Good food and a convenient and efficient pace. Many menu options, toppings, and fried foods available. They are often running promotions on tasy limited time; Specialty drinks, breakfast sandwiches, fried appetizer options, and Shweet Treats. Overall, Sheetz has a very versatile store, with MTO-menu options that will leave you contemplating your decision for hours. Luckily, Sheetz is open 24-7/365, so you can absolutely take as long as you'd like to decide. So, If you've never been to a sheetz, its like a Walmart store married a Mcdonalds restaraunt and they had a much smaller and less annoying baby, that baby is your Sheetz. Enjoy!

I usually order the same shmagle, and they get it right most of the time. I miss the coffee, tho. I stopped ordering because it got bad, and it's no wonder if you want to make it. They scorch the milk and dont properly extract the espresso.

Daytime crew is awesome, so this review doesn’t apply to them.Our order was not correct, nor was some of it edible. There was a black disk charred into the top bun of a burger and the entire bottom bun was scorched. I called the store and it sounded like the worker whom I spoke to was indifferent to it. A burger bun should not look like this. There were a few other things wrong, like how we were shorted on Mac and Cheese bites (really gave us 4 on a 6-pack order), messed up an everything bagel by using a PLAIN bagel, and got Dr. Pepper and Cherry Coke that tastes like Robitussin. I was especially hesitant to try the others when I noticed the Mountain Dew looked like seltzer water. Been a Sheetz customer for years and have never seen one with night service as poor as this😬. What am I gonna do about my late night eats tho 😭😭

Ordered hot food and it was cold as hell!! Waited a good bit for it too. I like Sheetz and don't mind spending my money there but I would like a hot sandwich when I order one. Tried to call but the phone keeps ringing and ringing.

Currently in the sheetz parking lot as I’m typing this out. I went around drive through and I just simply ordered a water and Mountain Dew. I told the lady that is what I ordered, the drinks were right in front of her. She says “ok” and just walks away and proceeds to talk to her coworker instead of ringing me up. I waited there for a while so i decided to have my husband go in and get it instead.

I believe this is the first time I have been to a store or restaurant where the clerk said absolutely not one word when I arrived, paid, received my order, or left. Absolutely not one word despite me saying "thank you" at least three times. Is the clerk unable to talk? What kind of customer service is this? I might as well be served by an automatic machine.Second, this is one of the slowest Sheetz stores around. I have been to many Sheetz stores in PA, MD, WV, and VA, and this is one of the worst in terms of time to obtain an order from the drive through. They seem to have only one or two people ever working here and cannot keep up with the demand. In fact, several times when arriving at the drive in Kiosk, there has been announcement that you will have to wait 20-30 minutes to obtain any order.

night shift is a joke. food will be cold and be waiting for over 15 minutes while everyone stands around does nothing. this has happened multiple times. need a new manager or workers

Their fast food is great and their staff are always friendly. However there is a couple of minor issues that may need addressed. Their cappuccino isn't that great. It seems a bit watered down and because of that fact I prefer to get my cappuccino from speedway just across the street. Which, by the way is excellent cappuccino. Another issue is the gas pumps. They seem to slow down at around two dollars before the pumps are done pumping your gas. Other gas stations slow down just cents before it's finished. Because of this reason it does keep me from using their gas. Perhaps they should look into that problem. Other than that I do not have any other issues with this place. Great place to take care of most your needs.

There's a guy who works here (I think management) who is named Chris. He's a galactic jerk. I actually quit coming here a while back because I was tired of him being so rude. Turns out he still works here and after dealing with him again I won't be returning. Only thing that's good here anyways is the overpriced food.

Love being able to order online and Pay with cash when I pick it up. Most places only let yu order online for pickup if u have a card to pay.

Don't know what the guy below me is talking about all air is free. Buddy we breathe it, but I guess its not the best air here in Elkins because all the employees breath smell like gas and cigarettes. I giving you one star becuase I feel bad for stealing gas that one time.
