VEry bad staff. threatened to dump the poo bin onto me. DO NOT RECCOMEND... also the animals are being neglected one of the mice was on its back and having a seizure. would rate zero if possible

Great people very friendly. We have bought several animals from here including fish. We have had our orange Oranda and our Black Moor for over a year. And we bought what they call feeder fish and they are doing great over a year later. We bought 2 hamsters, and a gerbil from here also.

Bought a Guinea pig from here well she passed just recently not even being a year old I have video proof that they SOLD ME A SICK GUINEA PIG with a RESPIRATORY INFECTIONAlso the day we got her she was shaking and rocking (lady said she isn’t sick when I asked and that she is just cold) in her little cage (not even big enough for one Guinea pig) and the bottom was wire so she had bumble-footThe Guinea pig was also next to feeder rats and mice which is sad and shouldn’t be around themWhen we was buying said Guinea pig the lady grabbed a box (no holes etc) and asked if I wanted it tapped up WITH THE GUINEA PIG INSIDE!!! I froze and was like uhhh no because they can suffocate etcAlso while in there I could see the animals are not in good shape and that there is breeder bunnies in the back on shelves saying “not for sale” it’s a male and female and the female had babies and seemed to be breed constantly to sell off the babies WHY I SAY THAT well my fiancé told me that place use to be better with the other owners and that those bunnies are the same bunnies that where in the store to begin withAlso some of the reptiles where sick with thin tails etc

They must only give their birds water sometimes and other pets just look sad it doesn't look like they really know how to take care of their animals. And they're frozen fever rats are not in vacuum sealed bags and they are way overpriced I don't think I'll be coming back here. As much as I hate supporting a big pet store like pet supplies Plus I think I will be going there from now on.

not many supplies, lots of dead fish, none of the animals are properly taken care of and staff is super rude. also their dog they let roam is aggressive and growled and snarled at my child… do not recommend

Staff was rude, did not want to let us handle the animals. Followed us around like we were going to steal or something, like I’m not gonna put a fish in my pocket. This place is honestly sad they act like they don’t like what they do or they want to mess with the animals. As someone who loves animals it breaks my heart.
