Stopped in to get gas and use the restrooms.Overall, restrooms were clean and no issues at the pumps. Always enjoy using the "tap" for paying using a credit card. This does not always work at many stations and prefer this over inserting the card.Inside was clean and employees were friendly.

Clean. Short staffed. Took almost 50 min to get food. Fries were soggy. I ordered regular fryz and got curly fryz too (can’t eat those… 😩) One cashier. Friendly and professional even during the stress and business.There was some window cleaner and an old sponge but at least was able to get bugs off my windshield.I don’t like to complain but i think you really need to hire full staff and pay attention to details. Probably won’t t stop at this one again unless absolutely necessary.

The guys/women at the cashier are nice but the ladies in the kitchen preparing your food are rude inpatient and always disrespectful. I always to think to write a review after my experience every time I go there but never bother to do but this time I had it over with and took the time to do so.

The people handling your food wear gloves but don't change them between touching the register and touching your food. Clueless employees, clueless managers. To be this incompetent, and still be able to sell food to people, is shocking. The fact that they can't explain to their employees about food safety, but still find their way to work, is a miracle. First and last time ever going. Just wow

every day I’m there they’re always saying their is going to be a 30+ min wait. When there is several workers there. They all have attitudes. Food is usually not fully cooked or just cold. Milkshakes are not made the right way half the time. This sheetz has become so bad!

So I went here today to get gas and food, the food is great, but it took no lie 10-15 mins to make which it can’t be that hard right? I counted at least 5 employees and all I got was a hot dog. 😤

I like all the workers. Except for one named autumn. She is a very sad individual who gives me a very hard time everytime I go in there and I'm not sure how she even still has a job there to be honest. She needs to be fired and does not know how to talk to the public

3 People working food on a Friday night...3 people... Manager should be ashamed having these workers go through that. At least 15 to 20 people were waiting on food, absolutely ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and ended up leaving. What an absolute joke. Absolutely poor management. I feel terrible for the workers here.

Night shift was a well oiled machine! Done in the 10 minutes indicated on the app, food was delicious, and all of this was done at midnight while the place was packed full. Thank you night crew, you guys rock 🙌

I have experienced very good service and products at the 1000 Fairmont Ave in Fairmont, WV location. I'm in there for food, gas, beer, or lottery tickets at least twice a week. I wish their beer selection was better. This morning I had a flat tire and they allowed me to park the car there for a few hours until I could make it back. Didn't give me any grief or call and annoy me. Even told me the best place to park temporarily. I greatly appreciate that and will continue to shop there. Check the gas prices too, recently mid and super grades have been cheaper than regular!!

call me paranoid but i don't like the ID scanning bit. clean store n beer selection is better than most places. not that ill be getting beer anymore here. eyeballs work fine quit stealing data off my ID and sending it to the gov and healthcare biz

Was a good store. Second time this week came out with frozen food. Waited 20 minutes for my food. Girl before me waited 15 for a pretzel. During this time from the time the orders were made until I got my food only 4 people ordered food including me.

1pm on a Sunday... SIX workers (2 cashiers & 4 handling food)... was given attitude when I asked the cashier if he rang up my food— yet he had not rang it up. Stood in line again to pay for it to be told by the other cashier “there’s a 20 minute wait on food, you can cancel if you want?” Which I had heard her tell the 4 customers that went though the line before me and ALL of them had cancelled. I told her “the wait isn’t a concern, this is the slowest Sheetz on the planet. I expected it when I ordered.”There are only 4 people waiting to pick up food & not much activity on the online pick up shelves... this is literally THE SLOWEST SHEETZ I have ever visited & the employees are often rude and condescending when asked a simple question.Cards laying all over the counter that read “You can do better!” maybe the employees should read them?

Rude staff. Waited 40 minutes for a turkey sub that was placed on the app, didn't show up til 20 minutes after the order was placed then told it was going to be another 15/20 minutes. Should be a way to update the wait times in the app. Additionally the bread was stale and the turkey tasted old (ended up trashing it cause it didn't seem safe to eat). I got maybe 8 fries with my small fry order (that was flipped upside down in the bag).

This is the best gas station hands down. They have hot food, made to order as well. They offer a fantastic rewards program. They have a dining area. They give back to people as well

I will never be shopping at this store again. The workers called the cops saying that my boyfriend and I “stole” a milkshake. We pulled in the driveway and had 3 cops roll up on us. For my order of 1.99 and his of 5.38. 3 cops. Little did they realize that we used the scan and go like they encourage you to do to avoid lines. Do they not check their systems? So the police took pictures of our receipts on our phones and went back to the store to clear us. Treated like criminals over less than 8 dollars combined?!?! Sheetz you need to do better. Oh and by the way also thanks Sheetz for the fact that we now have a case number with our names on it.

Sitting in the area designed for charging phones & such & I can't help but notice how dirty everything is. As I was shopping I noticed a sign suggesting buy two teas & get two hot dogs free, I ask the people working in the kitchen as well as the cashier & neither seemed to know how to proceed w\ the order. That was FINALLY figured out & the cashier acted as if it was a burden to take the order as well as the digital card on my phone. I'm normally very pleased w/ sheetz & it's employees.... ( however everyone working today must be having a bad day )The restrooms were filthy & there were no napkins or straws available.Very unfortunate!!#!!!#!!!!##!!!!!####!!!:#

Understaffed and very disorganized. I ordered a chicken sub and waited 20 minutes for it just after midnight. Very, very slow food preparation.Good for gas and pre-packaged items, but forget anything they have to prepare, unless you've got a lot of time on your hands

“45 minute wait” says the sales person at the register as I walk around the corner to pay for my food. I’m waiting in line and all I see is the shift supervisor standing at the fryer scrolling up and down at all the red orders on the screen. No food was cooking in the fryer, then the shift supervisor walks to finisher and scrolls around on the screen looking at all the orders, then walks to starter and scrolls around on the screen, this alone took 4 minutes and for what just to look at the orders? Instead of getting frustrated and scrolling up and down on the screens make the food! If you can’t handle the kitchen solo get out. Your job is too make the food not let yourself drown deeper and deeper for no reason.

The service here has changed drastically since they opened. When I have ordered online, I get there and end up waiting a long time. Because they clear the order off the screen and forget about it. And more recently I got breakfast from there. And my bacon egg and cheese biscuit tasted like some type of cleaner.
