The service was fast there was only one other person in line in front of me. when I got to order the experience was smooth everything was made as I ordered it and they were fast getting it ready. Would definitely recommend this place to get something fast and tasty to eat. As a small side note however, I will say that at the beginning of February 2024, they were completely out of ice cream cakes at this location and they only had one ice cream cake when I went there this last time towards the end of February 2024.

A little high on their prices but the food is pretty good and the service is fast and usually on point. Well except for the last time I was there and today. They failed to put sprinkles in my blizzard in which I paid extra for and gave my kids the wrong kind of ice cream that they ordered.

The person working through the drive-thru was incredibly pushy. They made me feel like I had to rush my order. There were absolutely no blizzards served upside down. Keep an eye out for that one cuz your next one will be free. They also don't mix the candy to the bottom of the blizzard. This time on my Snickers blizzard it was made out of chocolate ice cream instead of white ice cream with chocolate syrup. Trust me there's a difference. Not a totally horrible experience, just a very disappointing one.

I’d seriously leave a zero rating if possible. Ashley that works there got my order wrong in the drive thru. When I brought it to her attention she got so mad, was cussing at me, and slammed the window in my face. Behind the window she was still running her mouth!! The manager saw here and was in total shock!! She kept telling her to calm down. I was saying yea she needs to calm down. I go through there about every day cause my 4 year old wants an ice cream after we pick the kids up from school. I was in total shock and disbelief when I saw that she was still working there!! Terrible and I mean terrible customer service. It was such a huge scene just about every employee came to the drive thru window. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected by an employee in a restaurant!! I understand some people have bad days and everything but no need to take it out on a customer!! If it wasn’t for my 4 year old we def would not be back!! I had all 4 of my children in my car also!

We order 2 burgers combos but the waitress didn't sent my order to kitchen, I think that she didn't hear me for she was at counter and it's noisy. So, I sent my friend back to counter a few minutes later because so many people was coming into DQ for dinner hour. Was there an apology offer? Don't think so nor any offer of free " Dilly bar or some other for as apology!

She was going between making food and texting showing 2 other male employees something on her phone. Not a hair net in sight on anyone. That's disgusting. Also did not get a receipt for my order.

Will most definitely be going back there. The burger my husband had he said was very good. I had a grilled chicken and it was actual chicken, nothing processed. Plus the sandwiches were hot. We both liked there buns. Beats Burger King by a long shot 👍👍

No one at window to take order. 4 people in front of us ordered but were waiting to get it. Finally, took our order. They waited on 4 other people. One by one they finally git theirs. We still had not received ours. 15 minutes passed, 1 of our banana split can. 15 minutes they said they needed to go to bldg. To get more containers. 10 minutes passed and the girl came out and said she could put it in cup. You will get more in a cup. 2 bites of banana was all that was in there. They didn't seeto know what they were doing. They told gut in front not to take any more orders. He didn't want to stop. He had people waiting. The kitchen were standing around looking at eCh other. No organization. Whoever was in charge wasn't doing their job. I was watching them to see if our second order was being worked on. The girl took offence to me looking. We should have asked for our money back, ridiculous. Wont be going there again. Any body that asks won't get a good review from us.

Restaurant is always clean, but service can be slow. It's a bit pricey, and the basic vanilla ice cream doesn't taste as good as other's. It's the specials that are the only reason I keep going back. Twist cones, dipped cones, frozen hot chocolate...

Well it’s not that it is bad...it’s just expensive for what you get. I love the soft pretzels...but once you eat a hot dog with custard stand chilli ...it’s hard to eat a hot dog with anything else.Most of the time the soft drinks are either flat or there is no taste. The ice cream has always been great for me but not everyone I know thinks so. I miss the Dairy Queen in Clendenin ❤️

Slow service can make wanting a blizzard or sweet treat here a chore rather than a reward. The hot foods are good and orders are always filled correctly. Prices are marginally expensive but the $5 chicken strip basket for lunch hour (served 11-4pm) is an incredible deal.

Updated review. I have since went back ,experience was mostly better. Food was hot and fresh. Although, don't ask for ketchup packets. Person seemed perturbed that I asked, brought me 3 for 2 chicken strip baskets, and borderline threw them at me. Take note, ask for ketchup, take cover!

The food is usually good but it depends on which high schoolers are working. There are too many teens working there and not enough adults and it seems that the managers there don't care if they know what they're doing. Food is sometimes served cold and the blizzards are not mixed properly, again it depends on who is working. Most of the workers are not friendly if you inconvience them even a tiny bit like if they get you're food wrong or it's cold and you say something. It's not bad food usually they just need to work on who they hire and need to train them better.

The food and ice cream were both good and the kid that made my banana split was nice and tried to do good. But the "Manager" who liked to show that she was the boss did not make me happy. Made me wait about 15 mins for a banana split while she shut the whole kitchen down to clean because someone in the drive thru had a peanut allergy. Make a dedicated station for no nuts...Not make a customer listen to you tell at everyone and stand in line for 15 mins
