Elkins Walmart is always great. The staff are always polite and friendly, the restrooms are always clean, and they always seem to have things in stock that other Walmarts don't. The layout of the store is far better than most other stores in this area, and the self-checkout area layout is better, as well.

Good store. We had big needs concerning a large tent for a garden party, and they were able to quickly help us find the item we needed. However, the clothing selection is extremely limited, especially for sizes slightly smaller than average. It's basically impossible to find a good pair of properly sized shorts here, though I've tried on several occasions.

They suck , they lost my mother's ring and have done nothing to help get it back they tracked it to new York and . All the jewelry what ever they are. Lazy and won't help me at all . I cried my eyes out and begged them to help. The have all the information and tracking info. But won't make it right .even the main manager at Beverly Walmart. Hasn't done nothing I've also begged him to help. They sell keepsake jewelry. But lie and say they don't. I went straight to jewelry counter and took pictures. Of what they sale and put warranty to . People pay for them but they don't uphold any if it . Lost my mother's ring in New York. They tracked it there but won't help to get it back. They don't deal with it anymore they say . They lie and don't care at all about what my ring means to me . Real stones and gold lined in diamonds . Priceless memories of my son's. That I'll never get back on my finger because of lazy , irresponsable.non caring sales associate. It's been over a year almost two . I don't go there unless I have to and I ask the jewelry person or Scott the manager to help. I always leave crying. But he'll or high water. I'll ask every time. Maybe one day. They will get a competent, person with a good work ethic and takes responsibility for their incompetence. I ask also what would they do if it was their most prized possession. Others than my son's and fur babies. ( Are #1 ) then my mother's ring. I always wanted that ring . In my heart I'm a mother.but I got to look down and it was beautiful and real. If I ever forget a memory. I knew I had a reminder . They took that , and I get the broken heart and lose. I don't have much in my life and I hold on to memories. Sorry for venting but I'll ask for help in anyway. I called corporate and told them. Nothing. It's absolutely the character of people and what they stand for . Compassion and kindness. And accountability says alot about character of employees and bosses. Sorry again. Please be safe and stay awesome.

Walmart is a great store but the last few times I have been there I have had to wait to ride a chart and they are not getting the ones replaced or repaired that need to be. I have spoken to other that need them ask week and they say 45 min to one plus to get a cart to ride. Just 3 months ago they had like 7 or 10 now hardly nothing this needs to be fixed .

Associates were helpful. Shelves are well stocked. Store was clean and inviting. One of the better Walmarts I've been in. My mother needed one of the motorized carts, and there were some charged & ready to go.

90% of the employees were on their cell phones and when we asked a young lady for help getting an item from the top shelf she informed us that she didn't work in that area and walked off. Store was dirty and had a strange smell.

Went to buy a grinder and could't get somone to assist me. Online said the store had it ,the workers said they did not. Did't have the one for the price and had to buy the more higher priced one, this is tipical for this store.

Great people working there never had one that was rude. Only issue is I can't find tall clothes ex jeans, yoga pants, tights and sometimes socks. Their pharmacy staff are ALL kind and knowledgeable people. Next,I'd like to see them bring in San Pellegrino sodas like grapefruit, orange, etc. And I don't mean flavored water version. Also bring back the smaller carts. And you need more wheelchairs that have baskets, so people can push their family members who aren't good at the battery chairs.Thank you

This walmart is descent. Staff is friendly. Ample parking. Has stuff in stock. Customers didn't act crazy and we're courteous. Some were friendly and just smiled, said hello, and started chatting.

NOTHING is priced. Items don’t match the shelf tag. Very irritating when you are trying to decide on something. Now I must say that we had the best cashier—he was friendly but moved items through quickly, polite and nice. When we were here last week there were no bags in produce to put your vegetables in. NONE. and no one cared.

Usually not too crowded. However, I wish more stock was ordered around the first of the month. Once welfare and social security recipients get done shopping, there usually isn't much left in grocery. Other than that, there Usually isn't too many problems

Walmart is the same in every store. Some nice employees and some who get power drunk with the littlest bit of power. Never really had a problem except returning something I bought the night before at 10:45 (closing time) and was returning the very next morning. Service desk female acted and spoke to me like I stole the item. Even though I had receipt in my hand. Power trip. The major thing with this Walmart is that the deli closes at whatever time they want to. One time it's 9pm next it's 5:30pm. Kinda hard to buy cheese and meats when no one is there to help you.

The pick up service is convenient and fast especially with a toddler and during pandemic when the store wait can take forever. The employees were friendly and well mannered.My only complaint is the amount of bags my items were in! I had 4 small items from the beauty/health section and they were in 3 different bags! Easily could have been in just one. This is not the first time this has occurred with this service.Another environmentally friendly option Walmart Pick Up services should consider is using the cardboard boxes from their shipped items. Walmart can reduce and reuse! The customer can then recycle the boxes!

The reason I am rating this store lower is because things are hard to find. The new layout is just confusing. Items aren't where you would expect them to be. Prices are still fantastic and people who work there all seem nice and helpful.. Loved the new self checkout availability- gets you in and out in a jiffy. :)

I decided to change my review I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart but since they rely so much on self checkout, while more workers are just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Must be nice to be paid to do nothing. I have to bust myself for my pay and go the extra mile. I get off work to go shopping and there's no checkout lanes open at all. I can't even get a worker to reach for an item on a shelf because guess what everyone is in the front standing around talking to someone. I won't be shopping here anymore. If changes are made then I will. Until then I will not hope this gets through management. I will be shopping at Krogers.

It's Walmart. They are getting to the point of carrying almost all you need from groceries, to home improvement needs, to automotive. Store is clean and maintained. They do offer curbside pick-up, online ordering, and in store shopping. Never used the online ordering but have watch the Walmart staff fulfilling the orders. They do actually look at the produce to make sure it's clean and eatable. I have also seen them check dates on items before loading the baskets.
