I bought a pair of rocky gortex boots at Elkins Dunham store and they leak Dunham in Elkins don't take care of the warranty on Rocky boots and boots are only 1 months since I bought them

Purchased a gun from here yesterday. After they rang me up, I paid and then realized they didn’t give me the $25 off that was advertised. I brought this to the cashiers attention and she said “well too late, you can’t return guns so there’s nothing I can do about it”. I told her that I wanted the $25 off I was supposed to get. She had to call in someone else, who then said to me “it’s only $25”. I wasn’t accepting that so they eventually opened the drawer and just handed me the cash. Maybe more training for their employees would be beneficial.

Bought 3 kayaks here they have em all in stock. I revised my listing from previously I had a bad experience with my first time at this location but the second time was great. Great customer service and they had what I needed.

Love this store. No one hovering over yu while your looking for something but close by if you need help. Idk why you still can't use the changing rooms still. Masks aren't mandatory anymore. I should be able to try something on b4 I buy it.

The main reason I went there was to buy a crossbow. It was on sale but was out of stock. Was told they haven't had that bow in a while and don't know when it will be available. But they had the display and it was mark on Sale sales guy said he wasn't able to sale that one but wasn't sure if they would be getting any more back in stock. Very rude. Update stopped in once again to purchase a few things In the guns and ammunition department no one in the department waited and walked around no one ever came back. I doubt I will ever shop here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We need a Cabellas here in Elkins or Buckhannon

Wow this place is going downhill fast . They looked like all the ammo was nearly gone and they had zero muzzleloader powder or caps . Nearly one or two types of trail cameras to choose from the place looked like it was ran on. But you know this isn't the first time I have had no luck with finding sporting goods in this store .

Usually got a lot of good sales (except on the weekends ) most items are priced fair. Staff is always helpful. My family spends a lot of time and money here. We def recommend it to everyone

My first time going to Dunham's. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of stock the store had and even more surprised with the prices. I will be making lots of return visits. Daniel the cashier was extremely friendly and personable. Overall a wonderful experience.

Dunham's is a nice sporting goods store. Has a nice variety of guns and ammo. Only down fall is the clothing section is usually a mess and it's hard to find what your looking for in a certain size because there might be several racks that have similar products but the same styles seem to never be together. The clothing section is also very crowded and you can hardly get between racks to shop.

Dunham's always has a pretty good selection of a vast variety of sports and outdoor equipment and clothing. This specific store is always a little understaffed but generally isn't a bad place to shop.

The employees at this Dunham's are very well mannered. I have never had an issue when dealing with the people who are employed here. The store has a wide range of items. Do you enjoy fishing, camping, working out, or hunting? You should stop by and check out what they have! They also have sports items! Do you need sport apparel or footwear? Go to Dunham's. I am a very satisfied customer and my money will be spent there time after time as the years pass.

Worst service ever. I tried to buy a gun, and the boy working the counter wouldnt even let me see the gun, i asked to fill out the paperwork, he said one minute he had to help another customer. He did not give me the form but gave the next guy the form after he looked at ten guns. Then the boy skipped me to another customer while the manager helped the first guy fill out paperwork. I asked her for a form politely, and she started getting very snotty with me for no reason. Then i tried to buy a pair of shoes, and the wouldnt recognize the Sale price!! Ill never go back there again.

lots of selections on sporting goods and apparel, good for back to school, sports players or avid hunters alike, prices are on the higher side, but so are there products so it's to be expected.

I went into Dunham's to purchase football cleats for my son. The young gentleman helped find the right shoe for my son. He is very polite and friendly. He readily answered questions that I had. I will be going back to Dunham's as a future customer. Thank you Dunham's for caring about your customers and taking the time to help them out. You are greatly appreciated! :)

First time there was a good experience things were easy to find. Accidentally picked up the wrong thing and purchased it and found out it was the wrong one so I took it back and got it exchanged for the correct one no problem no questions asked. Very nice people expect to go back and revisit.

These cats have got sick oakleys I really like all of their mens golf wear, especially the Columbia and the Oakley golf shirts. For real they got some really nice holsters for my glock and my Sig Sauer. I'm most excited about their line of Nike Air Max golf shoes pretty sick

Dunhams is one of the few sporting goods stores that obtain a large variety of local affiliated sports equipment. Golf, hunting, softball and baseball, skiing, and more. They beat the prices on some items that I wanted in comparison to a local sports shop. They are helpful, and polite.
