Bought a beautiful 2 in 1 Vanity/Desk after signing up for the Big Lots Card and got 15% off for my daughter's room. It was really nice because the mirror slowly closes with no risk to smash fingers. They also placed it in my vehicle. Very clean environment in the store and welcoming customer service. I was told I will get a birthday couple via email, for every 3 purchase I would get a $5 coupon to use later with no more than 3 stackable, and something called a friend and family discount for 20% off at some point. I'm eager to read more about this in my email and save more on delightful products. Kudos to Hannah for her help and advice on choosing the right product for my daughter's needs.

They have things you can't find anymore at other stores. I do not like that if you don't have you receipt, even from day before that if you take a return in with no receipt that they take 20% off that item and you have to get a gift card. Which I understand about gift card but why do they take 20% off. The item I had was still ringing up the regular price and it was defective. So something that wasn't my fault. They do have low prices and great selection of everything. Just remember to keep ahold of your receipt.

hadn't been to big lots in years, and they have way more home goods that are cool and modern then I ever would have expected, this is the place to go to get all of those trendy items you see on Instagram for real, surprised. plus they have clothes now, who knew, not me for sure, and they were cute, I didn't have time to shop for clothes today but I'm planning to go back in the future when I do have the opportunity.

Ordered sofa and loveseat from Big Lots online June 22,2022. They told me it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. I never did receive it. I called 6 different times. First call they told me they couldn't find where I ordered it and someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours. They never called. I called back a week or so after same story no one called me back. Called them back a week or so later again they were checking on it someone would call me back nope they never did. Called back again I told them to just give me a refund they told me they couldn't it was in the warehouse. Called again today and they told me someone would call me back asap. No one called. My money has been tied up since 6-21-2022 and I still don't have my furniture or my money.

The one positive aboutt my visit was that the store wasn't busy. The reason why it wasn't busy was because they didn't have anything better than Walmart. Anything that I was remotely interested in was over priced, or out of the style, size, color I wanted.

Hello Big Lots! We love this location. They have a little bit of everything and at good prices. Need some help, the staff is ready to help. Have a problem and they'll do their best to fix it. The employees are awesome!We purchase basics needs, electronics, outdoor furniture, holidays stuff to several pieces of furniture.They're like a mix of Walmart and Dollar General store. Wide variety, just not as much as Walmart but prices as good as the Dollar General.You can catch some great deals and discounts if you check out their ads / sale papers. We're headed that way today!

I really like big lots in Elkins WV they have everything you are shopping for I go there for almost everything except groceries . But I do buy late night snacks there . They have a wide variety of freezer microwavable snacks too. And they have some beautiful furniture !! I love they're furniture but it's a little over priced I feel. But that's my opinion.

I went there to buy furniture everything I picked out they didnt have it and yet they wouldn't let me buy it off the floor but yet they let other people buy off the floor. If one person or two can do it then all customers should be able to. Also certain employees acted like you were bothering them if you tried to ask a question. Belive spending my money somewhere else would be better. I was wanted to buy almost 800 dollars of furniture that day walk out with none.

Usually pretty good (I mean its a discount department store, we aren't expecting miracles here) and fun place to get pantry items but there is that one employee that just doesn't have the skill of interpersonal communication.

I went to purchase a mattresses and box spring late Sunday eveningNot only were they still open but was also selling a lot of furniture. Sale went well and they were very helpful and even loaded it for me. Thanks for the wonderful service.
