We eat at DQ's quite bit but never had any lacked service before. My husband went to get us Blizzard's last night because we were craving ice cream. The employee's took longer to make our ice cream and didn't care to service my husband for the take out. The ice cream was great which was the Brownie Batter and Cotton Candy for the Blizzard's. We got a coupon but don't plan to use it.

This DQ is ALWAYS slow. But to take 30 EXTRA minutes to fulfill a mobile order for two blizzards is RIDICULOUS. And 10 minutes of the wait were just us waiting to be acknowledged by a worker. Schedule more people or shut down inside and only take drive thru orders. There was one employee working the store and doing the work of 5 people while someone who looked like a manager was doing absolutely nothing to help them out, just barking out orders to them. Ice cream was great once we finally got it, but not worth the 30 minute wait after it was supposed to be ready though.

This is the slowest fast food I've ever gotten. Every time I go to this location, the wait in the drive thru is at least 15 minutes, and inside isn't much better. This isn't because there are a lot of other people there, because there haven't been more than one or two other people/ cars at any time I've visited. This has been my experience repeatedly at this location. I'm finished after waiting today and then ending up with the wrong food.

April 8, 2024: I went back today and went through drive thru for an Oreo Blizzard....I'm greeted by a girl saying, "Sorry, we don't have any ice cream"March 17, 2024: This place is in dire need of a manager. They had one cake in freezer for purchase....I had to drive to the Bridgeport DQ. It was like there was no manager and no one knew what they were doing at all lol I felt sorry for the guys that were working, but was frustrated at the same time.A year ago I visited drive thru multiple times and they didn't have chocolate ice cream.

Very disappointed! We went through the drive thru on Thursday evening, we had nearly a 30 minute wait in line. We ordered 2 large M & M blizzards. We have never gotten chocolate M & M blizzards! When I questioned the dark curly headed female working, why they were chocolate, she stated she made them w chocolate topping! They were the worst blizzards we have ever had!If I wanted chocolate, I would have ordered it! Not everyone likes chocolate.Needless to say the blizzards that should have been vanilla were disgusting to say the least.DQ, you have to do better!

Overall good, took lil while for them to take our order. Overall service was okay. I ordered the brownie and oreo cupfection which was delicious but they really short ya on the ice cream so u end up with huge mess of cookie n brownie n fudge at bottom of the cup, well wouldnt even say it was the bottom of cup..... they need to give u more ice cream than just a scoop. Also ordered a royal strawberry cheesecake n added cookie dough to it, but once we got it could barely find any cookie dough in it at all....you pay for extra topping you should actually get the extra topping! I think in whole medium blizzard found 3/4 pieces of cookie dough.

Service with a smile is hit or miss. If you want to add something to your blizzard or sundae you'll usually get it correct. Drive thru is slow when you or someone in front of you orders actual food and not ice cream. Inside is small and usually pretty empty. Found out if they don't turn your blizzard upside down and you call them on it they'll give you a coupon for a free one next time. That's supposedly a corporate thing not by store location. And Blizzards are not cheap. Love love their ice cream cakes with the crunchy cake pieces, fudge and the yummy icing but they also cost a pretty penny.Parking: It's part of a bfs gas station with other stores and there's very limited parking.

What happened to dairy Queens food .. it used to be hot and always good.. last few times I went to a DQ the fries were cold or luke warm. The orders were gotten wrong and when they corrected them it was obvious they just added what was missing. The cashier's don't listen ... I used to love DQ now I'm putting it on the do not eat there list.....

The ROTC cashier boy makes the whole experience awful. Blizzards weren’t full and all. He’s trying l to run it like a want to be army camp. He switched the blizzard flavors claiming the coupon was used wrong, even though it claims equal or greater value so you should be charged for the more expensive one & the other one should be 99 cents. Instead he claimed they had to be the same flavor or he couldn’t do it. Overall 1/10 experience, would not return!

Pulled up at 15 til 10 on 10/30/22 and they were “out of ice cream”. I’d guess they cleaned up early. Close at 9:30 if you’re employees are trying to leave by 10. This location is always out of stuff and has extremely long wait times typically. A solid 70% of the time the ice cream is half melted and all over the cup as well. I hardly ever go here because I like keeping my vehicle clean, but I rolled the dice tonight for another irritating visit to this location. I won’t be back.

It’s always been a hit or miss at this location, even before covid. A long wait for cold food, gravy is extremely watered down and you can’t dip anything at all in it. I mean literally inedible (how do you dip chicken tenders in water?) Ranch cup was less than half full. we stood at the counter for over two minutes before we even saw an employee-and he came from the gas station side like we bothered him. We tried to dine in but there was an extremely loud customer cussing at his children in the lobby and we had to go eat in my car because I couldn’t hear my partner who was sitting right next to me. I know there’s staffing problems everywhere but even before covid they couldn’t keep employees. Even on days they are fully staffed good luck getting fresh or even warm food. We decided to save ourselves more disappointment and didn’t go back in for our banana split and went to froyo factory instead.

Was there to get a couple sundaes on Saturday June 4th. Amazing group of young men were working. Great suggestions, and my husband and I decided to pick up an ice cream cake for a birthday for the next day while we were there. The young man went and decorated one (because they were out of finished ones already for the evening) and had it ready by the time we were finished with our sundaes.

Mobile order gone wrong. I placed my order and went to the restaurant, on my arrival I was told they didn’t have Hot Fudge. Ok supply problem. Got home to realize they didn’t include my drinks. When I called I was told I had to ask for them because there system didn’t tell the about them being included in my combo meals. Also looking in the bag there was no napkins or ketchup. Gravy was watered down for the chicken meal. Now with gas being 4.09 a gallon the last thing I wanted to do was go back. But, I did. Disappointed to say the least

My girlfriend and I love a good ice cream every once in a while and this place always seems to let us down. No one is ever at the counter for service and when someone finally shows up they take 30 minutes to an hour to prepare our order(if they actually remember to make it). Honestly, this is a joke. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this particular Dairy Queen deserves it to warn others

Absolutely terrible service! Waited for a good 45 minutes at the drive through for COLD food, and only to find out some of the items they don’t have anymore, smh 😂😂 and it cost 35 dollars

I ordered the sauce and tossed chicken tender basket 4 piece through the drive thru. I live a few minutes away which wouldnt be enough time for ice to melt in my drink or for my food to get cold. I arrived home and i had everything i ordered. But the bread and chicken were cold. The fries were warm to an extent. And my drink tastes watered down. The ranch side i got was barely half full. And the customer service wasnt good at all. The man at the window taking orders didnt seem sure at all of what i was saying making me repeat myself multiple times and on top of that the speaker for the customers to hear the employee was very quiet for being right beside a busy road. Highly disappointed.

Just stopped by to get ice cream and the employees refused to sell us any. Not that their machine is broken or they're closing, just that they aren't serving any. We will be supporting small business ice cream shops for now on.

We went to the drive through this evening (11/9) around 8pm. We ordered two blizzards to which we were informed that the vanilla ice cream machine was broken. That was okay because chocolate was a good alternative. We happily drove around to wait. The car in front of us waited on their order and we paid no mind. Then, we realized we had been sitting for 10 minutes already. That was still okay. THEN, we waited for another 20 minutes. Finally, we get up to the window only to not have anyone come to apologize for the wait or tell us our order would only be a few more minutes. After another 5 minutes, we left. We couldn’t even let them know we no longer wanted our order. This was the most disappointing visit I’ve ever had even over the time I went there and they were out of ice cream completely. Poor service. Poor products. Poor experience over all. I will not be returning. Hope this helps someone avoid a similar experience.
