Great staff but over priced, understaffed and under paid. The owner is a childish person that gets into squabbles with his employees. Will not work deals and does not care about customers. The only positive thing about this establishment is the convenience of location and if there was a place that was half the distance as bridge port or Creed Hardware, the store would have no buisness. 2 stars only comes from the staff

Always love coming here. They usually carry just bout anything you would ever need from a hardware store. Always someone willing to help. If you're able to walk down an isle without someone asking you if you need help or what you're looking for then it must be a pretty busy day and everyone is already helping someone else. Shop local everyone. :)

Greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help finding anything. We were looking for a new mower and chainsaw. They had very informative people to help us, explaining features, warranties and how to operate. Good prices for the brands they carry and many model options.

I have had bad experiences there, as well as pleasant ones. Today a man helped me find what I needed, and even helped me get it out to my vehicle. Checkout was also smooth. On the flip side, I have been treated very rudely and like I was a bother to be a customer. This was back at their service department when I was attempting to get a part for my chain saw.

This is a great hardware store. They carry most everything you will need for around the house or farm including tools. They also double as a Stihl and Cub Cadet dealer making them an authorized repair center.Some things are priced great and others may be more expensive than the big box stores. With the closest big box being around 30 minutes away I believe it's fair considering time and fuel.

By far my most favorite store in Danville! I always seem to get lost in the Isles buying everything. But absolutely love the worker's one stop for all home needs.

I took a pressure washer in to be repaired I was charged for the repair I brought it home I was gonna use it and it wasn't repaired I took it back again to get repaired and now they say it's gonna cost several hundred dollars so I decided to get it and find someone who is qualified to repair it plus our governor made it mandatory to wear a mask in businesses that cannot maintain social distancing well here at Mr.Byrnside's place of business he isn't adhering to the new policy that our governor made yesterday I seen customers and employees not wearing face masks I guess the all mighty dollars is more important than people's lives I won't be going back

They sell Buck woodburning stoves. And they are very helpful when needing replacement parts... we ordered a new glass door front and it arrived in 3 short business days. We are loyal customers for therm.
