If your in there to shop around they kind of stalk you around the store and ask multiple times if you need any help which is nice once but after that I felt like I was being rushed out of the store. Good selection of tools and chainsaws and weedeaters though

Nice selection. Pretty much anything you would want. Big mess today at the entrance/exit. Hard to get in and out. Usually hard to find anyone to help you unless you walk all the way to the front and ask the checkout person. They are really good about ordering for you if they are out of what you want. The rewards card is nice. They send me a discount card to save $5 or $10 every 4 months.

Really rude workers - please do better and please do better on ACE. If you are interested, please do better on hiring better people. These people are so rude and incompetent and lacking in knowledge. I would STRONGLY not recommend this location!

Always helpful and they know me when I walk in and always speak to me and my kids and 🐕 even when just passing. Stuff is a little more expensive then other places but it's sometimes worth it to skip Walmart

There are many, many reasons that ACE is a great place to get a variety of hardware, lawn equipment and grilling supplies. The selection of pieces of sheet metal were scarce, but I know that happens. During check out, the cashier was on the phone ordering lunch, but everybody needs lunch. Just thought it was a little off putting. BUT...I have no issues getting the things I need for the garage or outdoors at our local ACE

While the staff are friendly and try to help (except for Bob the manager who is a prick), the majority of them don't really know anything about anything or the products they sell. Even minor tasks such as describing a product's function or ensuring that a product contains the necessary parts to complete the proposed job are major challenges for the majority of this staff. Even locating items in the store can take an unreasonable amount of time for these relatively inept staff members. (....meanwhile you pay top dollar for everything in the place)

Shop there often and they have a (full service department) that has expander their product line. Still and Craftsman dealer along with Husqvarna sales and service as well. Knowledgeable staff and lots to choose from.

i purchased a fill valve for my toilet at ace hardware at Elkins WV, didn"t install immediately and found length was too long, on return the manager Bruce Slagle was called after 20 minutes to check the product he determined that it couldn't be returned because of condition (dirty) which was like it was when purchased, it cost 8 to 10 dollars not a huge amount of money but for those with a tight income beware going to naylor's hardware at Elkins WV. This location seemed to be a little cluttered but offered the same products at comparable prices as other Ace Hardware store stores. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly.

I purchased a craftsman 2800psi gas presser washer less than a year ago, it will not run. Ace (NAYLORS OF ELKINS) do not back the product they sale, say I have to deal with craftsman myself. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me, The manager I spoke with was very polite, and helpful giving me the bad news, when I called craftsman, they says I have to take it to a craftsman service center (which are all closed till further notice) then ask what problem it has, tell them it's something in carburetor, then they inform me that wouldnt be covered under warranty!!!! CRAFTSMAN IS NOW JUNK, DO NOT EVEN BACK THEIR OWN STUFF, DO NOT BUY CRAFTSMAN!!!!
