made a list of questions and Dr Porter took the time to write the answers down for me! I am very pleased with our first visit to Whitehall Vet!

They have been so wonderful with my animals. They have cared for my kitty, Tiny, since she was quite small. They performed euthanasia on my senior dog, Jamie, when he was sick and beyond any care. Then recently they treated my newest kitten, Stormy. Next they will care for my puppy, Honey. They are wonderful!
