The food is consistent, as it should be, it’s fast food. It’s wonderful the location is open 24 hours but during the late hours of the night.. they only take cash. I feel horrible for the employees, they have to calculate the cost of the order and write the order down by hand. It’s 2024, like, really? This is a fast food chain, not a small business. Also, with inflation— McDonald’s has gotten so expensive for no reason. Not that that’s this locations fault, but, still worth mentioning

So…. I went through the drive thru at about 10:43 am and ordered lunch. I was the only one in line. When I got to the pick window I was told I had to wait for my Cheesey Jalapeño Cheese burger and to wait in the #1 spot. I waited 15 minutes. Several cars that were behind me were getting their orders as I waited for mine. A couple of bites into the burger, I bit into what looks like a a suction cup. 😡How could they not see it?!?! Needless to say I couldn’t finish the burger😡I will say that Laura who takes the orders at the drive thru is always on top of things. She keeps the line moving and is always very nice and professional (kudos to her). I will be taking this suction cup in to show the manager (cheese and all)!

Besides messing up the orders, they are serving raw meat.Good job Fairmont McDonalds.Update:Was actually sick for three days from this raw meat. Hospital confirmed food poisoning from undone meat.Almost 3 days of terrible abdominal pain and severe dehydration from vomiting, and diarrhea.

Everytime I come to this specific McDonald’s, my order is always wrong in some way or something is forgotten. This morning, I ordered a McGriddle and they gave me a rock solid bagel that feels like it’s been sitting out for 3 days. Don’t even waste your time or money at this establishment.

Unprofessional and horrible food service.Outside intercom times were slow with leterally only 2 cars populated in the parking lot for customers and 1 car ahead of me in the drive though, it took approximately 8 minutes to get to the second window. While waiting to get to the first window I hear a male yelling repeadly foul language out of excitement. Once I get up to the window I hear much more of it and everyone yelling and laughing. The cashier leaving his station every chance he gets with no outstanding greeting for the customer (myself).I get to the second window to see 4 guys and a girl standing around in a tight group laughing and talking, the girl who served me my tea and food however was very kind and informative. I asked who the manager on duty at the time was and she said "John". This being said john should certainly be evaluated for demotion or further.But that's not all. I get to my hotel only 6 minutes away with the heat on, get in my room and check my fries, cold old tasting and almost saltless from no oil left on them (dry). Not even Luke warm, nope. Cold! And this is supposed to be a medium?? I don't be returning here and will be pushing everyone from going here. Until this review is addressed.

They are always open 24 seven. Not today. No one on the microphone. No signs on the menu. Saying they are closed. Thank goodness a responsible business like Sheetz is not Igor there to catch the ball. Was a complete waste of trip.

Great customer service, best ketchup and the freshest salt in town. I would’ve rated 10 but I could only get up to 5 and I’m sad about that but aside from that it’s been great and clean and just all around fantastic.... And new.

So I stopped at the drive-through after getting off work at two in the morning and the young girl Samantha that was in the drive-through window and let me tell you how amazing of a job she did. I had a fairly decent order one she did just fine it got done in a timely manner because their system was down and waiting for it to come up that she has no control over. this girl had to deal with cars driving off, screaming at the window, telling her to do her effing job all kinds of stuff, but this young lady did a wonderful job Gary this girl make sure you keep her. She is the best employee I have met Samantha you keep doing the wonderful job that you are doing.

It's a shame that this is the only real option for night cravings other than Sheetz. Every time I come here I'm left waiting at the drive thru order point for at least ten minutes before someone gets to me. Often times I'll see several cars pull in behind me to waiting and then drive away. When they finally take my order, they either sound annoyed that someone had the audacity to order food at a restaurant or they talk slow and slurred like they're high as a kite. Food is always ice cold. Just go to Sheetz next door. That's what I ended up doing after sitting at the window watching someone aimlessly pressing buttons and swinging their arms around for ten minutes instead of taking my payment or giving me my drinks.

Great management at this location!! The inside is always clean and the food isn't just slapped together. They must have a great manager to have the upbeat and always happy employees that they do. If you're in the Fairmont area don't hesitate to stop in at this location to see for yourself just what it is I'm talking about!!Kid-friendliness: The manager always goes out of his way to give my son a toy. Because you know 12yr old can be seen eating a happy meal. It's little things like this that keep customers like myself coming back and telling other about what great service this location has!!

Don't order delivery from them. They'll give your food to someone else then when the driver appears to deliver they cancel your order. You also don't get loyalty points back unless you call. Imagine that the lines closed. I'd rather order delivery from anywhere else. Poor service. Also takes 3 days to get a refund.

This McDonald’s is give or take, I’ve heard bad things about them but I usually try and form my own opinions and usually I’ve had no complaints up until now, I waited 2 HOURS!! for my DoorDash and I get that is not there issue and there job, there job was to make sure my food was prepared and packaged nicely but the food was wrapped and just thrown in a small bag as well as my butter and ketchup just thrown in the main DoorDash bag as well as my drink was not in there, I work at the east side McDonald’s and I could tell you this behavior would NOT fly I could say other things but I’m going to keep it nice and simple, I understand that sometimes is a rush but please make sure your giving people there food the right way.

Rarely do I go to a McDonald's anymore. Had bad experiences with too many in different areas to try again. But, part of me wanted a double cheeseburger and fries. I don't know if any recipes or things have changed around the fries, but they don't taste like they used to. Not crunchy, they're soggy? But the burger. It has that McDonald's flavor that I remember since I was a kid. There's something special about the cheese and burger together. And that's the taste my brain wanted. After 4 double cheese burgers, a chicken sandwich, and a fry, I was good. The quality of everything was great (the fries were good, but floppy and soggy). I'll definitely be returning to this McDonald's in the future.Oh, and we got cookies. If you've never had the chocolate chip cookies from McDonald's, you're missing out. It's almost like the Pillsbury dough boy and Ronald McDonald are making these with their bare hands. They're ooey and gooey, they make you feel like SpongeBob getting grandmas kisses. Buy them. Keep them on the menu. Spread the word!Parking: Parking lot is one way. Don't be that guy that decides they make the rules. Follow the arrows.
