Friday afternoon closed. Saturday morning closed. At your normal business times & hours closed.I called the other Fairmont CVS Saturday afternoon to transfer there, closed also. My husband needs his insulin for diabetes.I called out of county CVS to get my prescriptions started elsewhere for my husband and me. I have not the gas to travel out of county for prescriptions. Whatever the problem is ? it's really messed up for people needing their medication.

Hire a second pharmacist. Don’t close for lunch and potty breaks. Fix the drive through.For god sakes there is a Walgreens across the street and a Walmart 3 miles down the road where I shop.You are going to make me change pharmacies.I am diabetic and spend a lot of money at your pharmacy but soon, if you don’t change, i will.

I have always had a discount script coupon. This time the person at billing was rude and told me to go find another coupon. She was no help and was not knowledgeable about what she was doing!

If i could give a negative 5 starts i would! Absolutely horrible customer service at the pharmacy the younger blonde girl behind the counter was straight up rude and disrespectful had the most self righteous attitude told me they couldn't fill a script due to everyone going to lunch at the same time an it would be a 2 hour wait before they could do anything!
