The manager was very cruel. He did not want to give a refund if items were defective but store credit instead. This actually infringes on consumer rights.When I first entered the store he was bugged eyed at me with out cause. His face was also glued to his cellphone . He made about 3 snarky remarks to me when I was discussing the futility of store credit over a refund. I remarked back,he did not like it,and an argument started. The argument was dropped but when I got outside he cursed me out from down the street. When I went back to buy another stereo he refused service to me and than used his liberties as manager to call the police even though he was the disrespectful one, and I was willing to leave it at that.The rest of the staff were friendly, especially Chaz and worked with me to pick out a stereo but the Manager's unprovoked harassment was unacceptable.

Sometimes when I'm short on work we're I work for myself I have to go and get loan from this pawn shop and always take my Xbox One S and they had no problem with the loan I asked for.

I think all the pawn shops are going down hill around WV . We have had issues with alot of items also so I just dont even bother with KV anymore . KV used to be good

I called ahead to try to get a price for a quest 2 I wanted to sell and was told they don't give prices over the phone. The quest 2 model I have, sells for $500 brand new and they offered $100 for it. What a joke and a waste of my time driving out there when I could have gotten that low-ball offer over the phone.

I would love to know who is running this business because 4 days before Christmas they sell me a broken ps4 and really have NOT tried to fix the situation they are supposed to check everything that comes into the store that being said it’s no way the customers fault !! You stick me with store credit but don’t have another PlayStation of equal value to offer me so what am I supposed to do !! I don’t normally write reviews but this just isn’t the way you run a business where is the compassions for the holiday as a mother of three I can’t take a loss of $200 dollars

The employees, if that's what you want to call them, really need more training or some lessons in customer service. They definitely need a subscription to ABC Mouse or watch more YouTube videos on how to read number because as grown men they probably would look silly in an elementary school classroom. When someone calls to VERIFY if you have a particular item that's made a particular way and you tell them let me check to make sure we have one. When you pick the phone back up you need to make sure you have absolutely checked for the exact kind of item, that it's available and the price range you gave them is to the right item so a CUSTOMER doesn't drive 45 minutes thinking you have multiples of the item in the exact price range starting at the exact lowest number that matches the item. Well come to find out when after driving the 45 minutes to get that item you are told we'll we usually tell people we don't have any and definitely not starting with the lowest price that got quoted to you by one of the so called employees. Then when I explained to the employee helping which is not the employee that was spoken with on the phone because the other is on lunch, he gives major attitude. Once that happens a supervisor is asked for which agrees to help then leaves for the day saying the previous guy is going to go through I'd say at least 8 that's for sale. Then comes back out front and says none of them works. I hope a manager that has some sort of supervisor experience actually will take some time and retrain these guys bc not only did it waste a lot of my time but also money.

Called and asked if they took records for an h19 phonograph that are 99 years old so I DIDNT have to drive in the snow and ice and they said to bring them down. I get down there and they didn’t even look at them twice without saying they have nothing like that. Idiots.

This place is a rip off i was a week late and the still had my item and they tried charging me over 160$ more for my item. When you call you get put on hold i was on hold for 10 mins I would never pawn anything at this store again!!!

called asking if they could take rare racing unopened antique glass bottles of Pepsi Longneck Richard Petty Most Popukar Driver Named Nine Times and Sun Drop Series#6 1991 Winston Cup Champion And wasnt even offered the time to have shown it but yet you can walk in and see a single bowling ball XD smh... Disappointed in there taste

Love this place. I dont know what peoples problems are. We always get taken care of very well. They even hold our pawns for a month later than they have to. Heath is awesome ask for him

Rude short with you and undercut what the item is your trying to get a loan on total is worth BIG joke needs retraining of staffs customer service skills walked in several times and it's a feat to get them to look up from the screen in from of the cell phone computer ECT waste of time and huge rip off on in store items

Brought in some old jewelry to get checked out and got hassled about where it came from like I was some sort of theif brought quite a few pieces and only offered me 100$ knowing they were worth way more than that! This place is a joke
