Want to give a shout out to the gentleman that went out of his way to help me. I didn’t get his name, but he saw I was looking for a specific item, asked what is was, and told me he would go get it from the back since it hadn’t been stocked yet. He stopped what he was doing to help me without being prompted or asked and with a smile!! Thank you sir for being so helpful. My day would have gone by fine without my ginger ale, but it went a lot better with it thanks to your great customer service!

Went middle of day pallets in aisles dairy was wiped out not many choices, customer service was very lacking, asked for help wad told I'm new I have no idea where anything is, not greated by employees in MOST departments. Bakery /,deli was lone exception. Shelves were empty, messy, not faced out products in front of wrong tags ad items not available . I love food lion but everytime I come to Fairmont one it is just lacking. I so want them to be like ones we go too when down south. Disappointed.

Had a pick up order … A Food Lion employee by the name of Emily did the shopping for me. She did a horrible job rushed through my order. She finished it so fast didn’t get half the things I wanted because she didn’t look. She substituted things that they had in stock gave me two of certain items I didn’t order !!! Emily made my experience horrible !!!

Very clean and well maintained store. Being from out of town, when I stop at a grocery store in the area, this is the one. The prices are far better than Giant Eagle. Also, the store brands for items are as good as the national brands. Love it.

1st time shopping here. I only went around the perimeter and checked prices and freshness. I'll definitely be back! Great prices and great looking produce and a really good variety. Looking forward to actually shopping next time

I like shopping at food lion. The store is clean and the workers are friendly. The guy in the deli was nice and helpful. The meat I bought there is real good. I also like their brand of products. I bought the food lion brand of alfredo sauce and added a little parmesan cheese and it was real good. Way better than the big sore across town.

Alot of their shelves full of food every time we go there !!Meats and fruits there are awsome !!Very clean and awsome service there !!!We enjoy their chicken and so juicy and cooked awsome !!!What we cannot get at Walmart we go there to get the rest of the food we need !!!So much food to choose from !!They sure bake alot of cakes , pies, cookies ,And good prices !!!Cookies so soft and so good !!!Nice variety of other cooked food !!If they run out of strawberry cake , they will make you one while you look around !!!Very nice people work there and will help you find what you look for !!Try it you will like it alot !!!Shirley Brinegar

The staff were very helpful and kind. They didn't have many deals on food when I went. Price cutters is much cheaper. But overall really good friendly staff. Fresh food. Price cutters sometimes their food is rotted and not fresh as it's on the shelf. I've never had this problem at food Lion. They keep their shelves well stocked and areas clean .

Very good selection throughout the store with more than one employee at the deli (three at the time I was there), and more than two checkouts open. Heck, I didn't even have to wait to begin checking out! Staff was thoroughly wiping down everything. In these times, especially with that more contagious strain being out, that goes a long way. This Food Lion in particular has shown that it cares about its customers and their safety.

I did not like Foodlion in NC so I was uncertain as what to expect when I shopped my first time at this Foodlion. To my surprise it was fantastic!!!! The meats and the produce department are both fresh and lasts. The layout of the store makes shopping fast and simple; and the STAFF are beyond 5⭐️ They provide EXCELLENT customer service and are very friendly and kind as well as very helpful! Way to go Foodlion and staff!!!

I love food Lion for the convenience, and the courteous customer service from the staff, who is always helpful and willing to share a conversation. Though I wish that they were in stock for more items, but there is a distribution shortage.Still, a great place to shop.

Great prices on food and other items and they do have a pretty friendly staff most of the time sometimes the lady behind the counter that Is cuts your lunch meat or whatever Did ignore me but you'll have that. other than that pretty nice place to grocery shop. And their vegetables seem to be pretty fresh all the time.

This place charges you full price instead of the posted in-store sales and promotion prices when you use their store membership card. This place must hope their customers are mathematical illiterate not to know their scamming them out of money.

This is a really nice hometown store. It has a ton of great deals, it is clean and the staff treats you very well. I love coming here because the meat is always fresh, and I always find a great deal on cuts that I really like. The layout is so nicely done, and it makes it so easy to find whatever you need.

Great stock. Fresh veg. Fruit. Good parking. Clean and wide aisles and even smaller carts make it a breeze to get around. Custom coupons and weekly specials make it feel like they are catering to me. We go to Marion Square to walk on flat ground and stock up with whatever is in season four or five times a week.

Shopping at Food Lion is a much more calm shopping experience compared to other nearby grocery stores, for that reason alone I'd suggest it.They are also the only place in Fairmont that sells Tillamook ice cream (as a native Oregonian I definitely suggest trying it!)

Grocery Store very clean. Lacks stock in variety. Meats and Produce well presented most of the time. Top meat shelf needs lowered just a bit. Quick in and out most of the time. Stocks damaged goods in front with no price cut, be careful.

I've always been able to find anything I am looking for in this store. I like it because it isn't constantly overcrowded like other local grocery stores. Prices probably aren't the lowest ever, but they're at least average for the area. If this store could sell liquor, it would receive 5 stars from me.
