The owner Rick Jenkins is a good man and the man he has working for him I grew up with him my whole life and I have to say that Billy is top notch. Especially if you're going there to pawn something like a gun or if you just have questions about any type of gun any kind of ammo Billy has the knowledge to explain so that the folks that are unfamiliar with firearms and ammunition they are more than willing to talk with you and get you educated. Also they will work with you if you are short on that month's payment I myself have had to miss monthly payments and never once was i afraid of them selling my Gun or w.e it may have been. I thought I loved this place. Had a bow I paid over a thousand for online in pawn for about two years then covid hit. I called to see if I could come in later to pay because of quarantine and was told by the lady that they knew me and that it was fine and would be there and to come whenever I could. Needless to say, that was a lie and my pride bow is gone after paying that much for it and then paying them so much just to hold it. I'm very very disappointed in their services and the fact I was lied to. We even helped the boy get his trailer moved as he had no idea of how to do it and no help and only a few days to get it gone. My man gave him specifics on what to do and how to work with what he had and guess what? It worked. Yea. You're welcome. Hope you enjoy my new bow 🤬😡😠. Never ever will I go there again! I was even told I had a great score (I guess that's how they judge rather or not to pawn your stuff or how much to give you). Gosh, I use to love this place.. smh. Still in shock months later that they did that to me. Still haven't been contacted back or anything! Like seriously, what did I do to you? I'll tell ya what I'm gonna do... Not give you anymore service. Karma will get all of you!!!
