I will no longer set foot in this place. The order is always wrong or missing something, the drive through is frequently ignored. Multiple times I’ve had to go inside to find someone after sitting for 10 minutes waiting at the menu. Last time was what did it though. The whole store reeked of dried in feces, coming from the bathroom. The employee said the cook was sick, why in the hell would you go to work like that? Disgusting. I thoroughly regret going through with my order. I did not get sick but if they make employees come into work that sick, food born illness is very likely. Place needs to go out of business and hopefully be replaced. AVOID!

Typical DQ in the middle of nowhere. Decent food and service if they get the order right, which is often uncommon. Been here many times and majority of the times they failed to serve the orders fully. Was always missing something almost every time. If ever passing thru the area, would not recommend this place to anyone, chances are you'll waste ur money waiting on food you won't receive, I recommend moving forward to a place worth spending ur money.

They were pretty quick tonight.3/28 @8pm est apparently people can not count and they are ripping people off. Not the first time. Your paying over $20 to eat somewhere at least give the people what they ordered. ALSO when you clean the drink machine (tea) RINSE it well it tastes like Bleach! Not everyone can waste time or gas turning all the way around!

I was not aware that DQ sold fried chicken, burgers and such as well as ice cream. While we were there for an ice cream, the busy stream of visitors were ordering solid foods. This place seems like the goto place in that area. Its a stones throw from the Rail Trail. On the rail trail, when you get to the overpass in Ellenboro, just look south a 100ft or so on right.

Literally the worst Dairy Queen ever. Workers always mess up the order. 1 night 4 trucks full of people pull through the drive through and before the first guy could even pull up to pay every worker inside decided it was time for a smoke break and they stood outside for 15 minutes just talking and smoking with a line full of people. today I went through the drive through I got half my order and it’s like the rest of my order was forgotten about so I had to knock on the window for them to hand me the rest of my food. Workers are ignorant here

Floors were slick someone is going to slip and get hurt. Ordered a hot dog with sauce and gave me a dog with a broken bun a drip of sauce. When I complained the manager said that was all corporate would allow for the hot dog. I did get more chili and a better bun but it tasted terrible so I didn’t eat it. Husband’s burger was cold and my son’s blizzard was just vanilla with a touch of flavor. Within an hour I was sick on my stomach and my husband was too. Paid top dollar for food that was terrible and for service that was terrible. My stomach is still not right. Will never eat there again.

The drive thru and parking probably keeps people away from here because the food and icecream is absolutely awesome! Once in a while a lazy cook is there but most times they go out of their way to make great food and good customer service! Really good alternative from McDonald's...

workers standing around. The cashier that took my daughter seemed overly tired wasn't sure what the problem was. 10 minutes to make a mini blizzard, and a milkshake. Right there was a little busy. But the lobby had few customers.

Great food, always hot and tasty, prepared to order so it takes longer than other places but worth the wait. Love their chicken strips! The only problem is the management is awful. So very rude to customers, they always want to take the gravy and toast away from your chicken strip basket if you ask for extra sauce for the chicken strips, then they want to be rude about it. They want to charge you 1.20 extra for two sauces with a 8.00 chicken strip basket. They give you broken pieces of a chicken strips and count it as a whole piece. They never give you napkins. They give you half orders of onion rings or fries. All to save money on inventory. They only reason I still get food here is Mcdonalds food sucks and Dairy Queen food tastes better than that and there are no other fast food places in Ritchie County. If you are lucky, the manager or ast. manager will be busy and then the staff is great, but the manager and ast. manager (the managers daughter) are horrible and cut corners to save money for the store on paper but they are causing the store to lose money because no one wants to put up with them.

Ordered six ice creams, the employee was patient through order changes at the drive-thru, repeated order back perfectly but gave two strawberry shortcake blizzards with cherries instead of two Royal Oreo blizzards. Tried to go inside to ask them to fix it but couldn’t get through the five-deep line and no one, except for two employees, were wearing masks.

Limited choices in Ellenboro. For something quick like a couple of chili dogs this is a good choice. Normal DQ fair. Their milkshakes are better than average.

I like this Dairy Queen. It makes a good break on the way from Parkersburg to Clarksburg. It is usually clean and the staff are helpful.My favourite thing about this place.. they have chocolate ice cream. That means I can get my favourite blizzard..... Reece's cups and chocolate ice cream

Stopped here on our way to Elkins and went through the drive thru. The food seemed fine but the line was incredibly slow and the staff seemed distracted in the drive thru window. I know some places just have their bad nights so I hope to leave a better review if I happen upon here again.

My girlfriend and myself got 2 medium size hit fudge sundae it was like 7 dollars that's a little expensive you need too look at your prices and adjust them we are in a pandemic and our money is tight but we still enjoy eating out when we can McDonald's has a dollar menu Burger King and Hardee's and Arby's have deals going on and yes they have ice cream also
