Normally i don't have problems when I go here but the cashiers today were really rude and seemed like they just didn't care to be there at all, I wouldn't have taken issue if I hadn't had to explain 3 different times that any and all fresh fruits and vegetables are wic approved, I also had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to check me out because the register froze meanwhile she has a horrid look on her face, and they still didn't even leg me get my damn corn! Wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to deal with rude workers that don't even know what they're doing.

When I noticed that there was a grocery store within walking distance of my house, I thought that it would be pleasant and eco-friendly to walk there instead of driving extra miles through traffic to get groceries after work. So I walked about a mile to get there, and started shopping--only to be approached out of the blue by an employee who demanded that i leave immediately on suspicion of shoplifting less than a minute after I arrived, because I had brought my bag to carry the food home. And then I got to walk a whole mile home. Over an hour wasted and i still don't have anything to eat tonight. I have never had this problem bringing the exact same bag into any other grocery store. Woe to anyone who doesn't have a car, because apparently this place will happily deny you service for even looking like you might be poor.

This last weekend I was at Price Cutter my cashier continued to talk and complain about her hours at work to another employee. How they treat her poorly because of this excuse or that excuse. Not once did she greet me and finally looked at me while she gave me my change. So rude, worse customer service I’ve had in a while.

I've always not minded shopping here. The employees are always cheerful and helpful, in fact my son and I are friends outside of the workplace with a few of them. The only bad thing I can say is some of the items sold there are ridiculous in price. I buy Outshine Popsicles every week and their price is over $1.25 each box than Walmart. And their butter?? Let's just say I'll go without than pay what they want unless it's on sale. Other than prices it's a great place to shop. To me it's the employees that male a shopping experience enjoyable.

First time being here. Big store. Friendly staff. Many varieties of things. The 5 for $25 is always a banger too. Having a variety from cinnamon rolls to pizza to meats included in the 5 for $25 has got to be the most genius thing someone thought of. So far everything I've got on that deal has been great. Meat, chicken, pizza, corn dogs, cinnamon rolls, sausage. It's all worth it!

Poor service for me. It's late, store's closing in 15 minutes. (Back's having a really bad day)Go to the long distance soda isle for some Coke products on sale. 3 12-pks (12 Oz.) cans, 3 for $13. 3 8-pks (12 oz) bottles 3 for $13. Cool. Put 2 Vanilla (12 oz cans) and 1 8-pk regular Coke (12 oz bottles) in the cart, add 1 pk paper bowls--$31!! Go back and check the ad on the shelf, make sure of the price Go back and tell the young gent that the cans AND the bottles are 3 for $13. He and the manager (slightly older gent) tell me that I need to buy 3. OK...go back to the shelf, take the ad off the shelf and go back to register. TOLD 3 CANS OR 3 BOTTLES. Wss told AGAIN I needed 3. One more trip back to the shelf and exchange 8 bottles for 12 cans (Cherry Coke) and price totals $18.37. Am I going cuckoo or is this a totally wacky

I wish they would smile at the customers and be happy at their work..If you pick a job you love, you will never be unhappy a day in your life!!Their items look very nice!! A little overpriced.. their are two much cheaper dollar stores right around the corner!I think 💭 that they have quality foods!!The lighting and atmosphere are Great 👍, though!I hope if you like to shop you pick this store because they have the goods you are most likely looking for!!I wish they sold Roses 🌹 or flowers 💐 though!!So as you can see the staff and store need a little more work... although this shouldn’t take very long to do!!Have a great time shopping 🛒!!Michael Worth

I had no clue you could cook chicken so long or maybe so many times the meat becomes as crisp as the skin and batter. But I know now. It was cooked to a crisp. This was purchased on a Tuesday at around 5pm. Was it yesterday's left overs?

Store is clean. They have a good selection of stuff and lots of sales all the time. The parking lot is cramped and sometimes impossible to navigate because people block it off but other than that I like this store.

Quite honestly I've been to bodegas that hold themselves to higher standards than this chain and especially this store. I've gotten moldy pepperoni rolls, flat soda, halfway open bottles of liquor, something they sold as hotdog chili that I'm reasonably sure were meatballs? It's a hot mess. Stock up in motown because the other one ain't much better.

I had a birthday cake made at Price Cutter on East Side Fairmont on Indiana Ave Fairmont WV. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The cake decorator was awesome. Didn’t get her name but she was a blonde. 10/13/22

This is a great local store for groceries. They have the pick 5 deal so you can pick 5 of any qualifying items for $20 flat. Sometimes I get steaks and pork at more than $2 off each pack with this deal. They also have a great deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses, hot items such as fried and broiled chicken, as well as desserts such as cakes, cookies, and pies. All of this plus fuel perks. I highly recommend shopping here.

I don't hate it at all. It's clean. Workers are courteous. Prepared foods are fresh. Prices are generally lower than in the bigger stores. I wish they had more electric buggies. Hard for handicapped people to get around.

Excellent discounts grocery store. There was deer, bear, rabbit, and alligator meats. The prices were reasonable. The store was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was very helpful. This is another place that I will be visiting again.

I really get that hometown feeling at local grocery store. East side price cutter . locals working at the store..gives you that personal feeling . all that I've checked out was great . great attitude, pleasant warm atmosphere. I always want to stop at least side price cutter ( grocery store ) whatever name they change it too. It's the good working people there that makes your shopping experience pleasant . thank you east side price cutter employees for making each shopping experience pleasant.

The Bakery Department is exceptional. The women are very friendly. And really go out of the way to accommodate the customer. Just wish the cake case was more modernized. As well as the donut case. And most of all the pepperoni rolls to me are the best. Lucky if they stay very long on the table. And offer a large selection of breads. Always fresh.

It never fails that I get a slow cashier every time I shop here. There's always some kind of ness waiting to be cleaned up somewhere and the store may have one nice worker per shift. Certainly not a good place to shop if you are trying to get straight in and straight out, there's always a wait. And if you have anxiety or any uncontrollable mood altering mental state, be prepared to be set off at least once per visit. I have not had one visit with this place where I didn't have a flare up caused by rude workers, crowded aisles, unattended messes or tight spaces.

Price cutter has their own generic food manufacturer, everything my wife and I have tried taste just like the expensive name brand do. Good selection. Plus Dollar General shares a parking lot.

Apparently this chain (Price Cutter) is franchise owned. This store seldom carries what the west side store carries. The vegetables are the worst and over-priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Deli carries the best antipasto locally.

Overall this store is really fine and had a decent selection of items for sell. My reason for three stars comes from the vegetable department. Mangy of their vegetables are soft as in starting to wilt. This is especially bad in their summer These items were not sale items, not were they priced lower for quick sale. The summer squash and green peppers are always the worst, and I have seen some mold on them many times. For a long time, I would take the badly spoiled items to the teller or office, but I don't any more because things never changed. On a positive note, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I am impressed with this aspect of the store. This store is very local for me and I continue to do most of my shopping there, but I am choosey and pick through or just don't get my fresh produce there.

I will never come back to this store. I stopped in to make a small purchase, items to make baked potatoes and salad. When I got home, I noticed my potatoes were missing. I returned to the store to see if they were left at the register. I ask the cashier, she looks at me strange and says to follow her to the office. She tells the office associate that I'm claiming my potatoes weren't in my bag and they weren't at her register. Office associate says a camera review has to be done. These potatoes were only 89 cents. I said not to worry about it, bought 3 more potatoes and left. Apparently, they need the money more than I do.
