Stopped here twice while in town. Each time, the item I grabbed said X amount on the shelf, but upon check out, it was more expensive, both times. I checked my items purchased, and on the shelve, they are listed for that specific item at X amount. It's only a dollar here and there, but yall need to be accurate on the shelevs. It's hard to find anything in here with all the clutter and items just EVERYHWERE.

The people that work there are pretty friendly. Just wish the store was a little bit bigger. Only one cart can go down the aisle at a time. And it'd be nice if they had a little more selections. Other than that it's a pretty good store with good people.

Workers are friendly enough. However, the store is extremely unorganized and messy. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned or managed in weeks. Every aisle has some sort of mess in it whether it's misplaced items, unstocked goods, packaging, etc. The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all today or thoroughly cleaned in weeks. There was not any soap or paper towels as well. I don't normally give 1 star ratings, but this place needs some serious work.

I shop here almost daily, because there is always something I need, or something I forgot. This store could definatly use more floor space because it is a very busy location servicing the small town of Elizabeth and the surrounding areas. The parking is plenty with a front and side lot. The staff is kind and helpful. As busy as this location is the staff does a very good job at keeping the shelves stocked. Love this DG!

Very nice place. Has a RedBox which is a good thing. Very good items inside, lots of stuff for family including (Toys, food, bed, drinks, books, and more!) It is kinda clean and it is a great place because Family Dollar is replaced with Auto Parts.

There is not much parking at this store. It was hard to get into and around the store. The isles were close together and hard to get down. There was a lot of merchandise on the shelf. The staff was friendly and helpful they just need a bigger store.

Very poor service they don't ever answerr the phone there defanatly not to busy they can't answer a phone and there's 2 numbers listed for this store and ones 681 it hangs up on you and say leave a message.the other one rings then hangs up how the hell do you get a hold of this damb store

Pretty well stocked store. Clean and organized. Knowledgeable staff. I'd recommend shopping here if you are in the area and need a quick in and out item.

I have been here alot and the manager is always rude and wont make eye contact or even help me at all. Management could use some people skills! And professionalism.

Currently have a very rude employee asking her questions and of course using my manners and she was plain rude...odviously, a bad day for her and she decided to take it out on me..can't be rude to customers and expect to keep them.

I like the Dollar Store but yes there's a but, I'm an Amputee my leg and it's tough to walk in this store I go to here in Elizabeth WV, There is stuff down the isles it's really bad,I have addressed it and nothing has been done. Maybe now something will. It's a mess check out another store any where this is the worst. 😥🤔
