By far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Called them on the phone to check the price of an EpiPen when the prices were getting high. Confirmed what it would be with my insurance. They worked to see what would be the cheapest version with my insurance and placed an order for it to be on hold for me. Called me when it arrived. I really appreciate the help and the work they did for me.

I don't give bad reviews often but this place is the worst ran business I have ever seen. They have called me multiple times, on different occasions saying I needed to get a prescription picked up on that day. When we show up the store has been closed, for no reason they just have a hand made sign stating they are closed that day. I have found out that this has been happening a lot to several people that use this CVS in Fairmont. I'd recommend using someone else for prescriptions. They don't update hours on the website either. This place is garbage. Update- I spoke with customer service and an employee in the store and CVS doesn't seem to care about this issue either. They act like it's the consumers fault and they were very rude.

Customer service is usually good. I was inside picking up meds and the people in the pharmacy were talking about people and making fun of them. I was. shocked when I heard the main pharmacist doing it. It was awful. I go thru drive thru as much as possible now so I don't hear it anymore.

Asianna was so nice and helpful. I didn’t know where something was and she came and helped me without having to ask her. She is the best

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I kept going back time after time because I thought it could be just a busy day. They said they check their messages every hour on the hour..NO! My doctor called in a script at 3:52 and I went to pick it up at 5:15. No record of it?! This has happened multiple times to me, not just once. Every time it was a serious medication I have to take daily. Needless to say, my doctor went off on the pharmacist and I'm never going back. The first time was 12 hours after it was called in, and they had no record of it?! Ughh. Worst ever.

No help at all when the Fairmont Ave location closed without warning. In fact, straight rude. Done with all CVS locations. Garbage, to be honest.

The drive thru parking lot is a genuine danger to cars. Pot holes are more common than pavement. Fix it.

We use this CVS regularly for prescriptions. We've had good interactions with the pharmacy.There is a drive-thru pharmacy window in the back.
