Very friendly place to be! We bought some items for our new cat, including a hand knit cat bed (see photo), cat fountain, scratch post, and food dish. The staff members were very helpful. Fancy Paws also supports adopting cats from the local shelter by hosting a few cats at the store. And of course, there are store cats who strut around the store looking adorable.

Friendly & helpful. A nice positive atmosphere and an asset to local small businesses. They take time to greet my older dog plus new puppy and help put them at ease when getting their nails trimmed. Did a nice job grooming & deshedding my dogs. Offers helpful advice & suggestions about toys & treats. I look forward to trying their doggie daycare.

Miss Dolly loves seeing the ladies at Fancy Paws for her nail trims. We both love the seasonal photo ops they setup! They have the largest selection of cat and dog treats and toys I've ever seen. Fantastic experience! This was our first time at a groomer with our 6-month old Pug. They did such a great job, and especially on the nail trim. I've had them done at the vet, and they were never short enough. She even filed them down and made them smooth. Very, very pleased with the service!

We have been taking our dog, Wesley, to be groomed by Ann since she opened in 2012. Her professionalism and care for animals is top notch. She does a great job grooming our doodle and I feel great knowing he’s safe and protected while there as well. Before Ann opened her business our dog had several bad experiences being groomed. I’m so thankful she opened her business!

Bad experience and surprised that these people are still in business. I cannot stand this place. Fancy Paws needs to do much better or risk negative reviews like these. I came here and was shocked by the Hillbilly Elegy like customer service. I would not recommend this place in many years. Please do better - i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow! What a horrific experience. My dogs were shaved to skin with cuts and patches all over them. The 2 teenagers that were at checkout where cursing and rude and locked the door and stood in front of the door to hold me in when I said I wasnt happy. Police were contacted. Instead of trying to rectify the problem. They automatically assumed I wouldnt pay! I'm outraged as a customer, parent and school teacher. Thank God my instincts kicked in and I started recording video/audio of this ridiculous behavior. The teenagers Armani and mia I believe were snap chatting as they were laughing, cursing, had phone calls on speaker phone of other people (owner cynthia and groomer natasha) laughing and calling me names as a dog owner. They also added not agreed upon charges for extra services that were not performed when they were yelling in the video about oh add this and this....which the police officer told them to take off. This will be a civil matter in the future. I have a long video of this incident and a dog chained to table shaking and crying scared as he was left unattended. This behavior and service is so disheartening. Please please do NOT leave your fur babies here!💔

I have been taking our 3 dogs over to Fancy Paws for several years now, Mary does an outstanding job on them. She is always patient with them, gives them treats, lets them walk around behind the gate, and has never crated them. I am never rushed to go and pick them up when they are finished. I'm always told they are fine, take your time on getting here. I will continue to take my pets to Fancy Paws for all of their grooming needs.

I cannot give a great enough review. I called last minute on a Friday morning for 3 med/large dogs as a hail Mary attempt. I was a first time customer and she fit me in. We had family coming in and I didn't have time to clean all 3 myself, but they were stinky. She cleaned their ears, "butts," trimmed their nails and washed and dried them. Plus, they are kept in rooms not cages when finished which I really appreciated so they could stay together. She hand dries them so they aren't air dried. I left and immediately called a friend to tell her about them for her dog that needs more frequent grooming. You can tell by the way she handles them #1, she cares about animals and #2, she knows what she's doing.

We go here for toenail trimmings about once a month. Our dog is large and not well disciplined, but the staff is great at trimming and grinding her nails. They have a wide variety of pet products and offer doggy day care on premises. If you're looking for a nail trim, I suggest you go on Tuesday. No appointment is necessary, and all toenail trims are only $5.

Ann & her staff go above and beyond to make sure my dogs are always well groomed and special needs dietary needs are always in stock. She had become more like a second mom to my crew and we couldn’t live without her shop in our town.

I've had many groomers! I started taking my poodle here when he was maby 2 years old. My poodle is now 13 and I live in a different county and drive almost 40 minutes to take my dog here. I have groomed dogs and know that my dog isnt the easyest groom and Mary always manages to get what I want done in a very efficient timely manner. Will never go anywhere else!

We take advantage of Tonail Tuesday (tonail clip for $10), and they come to wherever you are in the store; they are fast but patient. I have an un enthusiastic bulldog that loves the store but hates the clippers, and they take great care of her.

They did a good job on cleaning up my dog. It was on the pricey side, and didn't trim his nails as short as I would like. But decent groomer and I'd bring my pet back agsin.

Love this place. If you want high quality dogs chews , food, or treats, I highly recommend this place. Check out their VE Raw Bar. Our bassets love the pig snouts and bully sticks!!
