It was good. The cashier was nice and friendly. Another worker there was very helpful in finding some things I over looked. I go there a lot, because it's so close to where I live. If they just had a produce section and meat department. I wouldn't have to go to the supermarket where it takes longer to get out of the store lol.

I looked into finding a couple Penny items at this store after reviewing all policies for the store the store associate refused to tell me the couple items saying that was a store policy I informed her that it stated nothing about refusing cell to customers of Penny items she still removed the items from the counter and refuse to sell them to me keep in mind I never Penny shop I didn't even know how to do it I just looked into this

This manager is running a scam she rips me off for two to three dollars every time, either over charging or forgetting to put an item in my bag and always asking for donations to help her staff

Wrong items on the discount shelf and dude looked at me like I was crazy. The only reason I was getting them was because I thought they were a 1.05, and there was an entire stack of them sitting there. The guy wanted to say "someone probably just sat them down there" with an undertone implying I sat them there. That was the only spot they were located... Needless to say the employee's here are dicks. They didn't even bother going to check for themselves. No bueno, I've worked in retail. That's not how you treat a customer whether they're right, or wrong. You solve the issue, and investigate to see how the mishap happened, and where the wires got crossed. Then explain to them, and apologize for the inconvenience, and misunderstanding if it was because someone moved them, or they were placed there by mistake.

Sign on door says No One May Enter Without Face Covering, but the staff don't wear them. Why??? I LOVE Family Dollar but them not wearing masks offends me. Milton Family Dollar staff wear them, but not Culloden. Culloden is closer to me, so I go there, but not happy that they don't wear masks during this pandemic that has killed so many people.

The young lady seemed preoccupied by her phone the ENTIRE time I was in there, only laid it down to answer the store phone.The store was clean and organized.Why are the buggies left outside the store in the sun?

The variety of their grocery and health & beauty items just isn't as good as Dollar General. Not the friendliest staff this visit, but in the past I've had ok interactions with the employees.
