This was 2 years agoIt's not as neat and organized as it was then .They had 2 girls store managers and were re ally good. The floor workers cared. about th mey had work ethics. You could find stuff now you can barely get down the isles stuff is all over the place very disorganized.Why do you put your dollar pet food items on the isle after the pet food and why do you take out the individual cans of food from a boxAnd sell separately that's price Gouging. They don't care today the workers very rare, unless they are over 40.

Good experience. Store was clean and employees were nice. Everything was well stocked and prices were good. Checkout was quick.

The price of items is great specially because is close to home. They don't have all of the items that I need but they have enough to save me a trip to Walmart. I would like to see this place cleaned up a little more because It is always dirty.

First time trying to go there, the doors were locked. The woman gettting into her car told us it was because there was not enough staff to work. The second time they told us it was because someone had covid. This is the third time in a row where the doors have been locked. The excuse this time is the air conditioning is out. There's many other Dollar Generals in the area. Drive to one of them, & avoid this particular one because you'll just be wasting your time.

I was at the self check the worker was there but walked away. I bought something that needed them to allow. I stood there for almost 15 mins. The other girl came up and was checking out a customer. I politely ask if she could help me. She said she didn’t have her key card. She checked out 3 more customers. While I stood there another 10 mins. When she checked out the 4 th customer I was livid!! I have a twisted spine and it hurts to walk. That is why I didn’t go look for her. The light was blinking for them to know I needed help. They were both rude but it is the second girl I was furious about. Not only was she extremely rude but didn’t care. I had walked past her while I was shopping and she was stocking. I said how are you. She said “whatever” further more she saw I could not walk very well and still made me stand there so long I felt dizzy from the pain. So I said forget it and as I walked past her she said “by bitch”. I am beyond furious. She was the tall one and she said this at 12::50 pm. I was at the self check at 12:25 pm. Look at the camera and see the incident. They used to be friendly at that store. Now I won’t step foot in that place anymore. I have never been so livid in my life. I was shaking.

I went in today to buy some waterWhen I went out to my car it would not start. went in and the manager Julia was so friendly and helpful. She let me use the store phone because I left mine at home. Julia and Rachel were awesome today

The store is always jumbled and isles are always blocked by their stock carts. They are remodeling however so hopefully some of this issue is addressed. They always have that one thing I was looking for that I couldn't find at Walmart! Nice and helpful emloyees as well.

Went in and bought about $30 worth of groceries. Wanted to Disinfect hands before using keypad for charge card, but none was available. This was in the midst of the COV-19 pandemic. Picked up an unused grocery bag and used it as a glove and was reprimanded by the store clerk, who said her boss told her that he had to pay for each bag used.This store would rather save two or three cents than prevent the transmission of a serious illness. Pretty good way to tell your customers that you don't give a damn about them.

Like all the Dollar General Stores in the Fairmont area, the aisles are overcrowded with every item imaginable. You can not get a cart down the aisles, & I can't imagine a person in a wheelchair having an enjoyable time shopping there. The only good thing I can say is when they put season merchandise on sale, you can get GREAT bargains.

This dollar general is kept clean and stocked. All employees i have encountered here are all friendly. They greeted you and ask if you they could help you all times ive been here. Great store!!

I am a routine Dollar General shopper and this is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always stocked with inventory and very clean and organized.

In light of this pandemic, I decided to ask a cashier why the sign on the door says "mask required" but theres all these folks in here not wearing masks? Her response was I'm tired of arguing and fighting with customers to enforce it so I just gave up...Now, let that sink in for a minute...This is part of the problem and why marion country has a higher infection rate, as of right now, than its had since this started!!! Good job dollar general...way to go 😶

Typical Dollar general except for a little extra the Young manager whom shall go unnamed seems to have been hurt by people sometime in her life which is why she doesn't know how to treat people with trust and understanding. And respect very rude

Very clean and well stocked. Told the cashier that so far, it's the nicest DG I have visited in my area. The workers should be proud!

Could not live without $ General ...one on Country Club Rd. has Terrific Manager and luckily Marie is often working too... All employees at this location are very helpful,

I was able to go in and out of the store in 5 minutes and purchase my cigarette s for $4.15. that's cheap! Thanks for keeping your prices low.

Prices are oddly jacked up for all the other options you have to shop but when your right there its a convenience factor i suppose
