I've been to many sporting good stores and this one is almost if not the best I've ever visited. Drove all the way from PA because nobody else had what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable about everything he sells. It'll be hard to find a better all around sporting good store. To the lady or whatever it was that said they didn't receive proper service, it's their priority to take care of the customer. I've known them way too long and their local reputation will and has spoken for itself. It's sad how trash has nothing better to do than be just that.

I live in Virginia and come to West Virginia to hunt. I always go here for all my hunting needs. Great prices always very helpful and friendly. It reminds me of how good and helpful the folks of West Virginia are. I highly recommend this shop for all of your hunting needs. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

Pat has always been fair to deal with and is very knowledgeable about their products. Every item i have purchased there has been good and their customer service in helping answer questions is great. Bought my daughters 1st gun there and will continue to do business with Elzas in the future.

Good prices on rifles and handguns. All I took interest in are lower priced than msrp. Owner is blunt but not rude. If you ask a question he answers. The poor reviews are probably from tender hearted folk who don't know the difference.

Went to this establishment to purchase archery items. I walk in, a guy was fletching arrows, never said anything. I looked around, found what I needed, he didnt look up, didn't ask if I was ready to purchase. He waited on an older gentleman and answered the phone. Not once, was I asked if I needed assistance, offered to let me pay for my item. I hung it back up, walked out....still did not acknowledge I was a customer. Not a pleasurable experience. I wont be back.

worst gun store iv ever visited. high prices. low cleanliness. owner makes no effort in pleasing the customers. hes rude. low balls you on values. has told customers false rumors abput gun manufacturers. 0/5 stars. i would recomend if youre in search of a proper pleasent gun store. Make a stop at Wheelers, in elkins. you will not be disappointed.
