Stopped in on my way north during a road tripHad a #2, which was two dogs plus drink & fries.Hot dogs & sauce were very good. Had regular & medium.Crinkle cut fries were excellent.Old school counter service. Quick, great service, good food, comfortable dining room. Watched some college football while enjoying my dogs!I love this place!

What a great place to get great hot dogs! The girls working were very friendly and accommodating as we placed our order (to go) 10 minutes before closing. A nice collection of high school memorabilia from the area along with other famous sports figures. This location is very spacious inside and offers two very large picnic tables outside for days/evenings when it's nice weather. The hot dogs can't be beat with their homemade chili and their crinkle cut fries were piping hot and crispy the way fries should be! My entire family (5 of us) can eat with drinks for average price of $30 which makes Hometown Hotdogs wallet friendly!

I showed up 20 minutes before closing. They were all so very kind. Got two amazing corn dogs. They were cooked perfectly, that's a rare thing.

Believe it or not my family and I have been locals for over 10 years and we just tried this hometown favorite this year! 😱😍We were very impressed with this cozy slice of home. The home dogs and more importantly hot dog sauce were incredible! And you can’t beat that they have ice cold beer 🍻Perfect place to visit with anyone on a hot summer day or warm autumn afternoon!

Was my friend & I's first time at Hometown Hotdogs, and we were very satisfied with our order. The atmosphere was very nice, and the service was very kind and polite. I got one of each sauce to see which one was my favorite, and between the three (mild, medium, and hot), I have to say hot was my favorite! It's not very spicy, but it is hot enough to make your mouth tingle and is very tasty!! Fries are well seasoned, and their dipping suaces were great, too! The sweet tea was also very sweet! Best tea I've had in a long time! I'm glad we dropped by for a visit and hope to come again soon for some more delicious hotdogs! 🌭

Today's sauce was wrong just wrong it was sweet not hot. I asked for a dozen with hot sauce and ahat i got was disgusting because you also soaked them in mustard. That did not help the sugar in the sauce at all.I'm very disappointed and I've never been disappointed when visiting your place before, I hope this was not a new way of making them because it's a complete failure. They were so bad he wouldn't even eat them so one dozen of dogs in the trash!Parking: Fairmont wv location

The service was very good. She was very polite and even carried my food out to the picnic table for me, I am disabled and walk with a cane. The French fries were fresh and just made to order. Awesome!

Service here is the faster then chick fil a drive through everytime I've gotten one of their hot dog meals. I love their sauce they put on their hot dogs ( I like spicy food ) and they have the choice of sitting inside or outside with a beautiful fish tank to watch inside

I have a busted hip and have to use a walker and this location has stairs before you get to the restaurant door. I called and asked the manager if I ordered and paid by card if someone could bring the food out to my car (not a normal practice for a place that is usually busy and staff is hopping to keep lines moving.) The manager himself took my order came out to the car and got my card and brought the food and my card back all himself.The food is always good and that kindness saving me from pain all with a smile and happy to help. I will always recommend it to anyone who wants some excellent hot dogs!

I'm in from Detroit visiting family. Born and raised in Watson, anyway I NEVER miss 2-3 trips to Hometown while I'm here for a week. I ALWAYS buy some sauce for when I go back. I have never been disappointed with the quality, or service. Love this place period.

I tell people all the time that Hometown Hotdogs are the hands down best dogs in WV. Wish they woulda never moved outta Clarksburg but they're worth driving to Fairmont for. Keep up the great work guys/gals.

Best hotdogs, pepproni rolls and burgers in Fairmont. I'm from Detroit now and NEVER forget to get a half a gallon of hot dog sauce to tide me over to the next visit home. The young ladies who work there are ALWAYS as nice as can be and I have NEVER been disappointed in my order. See you all next visit.

Hot hot dogs great fries you will need chocolate milk to cool the mouth. Med hot dogs are great too for the mild of heart. If you like my Mom ask for extra crushed hot peppers flakes. Enjoy say hi to all there lot of good people there.

Visited again, and have to say the sauce has gotten to be amazing. Get the Lava dog and prepare for a delicious sensation of heat with a touch of sweet from the chilli. Will make your mouth water and your brow sweat! Chase it down with a freshly poured draft and enjoy!!

We are truly blessed to have restaurants like this one and in West Virginia. This Hometown hotdogs offers fresh salads gamer burgers and of course hotdogs that are delicious. All for a price cheaper than McDonald's. You won't have to worry about all the preservatives in fast food

The girls that were working were super helpful. I had never been there before and they let me know they have 12 for $14, and didn't complain when I wanted something different on almost everyone of them. Definitely recommend!

I was a tourist passing through town when I came across Hometown Hotdogs in the hills of West Virginia. This place had delicious and affordable weiners. These are your typical basic hotdog with chili, onions, and cheese. There is nothing particular special about these Frank's, except that they get the basics right, which is what I look for in a hot dog restaurant. It is worth noting that this place seemed to be very open to diverse customers from all backgrounds.

By far the best hotdogs in town!! Just don't ask my sister that.. She will say Dairy Cream because "they put icecream in their hotdogs" kids Am i right?? But seriously, Hometown Hotdogs, they have quick service, delicious hotdogs, and kind workers!
