Absolutely terrible location. Always out of things. They don't care. It's a donut shop that's constantly out of donuts. Don't dare order Door Dash because they will be out of 80% of what you order and you'll end up paying $10 a drink due to fees when they cancel everything else. Absolute incompetence. And you can't call the store to speak to anyone or find out what they have or don't have because they NEVER answer the phone. Save your money, go elsewhere, this place is a joke. Given the level of incompetence, I wouldn't feel safe trusting them with cleanliness as well.

I was on my way to work this morning and in the drive-through I ordered a 25 piece of munchkins, half blueberry because one of my people love them and I was trying to do a good thing by stopping and getting them something on my way to work the manager, Marla as she says, don’t even know if that’s her real name or not says that that they do not have them and they can replace some with blueberry donuts. They say they do not have anything blueberry and would like a refund or would I like to have the donuts replaced with something else, and I said you could just do an assortment of the munchkins and the donuts and and just do that for whatever the munchkins and the donuts would be I just needed to get to work. She then shut the thing and I could hear her say oh my god. I have never seen such rude people in my life. Then she hands me my doughnuts with an attitude

There was a lady working the drive through just singing and dancing not caring. We stood at the counter waiting for a pick up and it took her close to 7 minutes to even ask us why we were there. Then all of our food wasn’t there so she slowly dragged her feet on to the back to slowly drag her feet back up. We come to Dunkin often but don’t say much. It’s getting old with the rude front employees. The only ones there working their butts off was (and I don’t mean it in a mean way) was the 2 shorter girls and the man making the donuts and the cook. Also I assume they were holding open interviews this morning but who ever was in charge of it was laying down in the booths. Didn’t greet anyone or anything.

I'm over this location. I usually order a frozen drink and tonight I was refused service.They said they had already cleaned and shut down their machine for the night. When I asked why they would do that when they're still open, their excuse was bc it's 8:30, they only have 3 people and they were cleaning. Tried to make it out like they always do that, but I have never been denied a frozen drink past 8 pm. I misspoke saying frappe instead of frozen coffee when I was explaining that, and the employee said they don't have frappes to go across the street. Regardless of my wording on the drink, it was still due to them being lazy. If a business is open, refusing service because they don't want to clean something again is not a good reason to deny a customer service.This location has also been notorious for not even making the drinks or order properly.There have been some decent employees and service, but it's hit or miss and usually terrible.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has good people that have great fun while working. Let’s face it it’s a chain store it’s not the best but not the worst. Love Dunkin’ Donuts. Fairmont is getting better people.Dietary restrictions: Bacon is gluten free

We were just here for hot chocolate, something I feel like Dunkin is known for because of how creamy and good it is. Well this location must have lost the recipe because it was by far the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Save your money and just make some swissmiss for yourself and throw it in a thermos. Or find a location that actually knows how to make it.Only pro was the service was fast so there’s that!

Horrible customer service the people barely speak to you, not as they are robots but just unpleasant people I was waiting for my sandwich when a worker in the back who was cooking literally tossed a bag on the counter in front of me. I assumed it was mine but I waited for somebody else to come and give it to me and let me know that my order is ready I sit there and waited finally an employee asked me what I was waiting for I stayed in my sandwich description, he said oh okay and turned around walked away he came back through I said is that my sandwich in this bag that was thrown here yep then hands it to me while he was playing on his phone. If I could give zero Stars I'd give zero stars for customer service

Husband and I went to get our free Veterans Day donuts as advertised on line. The staff at the Fairmont location said they weren’t doing it. Apparently the managers at each location are responsible to set the computers up in order to do this. Guess the manager at this particular location does not have the time nor appreciation for local veterAns. Will not be doing business there anymore

this is without a doubt the worst dunkin i’ve ever gone to. i’ve visited a handful of time and every time i leave wondering why i gave them another chance. the accuracy of drinks is atrocious. food waits are ridiculous for the quality of the food. customer service is terrible and you will likely leave more confused than the employees. whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed and consider closing indefinitely.

Whenever I online order it’s normally fine every time especially in the morning, but this time I ordered a bacon eggs and cheese bagel and a chamomile tea. I was informed that they had neither at the time so whenever I ask if I could have a medium hot coffee instead the employee scoffed and was annoyed. I should have just had the order cancelled all together since I was given a cold coffee and a cold sesame seed bagel. This place normally does a perfect job but one bad time can ruin a place for me. This is the first time I had to leave a bad review for a place. :(

As always an excellent trip. Even though it wasn't the normal Dunkin' I usually go to. The gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and kind. I had already checked out and was waiting on my order and I saw the cutest dog toy shaped like a iced coffee drink. My dog loves it and my husband and daughter love that it's not one of those high pitched squeaky toys. It has a deeper squeak, if that makes sense. What can I say....I absolutely LOVE Dunkin' Doughnuts!!Parking: Not that it was difficult to find parking, it's just an odd parking lot with few spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: I guess just like every other wheelchair accessible place, there is disabled parking spots and no steps from parking to entering building.

Showed up at 6am or so, ordered 3 coffees and a lg iced coffee and 3 breakfast sandwiches. Kudos to the kid at the counter taking the order, evidently he was fighting a cold, but he was there working. And he made sure he washed his hands. Every time he had to blow his nose, or he sneezed. But the sad part of the visit was that there was like six people in the kitchen and I saw a manager it looks like floating around in the back.They had a busy drive-through line, which is why I decided to go inside for us. They had an older lady at the drive-through window, and she seemed like she kept getting confused or they were just making mistakes, they were all very razzled, and we’re not working cohesively. the manager was not out there, making sure that they were in sync.Well, the two guys were making the sandwiches. The other three girls were going around making coffees, but while I stood there, waiting for stuff, you could just see that they were not working in sync when the guy brought the sandwiches over I asked for a bag and he looked around and said somebody else would have to get it, when I finally got one of the girls attentions And asked her if she went to right where the guy was standing and grabbed a bag. So seem like he was useless.I took a sip of the iced coffee while I was standing there, and I could already tell it wasn’t made right but at that point I was too frustrated to start complaining. The sandwiches were made messy but fine they got put back together at home but all the coffees had huge amounts of coffee grounds in them.This was by far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had and I don’t live in this area, so maybe this is common for this particular location, but where I live in Ohio this would never had been ok. I’ve never had coffee where the grounds were in it like this, and I know there’s recipes they follow, so I know the iced coffee wasn’t made right.Would highly suggest that the owner of the franchise spend some time in there or motivate that manager to take a more active role with the staff. Due to the area I know it’s very limited on choices, but eventually people are going to not want this kind of service.They also had very limited coffee cups or coffee out to purchase, no OJ or Apple Juice in the cooler. Had made a visit a day or two earlier and the guy at night did great. Was trying to train a new guy but was very patient and apologetic to me because he was answering drive thru and the counter. Seems like the location just needs some TLC and oversight. The business is there right now. If not enough staff would suggest reviewing your pay standards and such. Spent $75 dollars in 3 days while down here helping parents, but next visit may not, hopefully it will get better.

Time and time again they have gotten my order wrong. The issue is usually resolved satisfactorily once I bring it to light, but it seems like they don't learn from their mistakes.Update 02/23/2022The girlfriend informed me that she saw a Shamrock Machiato online that we needed to try, so we stopped to get one. First we were told by the young man in the drive thru "we don't do that here" even though a picture of it was taking up a third of their menu. When we said as much, he replied "oh, you mean the Irish creme thing." Attached you can see the picture of the sticker on the order. It's about half right I guess?

Have ordered multiple large, early- morning takeouts for my work crew. I usually order the day before and they always have the donuts and coffee boxes ready on time with happy smiles and helpful attitudes even at 6am.They help carry items to my truck without me even asking.Good job to all!Side Note: Glad Dunkin is serving dark roast coffee. IMHO its SO MUCH BETTER than their donut blend.

Got a croissant sandwich that was burnt. When I opened the bag it even smelled burnt. From my experience, this store seems to frequently be out of donuts and many of the drinks. You would think a donut shop would have donuts!

Where do I begin???I went inside and ordered, which I normally don’t do. There was one guy behind the counter and three employees sitting at a table talking. The customer in front of me, who had already ordered, asked if any of them were on the clock to help the employee behind the counter (because there were also 5 cars in the drive thru). One of them was, and got up and reluctantly took my order.As for the store itself— absolutely FILTHY. The Pick-Up sign had dead flies and dirt all over it, the floors had trash scattered around, and doughnuts weren’t in the display case, which was in complete disarray. They were in a separate cart. AND there was a whole tray of doughnuts ON THE COUNTER beside the register.Behind the counter, there were milks and other cartons out of the refrigerator just sitting open. There were spills that were dried and crusted on the counters in POOLS. The bagel and English muffin packs were open and scattered around. And there was a garbage can OVERFLOWING onto the floor with FLIES hovering around it.I will NEVER BE BACK to this location.

This shop is owned by some sketchy folk and it shows. For example, they have had no less than 10 managers over the last 2 years of operation. Yes, I know—that's just food service, right?No, it's not. This Dunkin has served me donuts with mold and tried to pass off ice coffee as cold brew. The owner doesn't invest time or money into his staff and as a result the quality will remain low.2/10, do not recommend.

I was shorted on my order in the drive thru. Ordered 4 wake up wraps for 1 for each of my dogs only got 2. Ordered iced tea, couldn't get because someone made it incorrectly. Didn't have donuts my wife wanted.

The most recent two visits, I have left without my order because I refused to wait more than 20 minutes for a single drink! This location needs stronger leadership, training for handling large orders, and employees that are willing to help where it's needed. Nobody seems to be in charge or know what is going on.

The drive thru line was long. But they kept it moving very well! Business must be pretty good. Coffee is great. The donuts are always good, according to my youngest.
