DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! Walgreens stopped taking my prescriptions so I switched here. A day later, I’m ready to leave. Horrible customer service. Incompetent workers. The automated system says my prescription is ready but pharmacy says they have no idea what I’m talking about. Bs.

Friday afternoon closed, Saturday morning closed. At your normal business times & hours closed.I called the other Fairmont CVS Saturday afternoon to transfer there, closed also. My husband needs his insulin for diabetes. I called out of county CVS to get my prescriptions started elsewhere for my husband and me. I have not the gas to travel out of county for prescriptions. Whatever the problem is ? it's really messed up for people needing their medication.

I want to start off that I work night shift 5pm-5am in Fairmont however live over an hour away from this location. Circumstances made it to where I needed to make an appointment in Fairmont and due to these circumstances I also needed to send my prescription to this location. The doctor's office called in the script however when I arrived the pharmacy stated they did not have anything for me. After contacting the doctor's office it was determined that CVS had failed to check their voicemails and my script was there the entire time. By this time it was approaching 10 am and the pharmacist said it would be 30-40 minutes before they could get it filled. I inquired to what time they would be closing and was told 8 pm. I told them I would come back later in the afternoon, on my way to work, as I needed to get some sleep before my 12 hour shift. I arrived back at CVS at approximately 4:30 pm and when I went to pick up my meds I was told, by the pharmacy, they were closed and would reopen at 9 am. I told them I was told they did not close until 8 pm and they said that was true but they needed to close early today and I could come back at 9 am tomorrow morning. I explained this was not an option for me. The pharmacist then stated "I was supposed to be gone 30 minutes ago, you should have had it sent to a location closer to your home". I explained that circumstances did not allow that and this was the closest pharmacy on my way to work. I asked if he could just give me the meds and I would pay for them in the front to which he refused. I must now go another day, in pain, because they can not do their job. Needless to say I will never use this CVS again for anything.

Pharmacy closes at will. Receive txt that prescription is ready to be picked up, go to get it Pharmacy closed. Isn't a Pharmacy kind of like an essential business? My wife was called about prescription asked if it was ready the Pharmacy said yes,go to pick it up not ready medicine not in stock we told them we were called the Pharmacist just shut the window on her. Help is nice Pharmacist very rude

Kept being told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes and then 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes for a medication my son had to have. Ridiculous wait times. Can’t get anyone on the phone either.

Doctor called in a prescription I went to pick it up and the pharmacy put it on hold. Due to insurance not coving it, we told them we would pay out of pocket. They told us they would have it in 4 days later. When I went to pick it up they were closed. So I had to come back the following day. When I went up to the counter to pick it up they told me his medicine was on hold due to insurance not coving it. (The same thing they told me last time, when I told them I'd pay out of pocket) They never lifted the hold and ordered the prescription. How frustrating and unfortunate for our little boy to experience this longer due to the pharmacy not handling this appropriately.

Re:Pharmacy staff. When lunch time arrives they close up pharmacy and everyone goes to lunch at the same time and if you are waiting in line too bad. They have enough staff to stagger lunch so customers don't have to wait in line for one hour. Rude and inconsiderate. Also have screwed up scheduled maintenence meds refills causing unnecessary inconvenience.

I'm not trying to be too critical, but the staff here wasted my time. I didn't have my HSA card on me, and I explained to the gentlemen up front that it would just run like a debit card if I gave him the number. My wife was on the phone with card in hand, giving me the numbers and I was reading them off. He interrupted me, and sternly told me you have to use insurance in the back. NO you CAN use an HSA card up front. Well, I go to the back, because I don't like to protest, and the lady that rung me up literally tried to get me out of line because she claimed I couldn't too!I am a quiet and polite dude, but I actually had to ask her to get a manager, who explained that I was right. All the staff here need to be educated on what an HSA is, so that customers don't waste time getting the over-the-counter medicine they need. I really don't like conflict, but the staff forced me into it.Although this review is critical, in the past this place has given me better service. I don't think they deserve one star for this. Even though they hadn't been trained, I am just shocked the staff, in their personal lives, have never heard of an HSA debit card.

Called just to see if the pharmacy would be open on the weekend I understand staffing issues. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. Looks like Walgreens got a new customer.

I spend several 100 dollars a month there!! Prices gouging, which a lot of places are doing it.. customer service is horrible now, you have employees up front and they direct you over to the self checkout!! I would've used the self checkout if I wanted that! Go to Walgreens, they blow CVS prices away and better customer service. I know they don't care about my $300.00 a month, but today was the last straw..

Pharmacy staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They always have an unpleasant attitude and were not helpful at all when there was an issue with my child’s prescription. It was an over the counter medication and I didn’t have time to try to have a different doctor rewrite the prescription because my child had hives and needed the medication so I told her I’d just buy it. She just stood there so I asked her what medication I needed exactly. She responded with an attitude “aisle 13”. I asked for help to make sure I got the correct medication and the aisle number was all the help I got. I have used cvs my entire life but after multiple encounters like this switched to Walgreens where so far the employees have been very kind and professional.

I wish I could give them a zero. The lady at the front was rude and the shift manger was rude as well and so unprofessional. I had ordered photo and they kept telling that I had not place a order online and had already taken the money out of my bank because the order was over $50. When I arrived at the store I was treated so poorly and had to wait extra time for my photos that got shoved into an office style vanilla folder with a sealed top. The manager had enough nerve to ask if I wanted to wait for my photos or come back the next day. Will never order photos or buy anything at this pharmacy brand ever again.

I'm very disappointed by the price gouging. I went in to buy a fevered grandchild tylenol suppositories to find the price has been increased significantly. I suppose CVS isn't above taking advantage of flu and Covid scares.

I've been to this CVS twice. I was disappointed both times. The first time we were harassed by someone to use our photo ID to get her narcotics. The second time the clerk had no clue what he was doing.I like the one at Marion Square much better.

I try to avoid the store because it's normally quite expensive. If I can find the product at Walmart, I go there. I come here when I need products that I can't find at Walmart. Now I see that they have very little, there's no one to help locate items, and those who are there are so busy that they don't take the time to check to see about customer needs. their website inventory is completely off compared to what's on the shelf, so I wonder why anyone would go to CVS? Just go to Walmart! And I don't really like Walmart that much!
