When I've picked up prescriptions, I am always treated with helpful and respectful pharmacists. I have also been impressed by the products I have bought from the photo printing department. Walgreens has always been ultra quick (I usually get my order within a couple of hours, if even.)

Always fast and easy to print photos from kiosk. When I forget my cord they have a loaner to download for your phone. Clean store and friendly staff in retail, photo and pharmacy portions. Convenient parking and pharmacy drive thru is sometimes faster than fast food drive thrus. Pharmacists always offer assistance if issues with refills or make alternative suggestions on high copay or if you pay out of pocket on better alternatives in current price range. Holiday deals (and after holiday savings) and quality of products are very fine. Always a pleasant experience at this store.

I've recently moved to WV and called the pharmacy 3 full days before I went to pick up my scripts only to hear the pharmasict blame my former pharmacy in Philadelthia for not giving her the correct info. (I called my former pharmacy and found out they had forwarded all of my scripts a week before) I waited to get 1 script! While I waited for said scripts I did the shopping I had intended to, to avoid the crowd at Walmart and still waited for 40 minutes! I spent $114.00 on all taxiable items that were on sale, but didn't realize until I got all of my items into my car that the clerk failed to ask me for my rite aide card? (It's a combined rite aide/Walgreens pharmacy) I should have been able to save over $28.00 but when I went back in the clerk said I'd have to bring all of the purchased items back in and she would have to refund it all and re ring it???!!! ( My disabled husband and dig were waiting in the car for me and we just decided to leave) I gave them a second chance and went in again today for the 3 other scripts that were past do for refill and was told I'd have to come back in about an hour??!! I intintionally went in before I had to go to grocery shopping just because something told me they wouldn't be ready, and no big surprise THEY WERENT! I will NOT be returning! I would like to give a compliment to the woman who was the pharmacy clerk, both times, she was flushed and obviously embarrassed, and did a phenomenal job! Get it together people because I'm a lifetime kind of customer and you've lost my patronage forever!

I needed two pictures printed fast,, Ms Hedi took care of me. She knew a lot about my phone and how to retrieve my files. Five, ten minutes , I was out the door. They were very well recived as Easter presents , for mom and granny

Very nice and helpful staff in the pharmacy. When they get to know you they don't forget who you are picking up meds for.
